National call center support is friendly but be prepared to wait even if you are a "preferred" customer . I think I waited 40 minutes and did not get any assistance today. Counter and Desk Loan Staff is always quite friendly. Good luck getting into your safe deposit box during Covid as it's a two day wait just to get someone to call you to make an appointment.

In fact, she opened another new saving account for me and transferred all my saving to that new account without letting me know. Also, she took my previous debit card. I wonder if this is a fraud? How could a bank closes the account owner's saving account and transfers all the money in that saving account to a new a account without letting the account owner knows? After this incident, I called Bank of America, none of the customer service rep can help me. No one can really tell me where my saving is being transferred and where my check is deposited. The only thing they told me is "WAIT".

I spoke with a customer service representative who said they would transfer me to a manager for further assistance. After speaking with both the representative and the manager, neither of them were able to help me with my issue at all. There was no solution offered, no flexibility, and no effort to support a long-term customer. For a credit union that has been in business for years and makes millions of dollars in fees, the lack of care and support was shocking. Being treated this way after more than a decade of loyalty felt downgrading and dismissive. Customer service should value long-term members, not make them feel like they don't matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that loyalty does not seem to count here. Very poor service, and I expected much better.

We met up at this particular location and I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant experience at a credit union, specifically because of Nancy. She was so kind, helpful, and skilled and made the transaction between me and the seller easy peasy. I highly recommend this branch because of Nancy and I hope she gets all the recognition and praise in the world. Also, this particular PCU was tucked in a very peaceful plaza that felt safe (and had ample parking spaces). I made the short drive out to this particular bank so I could get in a quick transaction. There are 2 atm machines outside and one inside [which allows you to withdraw more money than the 2 located outside]. Service was prompt and friendly. I was there for a business deposit - the one business teller was assisting a lady who had "a lot" of deposits, etc. So, you have to rule him out. He was working. There were two people at the counter next to him, a male, and a female. They completely avoided eye contact for five minutes. Then, finally, the female teller said, "we will be right with you...." - that was a lie. She walked away - and disappeared, never to return. Then - three more bank employees go to the teller section, and I was feeling optomistic. Yet, no one made eye contact - they hovered amongst themselves for a little while, then left. By this time - the individual line is starting to fill up - we are talking five or six people deep. Finally - the original male teller looks up - and then looks away from me, and asks the person in the individual line if they are ready? I was like, "Are you serious? I've been standing here for close to 15 minutes!" He looked at me like I was from another world. The person at the front of the individual line even said, "He was here first!" - So, then the male teller finally looked at me - and assisted me in making a deposit for a non-profit I volunteer for.
