It's amazing the personnel that are hired to "work" nowadays. Business is supposed to be open until 10 pm according to online and on the storefront window. Yet, the workers closed up shop and locked the doors by 9:00 pm. Stood by the windows hoping someone would have the courtesy to either let us in or explain to us their "new hours." Seems to me the workers are just poor representations of customer service and taking an early night. Not worth doing business. read more

What can I say about Cava on Skibo?!? I love it! I love the employees, I love the food, I love the look of the space!! I love it all!! Always a wonderful experience at Cava on Skibo! Everyone is so nice & always have a smile! I normally get the beef meatballs but have been informed that the shredded lamb has taken its place among the regular offerings. It's unfortunate that I have to give this location 1 star because I love CAVA typically. I first experienced CAVA where I live in Charlotte, NC. I was pleasantly surprised that when visiting family, the Fayetteville area offered this one. YET, I did not even eat at the establishment because of the customer service. Upon entering the store, I wasn't greeted. There were 3 young ladies behind the counter. Two carrying a full blown conversation and one cleaning. The one cleaning looked to one of the other young ladies and asked her to assist me. The other two young ladies proceeded with their conversation. Did not look in my direction nor acknowledge that I would be helped. I continued to stand there while they continued their hot topic. As someone who values treating a customer with care, I will not spend my hard earned money at a place where I do not feel valued or respected. I walked out. read more

I used to love coming to this place a few months ago, but it's progressively gotten worse each time.. $10 for wrap isn't terrible if it was actually good.. there's the smallest serving of chicken in their wraps, it's mostly their sauces and toppings.. staff also not as pleasant and they used to be, it's your job, in customer service at that please at least act welcoming and possibly learn the menu so you know what goes into each wrap.. hard pass on this place from now on. read more

My SIL & I were so excited to try CAVA for the first time while I was in NC visiting family & it did not disappoint! I got the hot chicken and boyyyyyy was it yummy. The customer service was fantastic as Ms. Mary (I think that was her name) helped us through our order and directed us in the direction she thought would be best based on the food flavors we enjoy. I ordered a salad bowl with maximum toppings and 2 extra servings of lamb through Postmates. There was little to no arugula or baby spinach. Little to no toppings. The lamb serving amount was questionable. My wife went up To Cava. Mrs. Jennifer "Jenny" Spover said the receipt on their end neither prints the number of toppings nor does the screen show the number of toppings. My wife showed her the receipt on the top of the bowl and on the Postmates app both of which show the number of servings for each selected topping. Mrs. Spover insisted there was nothing they could do and for us to order a new order and pay there. Another attempt to make the order wasn't offered nor was a refund offered. There was a complete lack of judgment, empathy, and customer service even with evidence present. I love Cava but this isn't the first time this location has gotten an order wrong but usually they are extremely nice and professional when correcting ordered especially when there is evidence present. read more

When this place first opened I would have given it 5 stars it had great service, it was clean and the food was great. It hasn't been opened for that long maybe a couple years and now the place is dirty often, gross bathrooms, the was no ice the last time I dined in, a good amount of the ingredients were out and it was so understaffed. Instead of assisting me with my issue other stating they were the manager they put me on mute and had a conversation talking junk. Once i got on the phone with Ms.Mary the employ and the other manger was heard in the background talking junk. I will NEVER support this establishment again no matter what location. Im giving a 2 star because of the staff. The food is really good. The staff is so unorganized. I work at the mall and usually order in advance for curbside pick up. When I get there at the time I selected on my order I typically wait another 20-30 minutes to get my order! When you ask about your order they have an attitude like you are bothering them and I end up spending my break in there waiting for my order. I understand we get busy and there are rush hours but if you can't handle pick up orders on top of the in store then you might want to remove that options or get more staff read more

Usually very good however, the chicken is very inconsistent. Most days it's really good and others it is very fatty. For a $14 bowl, I shouldn't be spitting out every other piece of chicken.
