The chips are extremely thin and crispy and you can still see the hot glistening oil because they're freshly made right before they're brought out to the table. The hot sauce is excellent! But be cautious because the two times that we've had it it was extremely spicy. :-) but then I love a very spicy hot sauce so I was in heaven! The hot sauce has great flavor!! Once I go back and try the Mexican food on the menu I'll update this review. Definitely make a point of coming and trying Rico's and supporting a new family owned restaurant in South Irving.
