I came here for the first time yesterday and this is definitely going to become a go-to place! We got the Nati Bites (basically just pretzel bites), meatballs, and a 16" of the One Love pizza (basically a cheese pizza). The service was great - the waitress was incredibly nice and attentive but didn't hover or interrupt the middle of us talking. The pretzel bites had a great flavor but jsyk - the cheese is more of a solid pimento than a liquid cheese. The meatballs were where it was at - definitely would order that again. The meatballs had a great flavor and were very tender. It came with some focaccia and ricotta and it was SO good. The One Love pizza was massive - we had enough for 3 people and leftovers for me and my boyfriend today. It had a great flavor and don't be concerned if there is a little black on the pizza - it actually still tasted quite excellent and normally I am very picky about having anything that looks burnt on my pizza. It didn't have a burnt flavor at all. The atmosphere was beautiful - there was lots of natural sunlight that came in so be cognizant of that when you come during the sunset hours. The best appetizers, salad and pizzas a girl could ask for. While there are many great places around the city for phenomenal pizza... there is one which reigns in my heart I love Catch A Fire! Specifically the 'Grain of Truth' salad, Pepperdew Bites stuffed with Boursin cheese, the pretzel bites, the loaded up artichoke dip that's a do not miss... the pizzas are all good but the potato head and the one love pizza w jalapeños and fresh basil added rank top on my list. They even have a s'mores dessert that our kids absolutely love. Highly recommend this for date night or family pizza night. One downfall is they have a fairly young staff so it's hit or miss on appropriate service levels and upselling BUT the food is too good to even be bothered. read more

We came 2 times for carryout so far and both were great! The new location is beautiful inside and I can't wait to dine in. I saw that they just opened the inside recently for dine in so we plan on stopping by soon to enjoy that. So far my favorite pizza has been the cherry oh. It is a perfect combination of toppings. We Absolutely Love this place! Food is always Amazing! However we have had Amy as a server and we will certainly ask for anyone but her on future visits. She dosen't listen! and smelling like cigarettes is certainly not pleasant while having dinner. Throughout the entire visit she was very rude and we felt very uncomfortable. if this would have been our first visit we would not ever return. Finally got a chance to try this place. Wasn't thrilled, but wasn't disappointed either. The service was good, and the pizza was above average. Had the Caesar Salad to start. It was really good, but it wasn't tossed. Dressing was on the side. Not my preference for a Caesar Salad. Overall it's a "repeat offender". I will go back. Could use more parking tho. read more

The fact that this location is still charging $35 to sit in the igloos outside is ridiculous. It is nonrefundable and does not go towards your bill. Furthermore, it does not go to the servers either. Straight into the owners pocket because there is a "Bluetooth speaker a centerpiece in the igloo". What a scam! read more

Not sure what's changed, but the service has gone downhill. We've been coming here since it opened, but the last 3 times we've been here, the wait time for food has increased. Today, we waited for an hour, and cancelled our food because the kitchen hadn't even started it yet. This was off-peak, mid-afternoon, with only a few tables in the dining room/bar. I told the hostess to cash out our drinks, and she attempted to charge us for the food that was never made. She then recalculated the bill, and offered us a "severe discount" off our tab. I declined. We don't want something for nothing, but just wanted to eat. Sadly, we won't be back. read more

I'm so glad I visited here. Decided to give this place a chance for their discounted pizza week pizzas. Our server Amy M was amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable! We got the cornerstone pizza and mellow mood 10" as well as the spinach artichoke dip. All were amazing! The garlic on the mellow mood was sweet and soft, not overwhelming at all. Crust was crunchy, chewy, and flakey all at once. So delicious! Will definitely be back to try more pizza types and appetizers. read more

