Yuri helped me out today, the food is great and I've made it my regular spot for the past two weeks. I definitely recommend!

The health department needs to come to this location. They've only been opened a few months and hygiene is horrendous! Dead flies in cooler where drinks are, the kitchen looked dirty, one of the girls not changing their gloves after touching random surfaces. The rice is hard because it's been sitting out and they just mix it in like nothing is wrong. Rude employees the list goes on! Don't waste your time go to another location or get something else to eat if you're in that area! read more

I love cava but at this location in particular the employees are incredibly rude and have messed up every order I've gotten here (I've been here 6 times). When I ask them to change it because they messed up they've said they would have to charge extra for the ingredients even though they put the wrong things on there. They overcharge you for everything and have random rules that aren't at any other cava location I've been too. That plus how difficult it is to get here because of traffic makes it 1000% not worth it. Save your time and your money go somewhere else instead. read more

The food at this location is rarely fresh and they are often out of ingredients. The last time I ordered from here (maybe two months ago) there was a hair in my food that very obviously wasn't mine and I haven't been back since. The staff took it fine (I made a point to be respectful about it) but only offered to remake the bowl - I was refunded my money upon request and will not be eating here again. read more

For the second time in 2 days they are out of ingredients. I ordered both on the app. Yesterday no one informed me, they just simply made the decision to omit the items and not tell me. Today I watched them make it and it wasn't until I inquired about it being wrong that he tells me and points to the containers "we're out of all of this." I told him that must have happened the day prior also and the young kid simply replied with "well I didn't work yesterday". Sir you are a representation of the company by working here and your company is charged me the same amount plus additions for a fraction of the product I am promised. This is bad business and unacceptable. 1st experience was at lunch time. The second was at 8pm at night. There is zero excuse and I wasn't offered anything in exchange or value to compensate for their lack of ability to simply produce what they are promising and and I'm paying for. If I could give 0 stars, I would without a doubt and never look back. read more

Great food and service! Some of the best lemonade I've come across. The blueberry soda is also very tasty and has a nice color, not too sweet. Great location with lots of seating. Can be pricey, but it's worth it in my opinion! read more

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from here, and every time the service has been disappointing. I walked in for my to go order, waited several minutes past it's "ready time" & politely asked where my order was - they were standing in the back not even working & had not even been looking at online orders. Instead of working on my order immediately, they said it would be another 15+ minutes because other orders came in before mine...no I'm sorry, no offer to make it right, just attitude. Cammi was AMAZING. a far cry from two EXTREMELY RUDE ladies who served us yesterday (feb 11th at 2:00) one glared at me the whole time while the other was just rude. they gave us half full bowls, Maybe ten lettuce leaves & tried to not offer me any of the toppings. Pretty sure the manager or owner saw it all and did nothing. Didn't want to come back but so glad we did as Cammi made up for the other two. read more

Been going to Cava for years in Southern California- Irvine, Newport Beach- things are not bigger in Texas! In fact went twice to this location and found the servings to be 1/3 the size. The rice was hard and not even cooked. The chicken cut so small you barely taste it. What a rip off! Don't bother. read more

Service was decent. The first lady that helped didn't smile but everyone else was friendly and nice. Emelie was great and very nice. It wasn't as busy and the location was clean. The cucumber mint lime drink is my favorite!! I recommend this location...the only downside is the parking. Be careful where you park because you will get towed. read more
