the woman who must be the owner or manager, whoever it is whenever i called to inquire about their…read moreservices for a new client cat nail trim- she seemed rude and short over the phone but thought thats just bc I know we're all busy. so i stopped in for the first time and she was the same one who "greeted" me today. she is exactly who i thought she was over the phone- just rude demeanor and not a welcoming environment at all. they were busy so i understand but they must not care about the impression they make on new clients. so yes, walk in service thats quick and efficient is wonderful and at a great price, so thank yoh for that. but the service was absolutely awful, not even eye contact, not even a hello, thank you or how are you. these experiences can be traumatizing for the animals and there was zero effort to be welcoming to my fur child. so if you don't care about kindness being displayed to you or your baby, come here. but she left an awful impression and I just pray she is well because it was so overtly rude to where you wonder if there's something wrong with this person's heart and mind...

I left two messages and I waited and waited. So I decided to contact the mobile pet groomers who are more expensive but reliable and they return phone calls!!! Not just the prey drive but larger dogs play rougher then smaller dogs. They can be stepped on etc. After interviewing different dog daycares I have found out that for most if not all have cams to check in through out the day. Also if there is an issue with your pup there is video evidence. I had nothing except for their word and honestly I feel my pups wasn't wanted they just wanted my money. The training was top notch and worth the money. I do have the best puppy ever and can take her to many places. She now has manners. But I do not recommend for day care. Lesson learned.

I dropped her off and was called 40minutes later stating that they were done but was unable to clip here finger nails because she was frightened. It was understandable. I picked her up and grabbed her in a rush due to me being on break for work. Once I got home, I realised that they actually cut her nails and lied because they hurt her. I noticed there was dried blood on her paws. I will not be returning and would not recommend their services. The workers could of been honest; I understand that mistakes happen but they should of owned up to it.

Thunder took my dog and my moms dog after a few aggressive fights between them.
