This bowl is just disrespectful and I'm utterly just lost for words. I should have just ate the lunch that I brought from home but I was craving CAVA. This bowl looks like it's for a rabbit. I will never come back to this location EVER again. So disappointing and a total waste of money. I should dispute this crap for looking NOTHING like as described.

Fast, casual build your bowl type of chain. Cava (formerly Zoe's Kitchen) is the same focus of Mediterranean food however the format is different. Personally I miss Zoe's. There was a feel of a restaurant and you could sit to enjoy your meal. The line at Cava was slow. The grains, greens, protein, dips, toppings and dressings are simple. There's nothing spectacular with the exception of eating something healthy. I wouldn't say fast because it took about 30 minutes with the line, prep and checking out. They were out of the balsamic date vinaigrette dressing too. I may get a bowl if I'm in the area but definitely have had better.

I frequent here pretty often. I will say I feel like the food and service go down at night vs during lunch time. The last few weeks I have been going anytime between 8-9 pm and each time I've gone they've run out of sauces (and wont make anymore) and the lemonade machines are broken down already. Mind you they don't close until 10. If you do want to get a lemonade they pour it out of these containers that they have sitting by the door. These is extremely unsanitary. Customer service is the only thing that is consistent at this location

This was my second time ever at a Cava, and although I enjoy the food, this location ain't it. Parking: There is a good number of free parking spots; however, during "rush hours" I can see those spots filling up quickly. There were a number of people picking up orders inside though, so may not have to wait too long for a spot. Food: The food is good! It's kind of like a Chipotle-style Mediterranean based restaurant. They have some preset bowls/pitas you can choose from, or you can build your own. I got a Harissa Avocado Bowl, but customized it to my liking. They also have desserts like cookies and brownies. Drinks: They have various lemonades and teas. I made a mixture with 1/2 Blueberry Lavender and 1/2 Classic Lemonade. They also have a soda fountain and various bottled/boxed juices and sodas. Vibe: There is plenty of seating available, both indoor and outdoor, so that's nice. Customer service is where it all went downhill. The individual taking my order was rude and abrupt. Even after informing her it was only my second time at a Cava and I was still figuring out how it worked, she just basically looked at me and was like, "So what do you want??". And at checkout, I was debating whether or not to get a bag, she very rudely said, "Do you want the bag or not?". I understand everyone has their off days, but it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident at this location. So yes, I recommend checking out Cava, just not this location. Hopefully they'll work on their customer service because that can make or break an experience.

I'm actually really surprised this spot is only 2.5 stars ‍. This is probably my family and my favorite little healthy spot. I come here after training in Jiu Jitsu when I want a healthy post workout meal. I usually make my own bowl and love it every time. It's a Mediterranean take on MOES or CHIPOTLE. It had several tasty greens options, rice, a good variety of protein options and fixings. We have been here over 20 times and dined in maybe 2-3 times. You can dine in but it feels more like a grab and go vibe. I have noticed if you come later in the evening they run out of food and sauce options. It's a conveyer belt of patrons so the staff doesn't seem the friendliest. Stern looks and ZERO smiles, but the food is good. Expect to get your tasty food and leave...

This cava is very inconsistent. I've had a great bowl from them, but sometimes the portions are soo tiny! Last time I barely got any chicken in mine!

The spices in the rice were overpowering and my partner didn't enjoy it as much. The potatoes were extra crunchy and a bit burnt... unsure if it was overdone or on purpose. It smelled like was it cooked in coconut oil. I would say 7 out of 10 overall. The lamb neck was recommended by the waiter. It was really good, slow cooked and the meat was tender. The sauce was unremarkable. The waiter gave us a house made spicy sauce and made this dish significantly better. I would say 9/10 overall. The hummus with the pickled mushroom was amazing. It was topped off with truffle oil and I just couldn't keep my hands off of it. I would say 10/10. I just want to point out the bill had a notice that says "tips are based on check prices after taxes" was confusing and unsure why would company charge tips on top of taxes. Our waiter was amazing so we didn't mind paying the extra but it really made us wonder about the company policy.

