So this is a nice little duck off in the middle of a shopping area. So that means there's free parking so just keep that in mind. It's pretty spacious and has really for a small party if you wanted to do that. The last time that I went they had a small party actually. They have an area there where you can quickly pick up things from the register area instead of having to wait for the food to get done if you wanted to make it to order. This is useful if you don't have time to wait. The times that I've been there have been very positive, they are really helpful. The first time that I went I didn't know what I was doing or what I was getting. So the person who was taking my order explain the entire menu to me even though they're ppl behind me so that really spoke to the customer service. I have a pickup area for you as well. So you don't have to actually and wait in line if need be, you can just go by the door and pick up your food if you've already paid for it. One thing I noticed here was while I was waiting, I saw some of the staff cleaning the tables off with wipes. So they're sanitizing between use and I think that's really good. Giving the fact of how germs have run rampid! The chick - So I got the basic sandwich with barbecue for my flavor. Bacon cheddar melt - I got this sandwich and I got the classic Carol which is the standard. Broccoli salad - Mac and cheese -

I just recently started going to Chicken Salad Chick consistently over the past month. I usually get Olivia's Old South. The first time I ordered, I tried it on a croissant, but the bread was too thick. The next time, the cashier suggested that I get the bread toasted, and it was perfect. Today, I wanted to try the Kickin Kay Lynne on a croissant. When they passed me my sandwich, I noticed the bread wasn't toasted. They told me that I didn't ask for the bread to be toasted. I advised, I didn't know that I had to ask because it was offered before. I asked if it would be too much to toast the bread. They said no, they will toast the bread for me. I waited while they packaged my food and gave it back to me. I checked my food again... To my surprise and disappointment, they put the whole sandwich on the toaster. Now, the outside of the croissant was burnt and the inside of the croissant was still thick. The chicken salad was also hot and brown because it had been cooked on the toaster. Instead of deconstructing the sandwich, to toast only the bread or remaking the sandwich, the lady in the kitchen just threw the whole sandwich on the toaster. I watched in the kitchen as she fussed and laughed when I asked for my bread to be toasted, like it was an inconvenience. I asked for a refund and she came out of the kitchen to issue a refund. She asked if I felt like the sandwich was burnt. See pic below... She said her name was Tiffany. All of the cashiers have been super nice and accommodating, but Tiffany you made this a terrible experience for me and I won't be returning to this location.

I have fell in love with this place since the first day I visited. Their customer service is awesome. It is very clean and comfy. I love their rewards program and the updated version is even better. My favorite sandwich is the Classic Carol on a croissant. You have to go and try them if you like eating chicken salad. Of course they have variations of the chicken salad. Check them out soon.

Admittedly, I like Chicken Salad Chick for catering and it's likely a better lunchtime spot for the week. It just didn't fill me up and make me feel like I got value for $11 sandwich. The jalapeño chicken salad was good but not enough salad to bun ratio. The fruit cup was not super fresh either. I did enjoy the service and cleanliness but wished I had better meal experience especially for family of three.

Update--I went back to CSC last week and it was amazing. The line was terribly long and there was only one cashier. However, that man was so patient and kind to everyone, including his fellow coworkers. He was really doing his best under all the stress and I appreciate him for that. I got the jalapeño Holly and a cup of loaded potato soup, and it was fantastic. It also came with a pickle and a little sugar cookie. My meal was 10 dollars, which I feel is a great value for all I received.

This was my very first time at a Chicken Salad Chick location. Overall, something was off with the employees in general. The girl at the register kept touching her hair and scratching her head. Thankfully she didn't touch my food directly. There was a guy just randomly hanging around with a less than presentable appearance and the employees in the back were sorta just there. I ordered a scoop of the Olivia's Old South chicken salad and it was really good. I also had the grape salad. It was an interesting concept but the execution was off and the sweet cream cheese mixture was too thin. Minus the employees, the experience was okay. I think I'd try again, but at their prices, I can make something just as good at home.

I've come here three times already, and the food has grown on me. The first time I ate here, I thought - Meh. The second time I thought, OK, this is good. I came here yesterday, and I'm now a fan. Parking is easy to find in the large and free lot shared by all of the businesses in Perimeter Marketplace. We walked into the restaurant and were immediately greeted by one of the employees (I think he was in charge at that time). At this location, the queue to order or to view any of the grab-and-go packaged food is on the left. Menus are available on the wall that separates the queue area from the dining area. The employees are generally very quick to take your order at the counter, and my orders have consistently been accurate during the three times I've eaten here. The menu has many choices on it: chicken salads that are made in traditional, savory, fruity and nutty, and spicy; pimento cheeses; various salads; various soups; and various sides. They even have one type of cookie, and a small children's menu with 4 selections. Fountain drinks are self serve. One great thing that is offered here are samplings of the salads if you can't make up your mind, or you just can't tell what the flavor will be like unless you actually taste it. I've taken advantage of getting samples of many of the chicken salads. Everything is so fresh and delicious! This time around, I ordered the Chicken Salad BLT signature sandwich. This included any chicken salad in the sandwich, with added crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato. I chose the Classic Carol chicken salad, which is just basic chicken salad with nothing else in it, since I didn't want any other fanci-fied flavors added that would detract from the BLT part of the sandwich that I was so looking forward to. Signature sandwiches are served with the customer's choice of side, cup of soup or a scoop (meaning another scoop of chicken salad - customer's choice. I chose a cup of chicken and dumpling soup. R also ordered a signature sandwich, with a cup of tortilla soup as his side. When our food was ready, an employee cheerfully delivered it to our table, and even came back a few minutes later to see if we needed anything. Our soups were hot, delicious and flavorful. I highly recommend the chicken and dumplings soup! Heck, I recommend to everyone the same sandwich that I ordered. Definitely get the Chicken Salad BLT signature sandwich, and request the Classic Carol as your salad option. This chicken salad had just enough mayo in it to ensure it was moist enough to be palatable, but not moist enough to soak into/through the toasted bread. The toasted bread was just slightly crunchy, not like bread that was toasted in a toaster or a toaster oven, but more like panini bread. The sandwich meal came with a pickle spear and not-too-sweet soft cookie with icing on it. Everything was perfect together. Toward the end of our meal, the same employee who served us our food came by our table and offered to take our dirty plates and trash away for us. We had a great experience and will definitely return!

