    Lamb Kabob Platter
    Stephanie D.

Amazing hidden gem in West Chester! Cozy spot with amazing food and great service. Our waitress, Jen, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the lamb kabob with the traditional hummus and it was excellent. The falafel was delicious as well. BYOB. Great date night spot, will definitely be returning!

We were interested in going here for the small shared plates meal. We got seated right away with a bread basket but the dip needed salt. Our server was great with lots of specials. We ordered the maza platter with 4 choices and here is the ranking of each- they all came on one plate. 1. Roasted red pepper toasts- great! 2. Tabouli- like bruschetta- needed more bread 3. Hummus- needed to add the lemon to it 4. Baba ganujh- needed seasoning and salt Too bad when we got our water refills there was lots of mystery things floating in the water- ummm no thank you. Ended with the raspberry rugelach that was nicely decorated but had to search for the raspberry flavor. So this place was priced right but was hit or miss.

We had so much fun and enjoyed a delicious dinner! Music happened to be right outside (Friday night in July) I tried the eggplant special and it was delicious! Boyfriend had beef platter and enjoyed it. I was skeptical about tabouli (I've never really enjoyed it before) but it was so good! Don't be intimidated by the menu, it's just extra flavors!

It was absolutely delicious!! Every course was amazing. Our server was so kind and caring. Sitting outside in the summer time eating fresh food is just the best vibes! We loved it. Thanks for having us!

Great vegetarian food! Though there are many different types of vegetarian restaurants, I have to say the Mediterranean Restaurant is one of the best!!! food is so delicious and healthy. The manager was so accommodating - when I was struggling to choose between two dishes, he kindly offered to do me a combo of two (half and half)

Let me preface this review by saying I'm having a bad day. We have a teething infant at home and nobody is getting a lot of sleep. I'm sure some of you can recognize the level of tired I'm at right now. On one hand I'm going to be snippy because I'm tired but on the other hand you have to understand how annoyed I must be to write this review instead of getting some extra sleep. Another factor to consider is we have been pampered by one of the best lebanese restaurants I've ever been to (Cafe Baladi in Frazer). Full disclosure I have celiac so any review for things containing gluten come from my wife. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I'll give you a rundown of the food from best to worst. The scallop small plate was excellent but overpriced. In case you are wondering, the market price for TWO scallops is 18 bucks. The hummus was good. It's not winning any records but still pretty good. The falafel was also pretty good but the sauce was well I don't know what it actually was because all I tasted was Franks red hot. This was confirmed by my wife. I said 'tell me what you think of the falafel sauce' and she replied 'all I tasted is what I think is Franks red hot'. She is from Buffalo and eats lots of wings. Franks red hot is a common base to wing sauce. We both know what Franks tastes like. I know there slogan is 'I put that **** on everything' but I'm not sure this is what they had in mind. The bolognase was awful. It lacked flavor and the pasta was so overcooked it was practically mush. The ground beef in the kafta platter was not salted and there was an overwhelming taste of charred meat with what I think was clove. The rice in the Kafta platter was also mush. The pita was served in a plastic bag from which the restaurant got it. I know the boiling question on the tip of your tongue is 'ooohhh where do they get their pita?' They source their pita from soumaya & Sons bakery in Whitehall, pa. The restaurant advetises that bread is made in their bakery. Perhaps only levened bread is made there - I have no idea. Maybe it's a religious thing? The baklava was soggy. I dont know how else to describe it, soggy. I tried to take a picture but soggy doesn't seem to translate to a digital format. The gluten free cookies were pretty good though.

Bad food. Bad service. Sat for an hour before they even came and took the order. Don't bother coming here. Better options nearby.

My hubby's office had ordered takeout…read morefrom here in the past, and as picky of an eater as he is, he talked about how good it was; so we thought we would try their dine-in experience together. We arrived around 5:45pm to a fairly empty restaurant, which often gives me pause; but as the night went on, it quickly filled up. We were seated and tended to promptly. The interior is cool and inviting, with Greek artwork and upbeat music to enhance the ambiance. Our server was attentive and blunt in a fun, friendly way -- make sure you bring your sense of humor so you don't take anything personally! I had a bowl of the Chicken Avgolemono soup, though the smaller cup would've been more than enough. It was nice and hot. My husband and daughter both got Souvlaki platters but didn't want their Dolmades so I happily ate those. I also shared their fries and part of my daughter's Pork Souvlaki. The Dolmades were some of the best I've ever had and the fries were amazing. But the pork. Listen, I rarely choose pork as my protein and I was very unenthusiastic about it, but it was possibly the best pork I have eaten in my life. It was super tender and juicy and absolutely full of flavor. Together with the fresh pita, tzatziki, and cucumbers... I didn't have words. My husband enjoyed his Lamb Souvlaki, but he tried a bite of the pork and shared my sentiments. We shared a piece of Baklava for dessert, which was also delicious. It was a wonderfully satisfying meal! Restrooms were bright and clean, albeit you have to walk through their office-like area to get to them and kind of feel like you're intruding. If you are in the area and like Greek food or want to try something different, I highly recommend giving this spot a try. I would welcome the opportunity to go back!

The kind person working there let me have it for free as I had no other way to pay. It was really hot, I had over-exerted, and I clearly needed it. Kind people, solid food. I'll be back!

if i am being honest 3.5 stars would be better…read more now let's start with the good part. the gyro is delicious! I went out of my way to come here for lunch after i saw a facebook post from the cheese steak adventures's guy pop up! it was from a while ago but i figured if he liked it... why not? the pita is really good. chewy. warm and moist. i got the classic (more to come) which is basically a gyro with the fixin's. lamb and fries tzsatiki. perfect. now let's move on to the staff and the restaurant overall. there are so many things wrong. the website will not let you honor several of the lunch specials. if you click on certain links they're no good. dont try to use them, since you will get to the restaurant and they will charge you for whatever the order would have been. i mean i want to save two bucks like everyone else. next, i'm going to agree with the many other reviews... why in the world can you NOT get sauce on the side if you pay for it? do they not have any lil cups?! i looked around this place is pretty cut and dry. i know it sounds like BS but i think they dont have those lil tiny cups. ...then there is the staff. i want so badly for them to hire the 'local lady who answers the phone'. they need it in the worst way. the guy who picks up is as fun as paint drying. it's a huge turn off for folks who know the food is good but the staff is not. will i be back... ?you damn right. but i am going to avoid a bunch of things from the jump: i'm only ordering online, if there is an upsell for sides and they do not have them i will just ask for my money back. they use toast for their ordering system and they will honor refunds if need be, and park around back. they have 2 spaces, the staff is using them too! i really hope things turn around in this location. they are not in philly anymore. it's the 'burbs baby!
