I love Cava, but I'm particularly disappointed with this location. I ordered from here a few weeks ago, and I noticed how my grains and greens bowl was 70% greens and 30% grain. Full stalks of arugula is tough to chew. I didn't say anything at that time because I thought it was a one-off. Tonight's order? I ordered my same greens and grain bowl. The same situation with the greens. This time probably 75% greens and maybe some grains. If I wanted just a greens bowl, I would have ordered that, but I didn't. Chop up your arugula or just don't put stalks of arugula in my bowl. Also, I'd think you'd be nice enough to tightly close the lid to my food before placing it in my to-go bag. I didn't appreciate having to catch my food from falling out when I took it out of my bag. read more

This salad was the best I've had in a while! Everything blended very well together. The lettuce was fresh, and the chicken was bursting with flavor. I've been sleeping on this place. I can't wait to eat another salad tonight. The only think holding back this particular restaurant is the lack of staff. They could have used two more people for the lunch rush. They looked overworked and little tasks like wiping the spaces between the chafers and tidying up the dining area. Update: The food was so good that I went back for dinner. However, the evening staff was quite careless with best practices. The young girl was slamming items around and provided poor customer service. There was lettuce dangling out of the bins, and I don't know if they even tried to scoop the food properly out of the chafers. The falafel had been sitting out and was cold, and when I asked her about bring out more, she said there was no more, when this store had two more hours until closing time. They were out of lentil tabouleh and she did not offer the black lentils until I asked about them. I would highly recommend Cava, but not this location. A refresher course in store presentation, customer service, and general store cleaning are in order! read more

I used to absolutely love this place, as a vegetarian, i don't have many options that offer protein but this place does and it's so good. But today absolutely ruined my experience & i will never be coming back. I have never felt so embarrassed and hurt in my life by a customer service worker than today. As someone who used to work in customer service, i completely understand being short staffed or having a bad day, but the service i recieved today was so incredibly rude. We placed an order online to come pick up in store, and when we arrived to pick it up well after the time it was supposed to be ready, we were told only 2 minutes to cut up chicken, and we ended up waiting 15 minutes. When we got home, we opened up the bowls and ate them to find out that it every single bowl was wrong, and the vegetarian one had meat. As someone who doesn't/ chooses not to eat meat, eating meat is upsetting when it's not my choice. On the way back to the restaurant I called to inform them of the mistake and asked for a refund for the trouble and for them to remake the bowls, they said i could choose one or the other. Upon entering the restaurant, the manager Lissa came over to me and very loudly stated that she was going to refuse to service me because I "hung up during her phone call" and that they have the right to refuse rude customers. I was awestruck. I literally ended the conversation on the phone with her with "okay thank you" and hung up? and she refused to remake the bowls or ever have us at her location again? There were at least 8 people that heard that conversation and I have never felt so publicly mortified in my life. I love Cavas food but I will never ever support a business that treats its customers like that when the business is the one who made a mistake. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a manager. read more

Where do I start....pulled up at 7:37 pm, the line was long, no problem CAVA is delicious. Did not get my bowl until 8:00. This establishment was being run by kids, I counted 5 people working, all seemed to be teens. The store was filthy. Dirty tables in the dining area, food all over the place. They had run out of roasted vegetables but did have several signs stating that. They were out of pickled onions and pita crisps. I asked if more pita crisps could be made, the guy said yes but it will take 3 minutes, I said no problem and May I also have pita bread. I stood to the side to wait for the crisps and the guy totally forgot why I was standing there and still failed to give me my pita bread. They also attempted to give me a dirty cup for my drink. I will NOT be visiting this location again. read more

Two points since the food at Cava is usually good. But disappointed by service. Went o first time at this location on Saturday evening around 7. Last time went to this was at union station. This location- It was empty, we were the only ones at that time. All tables were dirty with left overs, droppings and even tissues. The person serving did not give Bread and when asked gave half however at other locations I would get one full bread. Lentils were dry. Lemonade was empty. Sad faces. Please improve read more

Theeeeeeeeee worst experience ever! My first visit with them was on 8/29/2024. I really was unsure on how to order I ended up getting a protein and roasted veggies which I didnt know there would be an additional fee for. The cashier Shannon goes dont worry I won't charge you. I get my food I sit down. I then go dang I didn't get a receipt, I go back and ask for one she acts confused and gives me one with the veggies on there which she stated I would not be charged for. I ended requesting a refund as I did not care fit the bowl also the veggies tasted burnt and looked burnt as well. I proceeded give them the bowl back and advised my concerns. Thee entire staff except for the guy making the bowls got an instant attitude, long story short another guy walks up with red hair gives me some slip and said the money will go back to your account . It has been 9 days still no refund.15.26 to be exacT, and calling the them has been no help, if this issue is not resolved I will take further actions. read more

Consistently out of key ingredients before the peak rush of dinner. Two recent examples: I ordered a bowl at 6pm on a Saturday and they were out of garlic dressing, and I ordered a bowl at 5-5:30pm and they were completely out of feta. I understand ingredient shortage at the end of the evening (close to closing), or even once in a while, but this has become a consistent thing. The last 3 times I've been to this location, something is completely out. consistently running out of ingredients before the dinner rush begins shows either an issue with procurement at the location (not stocking the restaurant adequately for demand) or a staff issue (employees unwilling to restock items that are out on the floor). Overall, the quality and consistency has slipped dramatically over the last 3-4 months. Recommend trying other locations for your Cava meals. read more

So when I saw that Zoe's was gone I was wondering what this new restaurant would be. I finally decided to try it. I put together a grains and greens bowl. I absolutely loved it. It was a great substitution for a healthy meal when I'm looking for it. I have not actually gone inside and ordered I normally order through the app and then pick up to make it easier. Every time I have gone through the line is wrap outside so I assume it is still getting a lot of business. read more

I must admit I'm a little late to the Cava Fan club. I love the fresh ingredients, different flavors and possible combinations. I have been to this particular location on a number of occasions. The earlier you go the better - around dinner time the options start running out and they are not quick to replenish. This location is not forward thinking not sure if it's because all the workers are young but they never have steak. This is my 3rd time at this location that they are out of steak and the cook was not within site to start cooking the steak.
