Books, art projects, outside play, ability to choose an activity and free play are part of nearly every day. I wish corporate would reconsider their policies on bus transportation for after school care. Now that California has public TK, it puts families like ours with an autumn birthday in an odd spot. We are so happy our child is currently in Childtime of Natomas's PreK/TK program, but it sounds like next year when she starts public TK, she will have to wait a year until kindergarten to qualify for bus pickup. That probably means we won't be able to continue with Childtime of Natomas after the summer. It seems like they should close this gap so that families who like the center have an easier time staying with it as kids grow.