It's hard to be critical of a restaurant when the wait staff is so friendly and helpful...but it was the worst pizza my husband and I had ever had. We always get the largest size so we have pizza to take home, but not this time, we left the remaining slices. The biggest issue was the crust which was like cardboard with even the edges not worth eating. Salads were fine, but that's not what I came for. Tried CAFP for the first time for lunch on a cold Sunday. Negatives: Cold inside due to the cross breeze between the main entrance and the door to the patio where the "bubbles" at located. (Since there were folks dining in the bubbles, the door to the patio was opened frequently.) Noisy due to the exposed ceilings and glass barrier between the inside dining area and the bar / beer and wine store. This made it hard to have a conversation. Even the server had trouble hearing us place our order. Slow in getting food after placing order despite having plenty of staff and a less than half full restaurant. When our server finally brought our food, he said they messed up our pizza in the oven and had to remake it. He gave us the messed up pizza for free and also brought a properly baked pizza at the same time. But, it would have been nice to have been informed earlier that they needed to remake our pizza. Crust on the properly baked pizza was tough, so I assume all their pizzas have tough crust. One of the two "clean" plates they brought us was dirty. Positives: Well staffed. Friendly staff. They bring you water in nice glasses shortly after being seated. Very good fountain sodas ($2.50 each) with no high fructose corn syrup served in nice glasses. Orange cream soda and root beer were very good. Real cloth napkins. Nice booths. Italian Panini ($14.75) tasted great, but was very oily. Very good potato chips with the panini. Mediocre: The "One Love" cheese pizza ($9.75) was "just ok". Total bill for all the above was $31.80 with tax but before tip, which I consider reasonable for the type of food and the level of the restaurant, but a bit on the high side given our overall experience Bottom Line: As my wife put it, "At least we can say we tried it." read more

Took too long. And the forgot a topping. I came into this location during a lunch break on a Wednesday. There were 2 other guests in the whole place and I placed my order to go. I ordered the Three Little Pigs with added Bacon. 40 minutes later, I was still sitting at the bar waiting. When my pizza was finally ready, I ran out and by the time I was able to eat, they had forgotten the toppings. Pizza was fine. Nothing too amazing. Cost was too much. I just had to change my daughters diaper on the floor of the bathroom (thankfully I had a blanket). There is no changing table in either the men's or women's restroom. For a "family" spot in the heart of blue ash this was wildly disappointing. This was our first post-vaccination date and the night couldn't have been better! The outdoor seating area is fantastic, service was excellent, and the food exceeded our expectations. We started with a recommendation from our server, the Boursin Potato Skins . Creamy and delicious with a kiss of fire. My wife tried the Buffalo Soldier pizza which she said tasted like barbecued chicken fresh off the grill. I tried the Blackin' Blues Pizza and would highly recommend it. Perfect combination of flavor and spice. The beer selection is impressive and somewhat overwhelming. We both enjoyed a beer from Fretboard and it paired well with the pizzas. read more

Be ready to wait forever and eat cold pizza. Came here for the first time on a Friday. Checked in on Yelp and arrived at the suggested time. Upon arrival, were told an additional 20 min. wait than what the app indicated. Understandable on a Friday and don't necessarily blame them for that. But then 20 min. turned into 50 min. before being seated. By this time we'd done our homework on the menu and were ready to order as soon as our waitress came to the table. Try as we did to speed things along, food did not come out until 45+ min. after ordering. The waitress was nice enough but explained that it was Friday and they had a lot of takeout orders (would have thought they could anticipate that by now). And then of course the pizza was lukewarm at best upon arrival. I rarely write reviews unless I'm completely impressed or extremely disappointed. This one definitely falls in the latter category. Too bad, as I'm rooting for businesses like this to succeed. But they are understaffed and doing it completely wrong. Great new pizza place in Blue Ash! This was my second trip and first time ordering pizza. Food and service was 5 stars but the wait for the wood fired pizza dropped the review to 4. I believe that wood fired pizzas take longer so I'm not terribly disappointed. We started with Boursin potato skins and it was a great decision. You get 8 so perfect for 4 of us. We each had a small salad: 2 caesar and 2 arugula. The Caesar is baby romaine and my companions loved it. I was very happy with the arugula and would 100% order again. My first trip was a happy hour and we ordered chicken wings and Nati bites (soft pretzels with mustard and beer cheese). Both were big hits. Pizza was yummy. But be warned our choice was the Natural Mystic. The amount of mozzarella was disappointing for my husband (cheese lover) but I was good with more tomatoes, pesto and basil. Great potential but will need to improve. Nice indoor seating and unique outdoor dining in igloos. Decent menu and good selection of pizza toppings. Excellent beer selection.. lots of mad tree and other local craft brews. Good thin crust pizza. BUT 1/2 hour late on delivery time even when ordered 3 hours in advance. Both pizzas made incorrectly with wrong toppings on them. Very small but very expensive salads. Large pizzas about $3 more than comparable pizza places. Still new and I hope they get the kinks out. Need to upgrade covid measures. lots of customers walking around unmasked. tables close together. sanitizing not obvious. read more
