Final Thoughts: Chef Van still remembers me from when my Mom would bring me in when I was a baby. We're talking some 28 years ago. He never forgot my mother or I, and he has always been such a hard working genuine person. Him and his wife have a truly beautiful family and a truly beautiful restaurant.
