    Gyros and falafels
    Stacey F.

Excellent food and great service. Simple menu. Get fresh falafels and you won't be disappointed. (They were out of the lamb burger today.). Gyros were seasoned well and fresh. We were the only people in during lunch time on a Friday. Don't let that deceive you...it's worth the visit.

Everything was so fresh & yummy (and I tried a lot)!! I had the beef kofta lunch special with tomato soup. I also got the kibbe and a small hummus all of which was delicious. Then I tried the garlic sauce, pomegranate sauce, and the spicy sauce all of which were amazing!

Just amazing! Carrot juice is extremely delicious, but the food, just amazing!! Very friendly and welcoming.

Not many Mediterranean restaurants close by and was happy to hear this place opened! The space itself is small. Only a few tables. I noticed they did a lot of to go orders while we ate. You can taste the flavors in the baba ghanoush. We tried the gyro plate with Greek salad and the kabob sandwich! Both were delicious.

Called in a order for 2 of the creamy chicken shawarma's .. we get it they say that we said regular okay cool ... we are gonna eat it anyways but when we go to eat it the chicken is hard stale looking you can tell it either sat out or they way over cooked it. The girl who says she is the daughter of the owner argues my husband down No they cant remake it Then we move to ok give us our money back bc she argued soooo much. Then she says she can't give the money back.. she calls someone and they say she can't give give half back bc they made the food already . But it was THEIR mistake so 1 my food should be remade or i should've received ALL my money back. They were not budging. Thats just bad for business in my opinion. The food is good normally first time we had an issue but the fact we spent $40 on 2 plates and they couldnt make it right we will never go back.

Definitely a tasty casual gem in the SW Fort Worth area. Friendly staff & efficient kitchen that made tasty dishes. Order meal then sit yourself. My mixed grill with lentil soup (mild & thin with fried pita) came with lamb, chicken, & beef koftka was very tasty with a light rice to highlight the flavor.we also ordered the beef koftka with fries & lentil soup. Our 6 y/o liked the soup & meats and fries (of course). Glad to have this delicious Mediterranean option in Fort Worth!

Low quality of food The atmosphere is bad in the restaurant you don't even see what they're cooking inside and the view in front of the store you look towards a dumpster full of trash didn't like it at all they serve the food for dining in plastic plates so low for Mediterranean food and poor service and over priced definitely

Food was delicious and fresh! Wish the place had a bit more ambiance for date nights.

The worst service. Do not waste your time. Front desk messed up the order with a very confusing ordering process, accepted the returned food, would not replace it the correct order nor refund and any money at all. All they said was "sorry". Spent a total of $75 and only one persons meal was correct. Huge letdown!

Good quick serve Mediterranean place! My chicken schwarma wrap with rice was tasty. Not the best I've had, but good. Clean, new place. Service was quick.

After my first visit, I completely understand why. When I walked in, I was immediately welcomed and kindly guided through parts of the menu I wasn't familiar with. Mediterranean food usually isn't my go-to, so I appreciated how patient and helpful they were without making me feel out of place. I ordered the beef shawarma plate with tzatziki and hot sauce on the side, then sat at the barstools near the food prep area while I waited. Watching the owner prepare the food was honestly part of the experience. At one point, he came over and insisted I try their tea. I initially declined, but he smiled and said he'd only pour me half a cup. That small act of kindness and hospitality genuinely sold me on this place. The restaurant was clean, quiet, welcoming, and smelled incredible. And yes, absolutely try the tea. It was a custom Earl Grey blend made specifically for them, and it was fantastic. When I got home, I was surprised by how generous the portions were for the price. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully balanced. The spices were used perfectly, the produce tasted fresh, and the food even held its temperature well by the time I got home. I've only been here once so far, but I already plan on becoming a regular, probably at least once a week. Y'all are doing an amazing job, and I'm really glad I found this place.

This place does Turkish food justice and has so much cultural charm with the decor and warm, cozy atmosphere. We started off with the complimentary bread, which was fresh and warm. I do wish that it came with an oil dip, but it was nice to have with my meal. For my entree, I ordered the lamb gyro and absolutely loved it. I sometimes find an issue that dishes at Turkish/Middle Eastern restaurants can be salty, but it wasn't here! The salad it came with did have a bit too much pepper for my liking, but the tomatoes were incredibly juicy. Overall, the meal was delicious and light. The staff was kind and attentive, but we were also the only customers there on a late Tuesday afternoon. There's a dedicated parking lot for Flying Carpet, which is a huge plus especially for it being on Magnolia avenue. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back!

We were greeted and seated right away. Service throughout was warm and attentive, our server checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. They started us with warm, crispy bread and a yogurt-based dip that was quite flavorful. I ordered the lamb shish kebab platter (well done), and we also tried the chicken shish kebab platter. Both came with buttery rice, a fresh salad drizzled with olive oil, and yogurt sauce. The chicken was tender and properly seasoned, but the lamb was the highlight. Lamb can easily turn dry or overly gamey if not handled right, but this was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor even when cooked well done, exactly how a good shish kebab should be. I skipped dessert this time, though they offer a few options, and I noticed what appeared to be a buffet setup, which I'm curious to try next. Overall, a solid, well executed Mediterranean meal. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We started with a meze platter that was flawless when eaten with their warm bread and pita. It was plenty but we didnt want to stop there. For entrees, we went with a chicken kabob and an amazing dish: Beyti kabob (I think I got that right). I loved the combination of the tangy yogurt sauce and the Turkish seasoned beef. I'm returning just for that dish. Of course we shared, which is the way to go here so you get to try more than just one entree. Being a new place, the service had some minor glitches, which Im sure will get ironed out, but they were so nice that it didnt affect our dinner one bit. We skipped dessert but they looked home made and again could be shared.
