Onions and carrots! Thanks, you guys eat it!

Done, never again. Done with distracted people who don't care what theyvare preparing. Yet the same people who who would go off and probably even tear a place up after receiving lousy food. I asked for the chicken and grilled veggies wrap . I got a dab of onions a 1/4 cup of meat and a glob of diced carrots. Those are my grilled veggies? Thanks alot. And to reward you for such attention to this order. I will never order from here again. And yes, I have a big mouth. Get rid of the two to go people before you have no customers left. It's probably too late!

I will start off by saying I love Cava. I frequently go to the Newport News location. I was super excited about a location being Hampton because it's closer to where I live. I will say that I was not impressed with the setup nor the customer service. The staff seemed to have a lackluster attitude and kinda skimpy on the food items. Again, not impressed with this location. I may have to go to Newport News from now on. Virginia Beach location is cool too.

Stopped in for lunch and it appears to be a soft opening. The staff were friendly and very helpful regarding food options. The space is average. It's great to have another option besides the usual. Hopefully this place will remain clean and deliver on customer service and food satisfaction.

So this wrap and regular drink for lunch cost $20! We have lost our minds as a society at these type of prices. The only reason I came in is because I had a gift card for $10 and wanted to try it and use it. The euro tasted pretty good but was very sloppy and The fillings encompassed more of the gyro than the actual spicy lamb meatball which had four tiny balls. This is yet another establishment that I won't go to again, because they are out pricing the general public at these outrageous prices. Call me old but I feel like $10 should still be able to get you a nice little meal with a small side and a small drink. Good luck to them they won't be getting my harder money in the future.

I actually met one of the owners while shopping at Games Farmers Market in Newport News. She spoke so passionately about her restaurant being a soul food spot that I knew I had to try it. I went within the week, and they don't open until after 3 p.m. (I believe they stay open until 1 or 2 in the morning). They even have extra parking across the street, which is nice. I went in by myself, and they told me I could sit wherever I wanted. Since I was one of the first people in there that day, the bartender/waitress greeted me with so much kindness. She went over some of the specials, and I ended up ordering the Rasta Pasta along with a drink--a Pineapple Upside Down (tea or lemonade, I can't quite remember). Whatever it was, it was delicioso. That drink was a 10/10--I'd go back just for that! When the pasta came out, it was served with garlic toast, and I also ordered some macaroni and cheese. The pasta was flavorful, and honestly, I've been thinking about going back for it again. The mac and cheese wasn't my favorite, but to be fair, I prefer baked, homemade macaroni & cheese--so that's just me, but it was good. While I was there, I chatted with several of the owners and the cook, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I even learned one of the owners is a veteran. The restaurant has a sports bar vibe, with TVs everywhere, music playing, and a DJ--it's lively, clean, and has a great atmosphere. I really love the vibe, the people, and how comfortable they made me feel. I'll definitely be back. If you're looking for good food, good people, and a good atmosphere, I'd say give George's a try--you might end up loving it like I did.

The owner and the chef came out to see how everything was Food--The food was great and the presentation was great as well. Although the vibe is bar like but the food served is top tier because my Rasta Pasta was top tier!! We had absolutely no complaints. We will come back on Karaoke Wednesday night!!

When you arrive, there's a big sign outside, saying Momo's but other than that it looks like an old Mexican restaurant which adds to its uniqueness. I really enjoyed walking around the store and seeing all the unique trinkets gifts local art, and jewelry there's even coffee scrubs and specialty food items. I thought it was a super cute ideal to put random salt and pepper shakers on the tables which were already unique themselves. I love the vibes here. Looking forward to restaurant week. No mimosas, so come prepared. As you might expect at a place like this the food isn't fancy, not pricey and home-made delicious. The ladies behind the counter were extremely sweet. Lovely spot that doesn't have a line first thing in the morning. Highly recommend.
