Went on a weekday during lunchtime and the line was soo long. I ordered the build your own bowl with braised lamb, and it was flavorful but seasonings were heavy and salty. There's a variety of proteins and toppings which is nice.

First time at this Cava. And I can tell you, the staff was cool to me. My friend had never had Cava so I wanted him to have the whole experience. The staff was patient w. Him when he asked questions and was helpful. When another person came in line, another staff member came to assist. The other customer was patient too since it was my friend first time. 5/5 for service. At the end, He ended up liking Cava and will definitely return back! I ordered the garlicky chicken shawarma and it was so good. I ordered extra sauce but it was my fault for not asking for more rice in the beginning. Knowing I love sauces. The new cinnamon pita chips were good as well. 5/5 for food quality. We ate outside and I wished someone would have came out to wipe tables. The tables were not like filthy. Crumbs and remnants of previous customers food. Also take out the overflowing trash can. 2/5 I hope everyone had a good experience as me as far as with service and don't forget to scan the QR code on the register for a survey.

A good fast-casual spot for a healthy, flavorful & customizable meal. I came with my Sister, who loves Spicy Lamb Meatball Pita. For the Vegans slim options of Falafel, Roasted vegetables & Roasted white sweet potatoes. From the crisp greens & grains to the perfectly seasoned proteins (per my Sister), everything is high quality & full of flavor. The toppings and mix-ins, like roasted vegetables, crunchy chickpeas & tangy olives, really elevate the meal, making each bite interesting & tasty. The portion sizes are generous without feeling overly heavy, making it a great option for lunch or dinner. The ability to customize each bowl means there's something for everyone, whether you're vegetarian, gluten-free, or just looking to mix things up. I do appreciate the ability to make your meal exactly how I want it--each visit feels like a new, fresh experience. The service is always fast & friendly. The atmosphere is casual & clean, with a modern vibe. A good place for healthy food, whether you're in the mood for a big, hearty bowl or just need a quick, fresh bite.

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but it's important for customers to know what to expect, especially when dining out has become such an expensive experience. CAVA is often hyped as delicious and worth trying, but one consistent issue I've encountered at several CAVA locations in Atlanta, particularly the Perimeter location, is the poor customer service. When you walk into a restaurant, a warm greeting goes a long way--especially since staff don't know if it's your first time visiting. Unfortunately, the workers at this location often seem to have a negative attitude. Asking a simple question feels like an inconvenience to them, as if you should already know the menu. Good customer service is about more than just serving food. It's about being knowledgeable, courteous, and providing an overall pleasant experience. At this location, the staff consistently appear unhappy, and if you ask them to create a bowl, they give very small portions. If you request more, their reactions are visibly negative. Dining out should be a positive experience, with good food and great service. When customer service is lacking, it makes customers hesitant to return. As good as CAVA's food may be, something needs to change in their customer service training--especially at this location. Just showing up is not enough; customers want to feel like they're valued. If this doesn't improve, CAVA will likely lose me as a customer and future ones.

The food was good . The service was HORRIBLE. I ordered my food online at 12. Pick up email for 12:15. Got my food at 12:45. I was told the pick up time does not matter. The manager began asking for names instead of times and making orders out of order. When I explained ppl were here at different times she cut me off and rolled her eyes. The ambiance was chaotic. When I arrived there were 16 people in line. They ALL got their orders before any of the 12 people waiting for online orders. I ordered one bowl and a drink. I don't think I'll come back here.

As someone who picks up from this location once or twice a month, I'm pretty surprised at the rating. I usually order on the app, and have never had an issue with my order. The few times I've ordered at the counter have gone well too. Quick service, they get it right, store inside is clean. And of course the flavor of the food is top notch in fast food/fast casual. Lots of variety to customize your bowl, and a lot of flavors you don't find at other similar restaurants. I'm definitely a fan of CAVA, and have no reason to stop coming to this particular location in Perimeter.

I love this Cava location & it's staff! First, Cliff & his staff are amazing! They are always so nice and courteous while paying attention to details when it comes to my order, every single time! I visit the location often and Cliff and his staff are always so attentive to all my request for my bowls. They are always made to perfection! Second - this location is always so clean. The stations are always prepped so nicely and full! I never see any messes & the staff is quick to restock / make sure that all the napkins, utensils and drinks are filled! Doesn't matter what time of the day it is! Cleanliness is a big deal for me and this location hits it on the mark! Lastly, Cliff & his staff are FAST. There's usually a lunch rush sometimes, but other than that, they usually usually take care of the lines quickly without mistakes to orders. 10/10, thanks for all you do Cliff! Please keep it up. A raise is needed for this man!

