Stopped in to pick up supper while in town for work, was looking for something fresh and not in a bun. Mobile ordered, and picked up. This was my first time here and I wasn't sure where to pick up. The guy at the counter was making my bowl when I walked up. He was very nice, had great customer service and was very helpful. Will definitely dine again the next time I'm passing through. So, let me start by saying the food at CAVA is amazing but the staff is a hot mess. When I walked in and approached the counter, there were at least four staff members behind the counter with their back turned and just left me standing there for a few minutes without greeting me and when one of the staff members did she had an attitude as if she didn't want to be there. They give you little portions of everything as if they're being told to give baby portions of everything. My bowl was 17 dollars for the amount of food that was given wasn't worth it to me. I mean, I know we are in a pandemic but I feel that this location is hiring everybody and anybody. This is my third visit to this location and it gets worse every visit so I won't go back to this one. When I went to the location in Kennesaw it was a much better experience. So, that will be the only location I will go to from now on. Oh, and they don't look professional at all. So this location needs to immediate attention from management!!! read more

We have ordered from this Cava 5 times and every order we have placed for pick up has been at least 20-30 minutes late, barely any ingredients, and anywhere from 3-5 items missing. read more

I'm so happy Cava made its way to the ATL area! I had it once in D.C. & have been craving it ever since. Think Chipotle, but make it Mediterranean. I visited this location shortly after it opened & was very pleased with my grain bowl. You have to try the Honey Harissa Chicken for your protein! Service was quick, nice & friendly. This location is always dirty. There were at least 7 people working and no one thought that it was a good idea to clean. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like . The entire staff is rude, literally no one is friendly that works here. Cava is too new to have this many issues at this location. I saw a worker transfer chicken from one container to a other using her hands and not a utensil. She had gloves on but she used the same gloves to touch everything else. Cold protein, half the employees weren't wearing masks. Saw one of the employees giving another employee the middle finger. Staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers. Employee was annoyed by rolling her eyes when asked for a side of pita. Won't be coming back. read more

Arrived an hour before close only to find the doors locked. After going in had them greet me which was nice. The man making my bowl was very nice but they were out of everything and the other man shouted what's out is out that's it. Stopped in for a quick dinner this evening and it was refreshing to see everyone with smiles behind the counter! Everyone is so edgy nowadays but this staff handled the long lines with grace and everyone chipped in and took care of us. This is an upscale Mediterranean bowl restaurant, with a setup that's similar to Chipotle and Moe's. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I tried the Harissa Avocado bowl, but I selected lamb meatballs instead of chicken. Toppings like fresh avocado and pickled onion were a nice touch. I'd give them another star if the tables were clean, but I'll be back for sure! read more

each time I ordered online THEY did whatever THEY wanted to do with my orde. I am over this place. third time they messed up my order. first time they didn't inform me that they didn't have feta so nothing was made, wasted my lunch brea, second time they must have put the entire bottle on sauce on my wrap and the lamb was fatty and super tough, tossed it, now the last time they were given specific instructions yet when I got my food it was still wrong. its a sad shame to have good food but shitty service. then they added the sauce when I wanted it on the side and when I retured the reason I as because they didn't have containers for the sauce. doesn't matter it's NOT how I wanted my food so figure it out. I love the food, when they have it 90% of the time I go they are out of something or multiple things. The staff tries their best IMO but seem completely overwhelmed, I think management really needs to step up and get in there to help the process along. All the employees are very nice and work really hard and always seem miserable because of how chaotic it is all the time. Pick-up is a nightmare, it makes more sense to go in and wait in line for 20-25 min and order your food that way than to order ahead only to get there and wait 20-25 min anyways and have no one even check on you to see what you need. You awkwardly stand next to the register trying to get someone's attention to say you're there to pickup food. I'm really torn honestly! I just 100% think the owner of this location needs to be boots in the ground and help the manager get this sorted out. read more

The first time I went, they were out of Pita bread and today when I went, they were out of chicken. I've been to this location about 4xs and all 4 times have been awful i always get the same thing but my total is always different every time? The customer service here is awful , the staff are not helpful at all and if you ask for something they kind of just look at you as if you're doing them a disservice lol and nasty attitudes. So, my first experience with Cava was not good. Food was good, service was AWFUL!!! I ordered online at 10:48am with a pickup time at 12:30pm, it took 20 minutes past my pickup time before I received my order, I could have stood in line and ordered and would have been better off. This location operates on their own time. I came on a Saturday evening (1/29/22) at 8:36p and the doors were locked. However their door states their open until 10p. A gentleman came to the door and mentioned they close at 8pm- perhaps updating your business hours accordingly would be a good business practice. First off, I'm biased because I loved Zoë's Kitchen, so was dismayed when this chain took over that one. The menu has gone from an amazing variety of choices to basically Chipotle with a Mediterranean twist. This is my 2nd trip to this particular one. Wasn't crazy about the quality the first time, or the service, but decided to give them one more shot. This is it. Had the black lentils in my bowl and nearly cracked my teeth on a few of them. I was at this location on 12/19 around 7ish in the evening. For this to be a new restaurant the service level is piss poor. There were 2 people working the front at the time. There was a line to the door and people waiting to be served at the counter. One of the employees walked away and never returned leaving one person to do everything. She never excused herself or said a word to her counterpart. There was one other person in back preparing food. Then there was one other guy to walk out and look around like what is going on. However, never even volunteer to help his employee. This place is always out of topping and leafy vegetables as well as dressing. The preparation area is a mess shit everywhere. It's never organized. Guess I'll have to find another location to visit hopefully this is not the trend of Cava. Please replace the entire staff and get professional people that want to work. read more
