However, I went to their normal location on a Friday evening and the food trailer was not there. It turns out, they are parked at Cooper's Daughter Spirits in Claverack on Fridays & Saturdays before 6 pm. I ended up eating at another restaurant close by and decided to head to Cooper's Daughter Spirits on Saturday evening, which was fairly busy. I headed over to the This and That Food trailer which was also busy too, with one person working the trailer. There were paper menus to look at, while I waited my turn to order. They offer tacos, nachos, empanadas, quesadillas, chicken wings, falafel pita wraps, fries, and fish & chips. I ordered the Loaded Nachos with chili beef ($16 plus tax) and Empanadas (3 for $12 plus tax, choosing pulled pork, BBQ chicken, & beef with cheddar) and given a beeper, which went off in about 12 minutes after ordering. The loaded nachos were piled with crispy corn tortilla chips, pickled red onions, nacho cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, and chili beef. For the empanadas, the deep fried shell was hot and crispy filled with tasty hot with and cheese fillings. I enjoyed with tasty and very filling food with a frosty beverage at a comfortable picnic table, inside of the covered seating area. The food I had was excellent and tasted freshly made.

We'd killed two birds with the same stone when hubs had to gas up the 10' U-Haul at Valero on Ulster Ave in Kingston before returning it when I noticed Taste Of M. The heat and humidity were both thick and getting only refreshments while hubs pumped was the right thing to do at that moment. They have mostly beef, chicken and pork dishes- but sometimes they may carry fish for their tacos- so call ahead if fish is your primary protein. If fish is not in that day, these ladies can turn any item on the menu and create a Vegetarian one for you. The Agua de Jamaica for hubs and my Horchata I ordered are huge at $5ea and did the trick nicely. Service is swift then you're good to go. While I didn't go for their eats, this truck might just hit the spot.

Every visit has been consistently outstanding. The food is simply exceptional. We've tried many dishes over the years, and honestly, everything on the menu has been delicious. You can truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every plate. The service is equally impressive--friendly, professional, and always attentive, making every meal feel special. They don't offer a kids' menu, but that has never been an issue for us because our daughter has a very French palate and happily enjoys the regular menu. If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend making a reservation for the weekend, as it tends to fill up quickly. Also, keep in mind that they're closed on **Wednesdays and Sundays**. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an unforgettable French dining experience, Le Canard Enchaîné never disappoints. We always leave looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!