My girlfriend has a very strict diet due to food sensitivities, so before ordering she specifically asked about the dough, bread, and flours used in the food. Unfortunately, instead of receiving details about the ingredients, she was simply told that she could eat it. Based on that information, she ordered the meal, but later had a reaction to the dough that was used. This was frustrating because the situation likely could have been avoided if we had been given accurate information about the ingredients from the beginning. We completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every dietary restriction, but being transparent about what is used in the food allows customers to make informed decisions for themselves. The food itself was good, which is why we're giving 3 stars, but the service on this particular issue left us disappointed. We hope the restaurant can do a better job of providing ingredient information when customers ask, especially for those with dietary restrictions or sensitivities.

You know where this is so you know that you're gonna have to worry about paying for parking because look at the area that you're in. The two women that were working the front were excellent and they helped me along trying to make my decision. They were super nice and friendly and definitely worth speaking to because of their friendly demeanor . Everything I've had here has been great, absolutely amazing. I'm really hard on Mediterranean food only because where I grew up it was easy to find Mediterranean food because so many people from that side of the world put roots there. Finding some good chicken shawarma was easy. I haven't actually found a lot of that around the Atlanta area but there are a few good ones. This one is solid and did not miss. I loved it and I would definitely go back. Chicken shawarma (platter) - so the platter comes with two sides and an entrée. Everything was good. The chicken shawarma was very good and flavorful and it was super tender and I love that because it wasn't like it was sitting there all day. It was something I would definitely go back for. I may even get a wrap next time but the actual platter served me really well and it was great. roasted potatoes - my first side was potatoes and it's hard to mess up roasted potatoes. You just season it and stick it in the oven I guess but either way they were very moist and you got plenty of them. They were seasoned very well Grilled veggies - the grilled veggies were pretty good. I mean I have nothing to complain about. They were vegetables and they were seasoned as well so nothing wrong with that but they were just vegetables. It's not like it was a main course kind of situation but for a side they were a really good side choice . Creamy chicken soup - now let me get to the star of the show. This soup is amazing to me. I don't know what it is about it. Maybe it has something in it but it is amazing. I could actually get a big bowl of it and call it a day. The soup is creamy and savory and has bits of the chicken in there so it's also seasoned very well. I don't know what it is about this soup but this soup is gold to me. In any event yes I liked everything I got, yes I would go back, yes the soup is amazing, all the things LOL. They have a rosemary chicken that is supposed to be the best seller but I didn't come for that. I would definitely try that next time. I was very satisfied with what I got!

That level of hospitality is hard to find and really sets this place apart. I ordered their best-selling Chicken Shawarma Wrap, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The halal, hormone-free chicken breast was perfectly seasoned with Turkish spices, grilled with sweet white onions, and wrapped with creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, fresh cabbage salad, tabouli, and tahini in their homemade wrap. Every bite was packed with fresh, vibrant flavors, and the portion was surprisingly generous. For dessert, I couldn't resist the Pistachio Baklava, and I'm glad I didn't. The flaky filo layers were filled with pistachios and lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup instead of refined sugar. Combined with 100% olive oil and a hint of rose water, it was rich without being overly sweet and made for the perfect ending to the meal. What I also appreciate is Aviva's commitment to quality and healthy eating. She never left the table or changed seats, yet in photos taken later, the bracelet was no longer on her wrist. Because it was late at night and the restaurant was closing, we believe the bracelet may have been lost at the table while we were dining. We contacted the restaurant afterward, but unfortunately, we were told that no one had found it. This was extremely disappointing, especially because when you dine at a reputable restaurant, you expect that if a valuable personal item is found, the staff or another guest will make every effort to return it to its owner. We understand that accidents happen and that items can be misplaced, but the fact that the bracelet was clearly with her when we arrived and disappeared while she remained seated at the table is very concerning.
