Such a good spot for high quality, fast, and nutritious food. You can customize your meal to your liking! The service is fast and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Dropped in for lunch after a morning of shopping. Think of Cava of a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. The food was fresh and tasty. I look forward to another visit to try more things off their menu!

This place is SO good! I usually only order to-go via the Cava mobile app, but I actually ordered and ate inside this time and what a difference it was. The portions seemed a lot bigger ordering in the store versus ordering ahead of time. I got a salad bowl where you can pick your own greens, dips/spreads, mains, toppings, and dressings. You can add as many toppings as you want at no additional charge (minus avocado). Everything tasted fresh - my favorite main is the roasted vegetables. This place can get very busy around lunchtime with the line to the door. Staff is very friendly and didn't seem to mind explaining the ordering process to customers several times. Highly recommend if you're looking for a healthy eatery in Greensboro!

DoorDashed Cava for my toddler and me recently - loved it so much, I ordered the same thing less than 24 hours later and got my husband onboard. My toddler loves the grilled chicken! I ordered the greens & grains bowl with grilled chicken and allllllll the toppings... I lovveddd that all the ingredients were fresh - there was not one piece of wilted lettuce and all of my cukes were perfectly crunchy! The crazy feta is unbelievably delicious! Cava just made it into the regular rotation!

When we were first looking for a home to buy out here a few months ago, my wife and I stopped in after 5 hours of looking at neighborhoods and properties in the pouring rain. At that time we thought, wow, what a great little place. We were rushed so couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Now that we're settled, we decided to hop in again today and savor the flavors. We weren't let down! Build your own pitas, bowls, fresh healthy food and drinks all the way around. Perfect spot for a lunch, quick meet up with friends, or a relaxation session with healthy and fresh food during or after walking around Friendly Center. And if our kids love it and it's healthy, you know it says something. Bases, proteins, sides, sauces galore. Mix and match however you want. If you don't get their Crazy Feta® in a bowl or on a pita, make sure to get a side of it. For you non-feta lovers, this isn't your typical feta. My kids hate feta, but they devoured this. Trust me, you gotta get it. Description from their website: "Feta whipped with jalapeño, onion, and olive oil for just that right level of spicy. A CAVA signature." Super clean, modern with helpful staff. Won't be our last stop that's for sure. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

I have been in this shopping center several times, but never saw Cava back in the corner. Glad to know there is a place that has healthy food in that area. So I came here from a friend's recommendation. He said how great this place is, so I decided to give it a try. It is basically a healthy Mediterranean version of Chipotle, which is not a bad things whatsoever! Pros: Long line - this is a pro as it said to me that the food must be good Enough variety and options Flavor galore Just enough food to not be stuffed, but satisfied Quick service, especially considering the long line Fave items - pickled onions, garlic dressing, crazy feta dip Cons: Way too Skimpy with the dips. Next time I'm asking ng for extra. They are technically "free" Would make more sense to include 2 pieces of pita with each bowl, not just 1

Nailed it like always. We had the Avocado and chicken bowl and the chicken and rice bowl, both were great. Staff super friendly and the tables/floor clean. Plus cool tunes. There is a reason $CAVA is ripping

The last two…read moretimes I've ordered The Mallory panini, which has grilled chicken breast, pimento cheese, mozzarella, and pickled onions. It's served with a creamy herb dipping sauce. The chicken is moist and tender, and the pimento cheese is tasty without being overly heavy on the mayonnaise. On this last visit, I got the panko fried cauliflower as my side and it was okay, not amazing. The breading was nice and crunchy but there wasn't enough flavor, even with the dip, so I wouldn't order this again. I usually get the brussels sprouts as a side, and those are a much more satisfying, delicious choice in my opinion. My husband ordered The Roast Beast panini this time - I had a bite with the au jus and thought it was excellent. I love when restaurants offer mocktails and Melt has a few on their menu. I tried the Blood Orange mocktail and it was unfortunately a bit too heavy on the lime for me. I wouldn't order this again. I find the atmosphere of Melt to be cozy and I love the lighting and decor. The restaurant is on the smaller side and it seems to always have a crowd, so it can get pretty noisy.

Great casual atmosphere, the staff have really come into their own, and the food is simple but has little touches that often make it a small cut above most other sports bar type places around. My favorite things to order are the smashburgers, chicken philly (almost as good as the one at Old Town, a restaurant also belonging to this same owner), and now the fish and chips. I decided to get those last night, and the fish was two good size thick cod filets, fried and breaded perfectly. The fish was flaky and tender, the remoulade it came with really elevated it, I'm glad it was not plain tartar sauce (gross). The appetizer favorite here is the pulled pork nachos for me, otherwise, we usually just get meals. If I had one small complaint, it's that the tea is usually brewed pretty weak. Steep it a little longer, and you've got me fully hooked.

We loved their homemade dressings. Service: Our server was great! Attentive, kind, and offered to let us taste test. She also was helpful in her descriptions and recommendations. However, our experience fell short upon arrival. The hostess said they don't have a table for 5 but we could add a chair to a 4 top. And when I said that's not a comfortable or reasonable set up for 5 people and asked if we could push two tables together, she seemed annoyed. Who thinks it's acceptable for a party of 5 to sit someone at the corner point of a 4 top table when there are open tables all around? Management advice: If this is truly your approach, I'd recommend you rethink that logic. This is basic hospitality.

Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Tonight was finally the evening when we were able to go, despite a bit of a waitlist still (45 minutes). The hostess was on point with her estimate and also very quick to get us seated within the promised time frame. I also found out they offer reservations, so we will use that option loving forward. First of all-service was excellent. Our waiter came to the table within a moment of being seated to get started with waters and non-alcoholic options, and was quick to check back up on us and see if we were ready or had questions. He made several great recommendations on both food and drinks. My only caveat was that my 10 oz steak was a bit on the salty side, but this may be due to the aging process. It was cooked to a beautiful medium per my request, and both my sides (asparagus and loaded baked potato) were yummy, well cooked and seasoned perfectly. My husband got a pasta with pancetta and caramelized onions, and it was absolutely delicious. Suggested wines were paired well with both entrees. We opted to get a few more drinks with dessert, and both were also very good. The bartenders are not stingy in their pours! We also split the butter cake for dessert and I will say that Paula Dean would have been proud of that cake. It was melt-in-your mouth richness paired with a slightly tangy fruit sauce, fresh berries and a tasty vanilla ice cream. The restaurant as a whole was well set up, with multiple types of seating and a large bar area. Decor was well placed and there was enough room to walk through without feeling crowded, despite how busy it was. We will absolutely be back!