The inside is uncomfortably hot. My plan was to eat inside but the heat made me choose take-out. Also, the cashier explained that they had lunch specials but the lunch specials were significantly smaller than the regular meals. I went with the regular meals. I went with the Beef and lamb Shwarm. It looks like striped meat over yellow rice. The sauce is amazing. The hummus is good. Plenty of food. The salad was top tier. Natural food tastes great. Not too appealing to look at. Not bad but not photogentic.

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.

Then I ordered albaloo polo, à la carte koobideh kabob and Mast Khiyar. But my server forgot to place the order of the last dish. And it took over 40 minutes' wait to get my food. Worse, there was no diced cucumbers in the yogurt. Probably they mistook my order for Mast Musir which is yogurt with shallots. Worst of all, even if the restaurant says it accepts OpenTable dining credits, the dining credits actually could not be used in the restaurant! Or at least, the staff did not know how to use it. No apologies, no remedies. I was disappointed. For a reference, I dine in at Rumi's Kitchen (Colony Sq/Sandy Spring branch) at least twice a month.

I ordered a simple Bombay martini and one of the specialty cocktails for my wife. The bartender made my martini in a shaker and I remember hearing him asking someone else to stir it for him. For the next ten minutes or more, the bartender proceeded to make drinks for the waiters, I remember him spilling out two drinks and remaking them while my martini continued diluting in the melting Ice. Ten minutes or more later, he pours my martini into more of a champagne coup glass than a martini glass, and I waited another five minutes or more for my wife to get her drink. When I tasted the upmartini, It tasted so diluted, just bad, almost commical to me. I just laughed to myself because i've tended bar for a living and that was about the worst martini i've ever had in my life. Either Rumi is watering down his booze or the ice melted so much that there was barely a gin taste in the glass. I think their gig is rather than give you a real martini level pour they dilute you with so much melted Ice that you think you're getting a full pour martini, when, in fact, what you're getting is half gin and half melted ice. And believe ME, you are charged as though it was a real martini. The place was pretty busy, so a lot of people must not have a clue... or just like busy places. If everybody says, this is such a great place, I guess it's gotta be. Unfortunately, that's just Atlanta-if it's popular everyone just assumes it's good or pretends it is. I don't do well with pretend. Next after being seated at the table, i tried to order wine least expensive wines (so overpriced)-they were out of all of the lower-end overpriced wines I tried to order. It just bugs me to overpay so much for bottles of table wine. They're barely twenty dollars charging, 60-80 for them. But of course, ten minutes after I ordered the wine, this happened twice, the waiter told me they were out of the ones i was trying to order ( everyone must have had the same idea). Oh well. Right before the table was served the main course, the waiter and manager came to tell me that they had run out of the dish I ordered. I ended up replacing it with their duck dish that I had never heard of before but what the hell I'll try it (maybe I deserve it, because I remember my father always told me you never ordered duck in a strange restaurant you don't know) Everyone else at the table of 8 were served their meals ten minutes before my plate arrived. i'm like, please go ahead and start without me. Then, the duck arrives. I mean, if you're such a Rumi's, fan, try the duck and tell me what you think. First of all, it was lukewarm for something that apparently had just been made. The lukewarm duck comes 'in" this purple sauce, I mean, it wasn't even swimming in the purple sauce-It was submerged in the purple sauce. The waiter, of course, later brought me the wrong type of rice than the one i oredered..That's okay they brought me a new one right away. I was really starving at the time, but if I hadn't been, I don't think I would have eaten any of the duck. Being submerged in a kind of a sickening, putple sweet sauce it just wasn't appetizing at all. Challenge: if you're a big Rumi's fan, go ahead and please try the duck, but you have to try it like I did- lukewarm temptation. Then tell me if you remain an unconditionalRumi's fan. The bread is delicious though. To their credit when I tried to order 2 glasses of red wine after my meal was served, they did give us the vin de table for free. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

My girlfriend has a very strict diet due to food sensitivities, so before ordering she specifically asked about the dough, bread, and flours used in the food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving details about the ingredients, she was simply told that she could eat it. Based on that information, she ordered the meal, but later had a reaction to the dough that was used. This was frustrating because the situation likely could have been avoided if we had been given accurate information about the ingredients from the beginning. We completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every dietary restriction, but being transparent about what is used in the food allows customers to make informed decisions for themselves. The food itself was good, which is why we're giving 3 stars, but the service on this particular issue left us disappointed. We hope the restaurant can do a better job of providing ingredient information when customers ask, especially for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.
