super yum bar food but definitely put me in a food coma

solid burger, solid place. Service was ezpz. Brought my 5 year old during the day and it was great 'cause no one here

Place is ok, not great. They have a good selection of whisky, but no prices. Annoying to ask the bartender how much something costs for numerous whiskies. Actually prevented me from buying a few expensive whiskies. I'd rather have a list and make selections like that, but some bars are crazy expensive for the simplest things; so I want to know up front. The female bartender didn't know how much the cheeseburger special was and didn't look it up. What's the secret? Have it on the menus if they can't remember or look up quickly. The male bartender kept vaping something. Disgusting for those who hate smoke or are affected by it. Do it outside bro. Don't keep trying to sneak it in behind the bar. The bathroom smelled like urine and the smell came out into the nearby tables.

Friendly bartenders that greet you right away and take your order. No problem getting a seat. It's open late, so great option for a drink and a bite to eat.

This sports bar is located right next door to a 2 Bros Pizza. From the outside, it looks like an old dive bar but that was not the case at all. It is actually a very clean and modern sports bar. It seems like it was renovated not that long ago. They could use more more TVs though. There are only 4 TVs on the smaller side for watching sports. Everything else was great though. The food is typical bar food with some Irish pub choices (fish and chips, chicken pot pie) but done well. The burger in particular was very juicy. And they have an outstanding happy menu with $5 beers, $8 cocktails, and $10 appetizers.

Not the best picture but the best burger.

I am from California and our last night in New York we didn't know where to eat. We picked anyplace close to our Hotel. The StoreHouse Burger was absolutely the best burger I have ever tasted. The truffle fries were just as good. I would definitely recommend this place.

The "Perfect" Pint is apparently a far cry from reality…read more Our server, Ruffino, seemed perfectly cordial at first, but that changed rather quickly when we discovered a 20% automatic gratuity added to our bill without any prior notice. We didn't find out about this little surprise until the check was placed on our table. Nothing like discovering an extra charge at the end of your meal that apparently everyone was supposed to know about except the customers. We went downstairs to the host stand and asked to speak with a manager. We were informed that there was no manager on duty--apparently, just a staff of bartenders. When we questioned the automatic gratuity, we were told that all orders over $100 automatically receive a 20% gratuity. There was just one small problem: we had never been informed of this policy, nor did we see it posted anywhere. We politely asked for the charge to be removed since it had not been disclosed to us. We were told there was "nothing that could be done." Naturally, we then went back to Ruffino and asked to speak with his boss. We were promptly brought the exact same person we had already spoken with downstairs--who then proceeded to tell Ruffino to remove the gratuity. So apparently, there was something that could be done. Good to know. Unfortunately, the situation then went from questionable customer service to outright disrespect. During the interaction, our experience working in the food service industry was insulted, and we were told, and I quote: "I feel bad for whatever establishment you worked for because I know it was S**T. Get the F**K out and never return." Classy. For the record, there were only four people in our party. The establishment's own gratuity guidelines state that a 20% automatic gratuity applies to parties of six or more, not four. So let's recap: * A 20% gratuity was added without being disclosed. * We were told it applied because our order exceeded $100. * We were unable to find this policy posted anywhere. * We were initially told nothing could be done about the charge. * Someone subsequently instructed Ruffino to remove it, proving that something could, in fact, be done. * And when we questioned the situation, we were insulted and told to leave and never come back. Honestly, the last part was the easiest request to accommodate. If "Perfect" is supposed to describe the customer experience here, I'd hate to see what happens at an establishment that's merely average. As for the request to "never return"--don't worry. We won't. Some establishments manage to make that decision remarkably easy for you.

Service from the bartender was great. I ordered the fish and chips and a Bloody Mary. Everything was great up till then. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. Maybe it was a deep fat fryer thing, but I respectfully suggest the cook be given a little additional training. The fish batter was hard on the outside, and the fish was completely mushy on the inside. Like, gray mush. The fries were lukewarm. The mushy peas and the tartar sauce were served in little covered plastic disposable containers. I'm not a fan of that, but I get it is convenient. I truly wanted to like this place, and except for my one experience with the food, I would certainly return. People were having fun, and I did as well. I believe if they become a little more attentive in the kitchen, this place is a five star pub.

Apparently this beer is not as common in New York, but there were a couple Irish pubs that still sold them on draft and luckily there was one nearby my hotel. Very cool place! The rooftop bar is a huge open atmosphere and once seated you have about 40 beers on tap to select from. The staff is incredibly friendly as well and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was only here because my friend had to meet up with my work colleagues so I thought I would grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a quick burger before heading out for birthday festivities.
