    Steak and feta pita
    Steve B.

Ordered online and picked it up. I ordered the steak and feta pita. I got it back and went right to it and it was really good. The steak was cooked really well and the mixture with all the other stuff was really balanced. There was a spice that I didn't know what it was from, but if I would've read I would've known it was the jalapeños. Great job Cava!!! Can't wait to try other stuff!! The place was pretty busy, but had a nice interior and ample seating if staying to eat.

Choose white or brown rice for the base of your dish.

We need more locations of this restaurant all over NoCo! All of their Ingredients are absolutely fresh and delicious. Our first time experience: great customer service, great Mediterranean food, great prices (about $11/person). You basically build your own bowl: 1. starting with choosing your rice - white or brown rice You can add lentil beans too (I recommend it) 2. Choose your protein 3. Choose your toppings The food is delicious. The portions are generous. The customer service is excellent. We shall return, Deo Volente!

    Harissa Avocado bowl. pretty spicy!!!

Healthy, filling meal at a good price, and tons of options that all looked good. My toddler enjoyed his kids meal very much, too. Can't wait to come back.

Have been coming to this place for years and absolutely love it. Healthy food, good portions, large selection of options, and absolutely delicious. Seth and his team are very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Usually this place does fine, but they are often out of ingredients. It's gotten so bad that I started only ordering online so I can even see if what I want is on the menu. Today I see that nothing is out of stock, so I ordered, and they managed to forget 3 out of my 8 ingredients. Of course since I got it to go, I didn't notice until I sat down to eat at home. Par for the course in Fort Collins though.

The menu provides a good selection, and the food was satisfying and nicely presented. Service was friendly and the overall pace felt comfortable without being rushed. I also liked the straightforward nature of the experience because everything felt easy and relaxed. The setting works well for a casual meal and doesn't feel overly complicated. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, and the combination of food, service, and atmosphere worked well together.

They're rated really high -- actually one of the highest-rated restaurants in Fort Collins -- and from a food perspective I don't really understand why. Sliders with sweet potato fries -- fine, nothing extraordinary. Potato éclairs -- . It was really just mashed potatoes with some topping on it. I honestly didn't even finish it. Mountain oysters -- huge letdown. They came out so overcooked they were basically crunchier than potato chips, with the batter crumbling off. I've never had them before, so I didn't get a good representation of how they're supposed to be -- these were just super-cooked batter. On the space: we ended up sitting in three different spots to eat. We went outside by the street first -- super loud, and people were smoking, so we headed back in. The open spot inside was right under the AC and about forty degrees, so we moved to the back area. The back was fine -- covered -- but pretty dirty, with mop buckets and clutter sitting around. The one drink I had was a good value since we were there at happy hour -- some kind of fruity whiskey drink. It was fine, but nothing I'd seek out again. I hate to give such a friendly place a bad review. It'd be a really great spot if you're a college student who wants some cheap bites and a drink -- but honestly it's just bar food, and the ceiling is probably a 4 on a really good day. I wouldn't get excited to head down there, and parking is a bit of a hassle too. Would recommend only if you're after very cheap eats in that area -- check them out for happy hour. But I would not return.

They offer GF, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and dairy-free options. The service was okay. Nothing great, nothing terrible. We ordered our food and the food was brought out to us. When we visited, the soda machines were down so we only had the option to try their teas/lemonades or canned options like Olipop or Topochico. I mixed a couple of their teas and lemonades to amp up the flavor since they're not sweetened. I ordered their garden steak salad which was a good, lighter dinner. The garden steak salad has garlic herb steak, mixed greens, roasted cremini mushroom, roasted cherry tomato, basil, avocado, pickled onion, ciabatta croutons, and citrus vinaigrette. The steak was tender, but didn't have much flavor in my opinion. I've been to Modern Market before and there's other options that are more flavorful like their green chicken chili. I took it home and ate it with some white rice. It was flavorful and filling. Overall a good spot if you're looking for a quick, healthy meal.

I'm not vegan, but pretty close, so I always enjoy having a full menu of plant-based meals to choose from. I went with the samurai bowl and an impossible thoughts tonic. The samurai bowl exceeded expectations - the sesame nori-crusted tempeh was really unique and delicious with the caesar dipping sauce. They offered hot sauce but I ended up not really needing it because the bowl was plenty flavorful without. The tonic was also really interesting - lots going on but it really worked. In addition to the main menu, they also have a whole array of vegan cakes and cupcakes for dessert, many of which are also gluten-free. I had a GF lemon lavender cake. The cake was also fantastic and the texture was perfect. It was quite a large slice, so I'd recommend splitting a slice of cake between two people. A very good experience that I'd recommend for anyone interested in plant-based food!