It wasn't too busy when I went at lunch time on a week day. The food is really good and only for about $10 for the meal (I got a water cup, so no drink included in that price). It's a really good deal & I was full afterwards. I ordered the sassy Scotty on a croissant w/ lettuce and tomato. It was so good! I also got the grape salad which had brown sugar and crushed pecans on top w/ a cream cheese mixture on it. The cookie was good too! Overall, I would definitely recommend eating here! I plan on going back.

This was our first day trying it, and after lunch, we knew we had to return. The food is incredibly flavorful, truly unlike anything we've had before. For lunch, we shared the Rainbow Bowl, and for dinner we came back for wings (half BBQ, half mango lime marinade--SO good), a chicken Caesar salad wrap, Brussels sprouts, and their chips (fries). Everything was delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. The drinks were also a highlight--both the non-alcoholic and alcoholic options were refreshing and well-crafted. But what really made the experience special was the service. Kiran was such a sweetheart--kind, attentive, and just a joy to interact with. And another team member (possibly a manager) went above and beyond when they were out of shredded chicken. He had the kitchen substitute thigh meat for the Caesar wrap, and it turned out amazing. That level of care really stood out. All in all, this is a 10/10 experience (even if it's technically 5 stars!). We loved everything about it and are already planning our next visit--plus grabbing extra to-go for tomorrow. Bravo, Nando's! We'll definitely be back P.S. The app sux. It kept freezing. We want to talk to the people. Bring full service back. Said with love.

Since I am riding solo this Valentine's Day I decided to treat myself out for dinner…read more I sat at the bar area near the register. Carol was my server. She was awesome! Attentive, but not bothersome. I ordered the special ~ four succulent shrimp on top of salmon on top of mashed potatoes, blanketed with a rich, creamy and tasty sauce, accompanied by steamed asparagus. It was a pretty plate. It was a delicious meal! In fact, I forgot to take a photo. However, I was mostly done when felt a slim bone at the back of my throat and, while discreetly trying to get rid of it, Christian, the manager must have noticed something strange about me because, although he and the staff were hustling around, busy working, he inquired about my well being. I explained the situation as best I could while fishing for the bone with my tongue. The bone is now lodged near the back of my throat. After a few minutes I managed to remove it. I stopped eating the salmon in favor of the dessert that was included with the meal ~ lava cake!!! Before leaving, I ordered their delicious broccoli cauliflower casserole and some rotisserie chicken for later. When I saw the bill my mouth was agape. I asked, "What happened?" The manager, Christian, took it upon himself to remove the meal from my bill. That's the way you treat a customer! I didn't ask for that and I didn't expect that to happen, however, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm definitely going to revisit this establishment again!!

The light was right above the benches and created horrible shadows on our faces. They have a small patio with outdoor seating, but it's not shaded. The staff was sweet--they asked if we were celebrating something and when we said yes, they wrote on a little card for our friend. A friend and I split 2 entrees: - Southern Fried Chicken & Traditional Waffles ($23): Fine. Chicken was fried perfectly. The waffles tasted good, but completely dissolved in the syrup. - Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad ($27): The salmon was pretty good. The salad was too heavily dressed for me. The croutons were cornbread, which I'm all for, but they were too hard and didn't taste that good. Another friend got Shrimp (8 pieces for $21, no sides). She added Mac & Cheese ($11) and Collard Greens ($11). The prices were just outrageous. "20% gratuity is included in every check." This is repeated on every section of the menu. And then there's still a tipping option on top of it. Somehow 3 meals and one strawberry lemonade, plus the 20% gratuity, added up to $120 for lunch!

She wasn't a spicy fan so she steered me towards the garlic and honey/honey and soy wings. I ordered the small, 6 wings. The pickled radish was my side- you can choose a can of soda or cole slaw . Out came a small dish of the pickled radish followed a little later by 8 wings. The server explained that they typically have jumbo wings but that's not what they had today so they added another one to make up for it. That's a 5 star review right there! The wings were hot out of the dryer, perfectly seasoned with a sticky sauce that wasn't coated and drippy but rather just the right amount for a great meal and not 50 napkins and new shirt. What a gem! They are doing it right!

The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.
