I understand they're so short staffed they changed the hours. However, last week my girlfriend placed and online order and it took TWO HOURS for her to get her food, AND they didn't offer to buy her order or give her a voucher. Not only that these kids that work here move at a snails pace. Watching the speed it take for them to scoop a spoonful of chicken hurts to watch. The food is always amazing and that's what sucks; sometimes I feel like these kids make people wait on purpose. Ive never seen such shitty customer service. Refill the water cup station, mix the lemonades, it's not that hard to get your head out of your ass. read more

I love CAVA and I always have. This particular store sadly has very mediocre customer service. The workers just seem so confused and their whole system is quite dysfunctional. Also, they were not educated on some of the ingredients in the bowls (when I asked what rightrice was, the worker just said "I don't know"). We have loved this place since it opened and were going every 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately the service and accuracy have gone down lately. Our last 3-5 orders have been incorrect and considering the price of the food, it's very discouraging to not get what you paid for. I went back to get the second portion of protein that I had paid for and was ignored by the staff for at least 5 minutes before I had the opportunity to ask them to rectify it. We normally order online as we established that routine during COVID and have kept to that because, as you can read in other reviews, their food line is not exactly efficient. It's either wait in a slow moving line, or order online and see how badly they botched your order to decide whether it's worth it to be subjected to the wait you were trying to avoid in the first place. In addition, I feel like the portions have gone down and we're not fans of the new pita recipe. I sincerely hope CAVA can find its way back to where they were 3 months ago. read more

I had heard about this place from a co-worker who thought it was great. I went at 7:15 p.m. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience. I ordered the lentils and brown rice as my base. I must have gotten the bottom of the barrel for the rice because it was so dry and hard it hurt my teeth. They were also out of falafel and avocado. I will try it again because the concept was good and the other ingredients were very tasty. It was just very disappointing because I couldn't avoid the dry rice. read more

Cava is a great Mediterranean restaurant! They have somewhat of a chipotle style line where you order as you go! I'd recommend the rice/grain bowl which goes well with the unlimited toppings! It does cost about $10 per plate but it is well worth it to go once a week! Fairly high quality ingredients and usually the rice is cooked well. One time it was kinda crunchy lol.. Typically a big fan of Cava, however the service on Sunday Afternoon at this location was unbearably slow. Witnessed at least 8 other groups of people walk out due to the ridiculous wait. There were three people working the service line and only one girl seemed to be hustling to help the guests while the other two worker stood and talked to one another sipping on their sodas while all guests in line noticed. The boy checking us out asked 3 times if the sandwiches were being bought together and forgot to give a cup after purchasing a drink from him. The man cooking even told the two people on laughing and "having too much fun" to point out their lack of effort and they laughed it off. He also told them they need to tell him when items were halfway gone, and not low/close to out to prepare. Overall it looks like this location is short staffed, but the ones working should hustle a bit more to not lose patrons. Food was still good despite the 1 star for service. read more

Fresh and tasty! This place operates like a chipotle where you pick the "base" (greens, grains, or both), then you pick a protein, then veggies, then sauce and extras. The result is a custom bowl that is full of flavor and texture! They also have pre-set menu bowls if you'd prefer. Parking is in a lot and is abundant. read more

I visited CAVA tonight and had tried ordering my food online but because of staffing issues, online ordering is not an option. I understand that businesses are short staffed but it should not take 30+ minutes to order my food and stand in line. Tonight I came into CAVA around 6:50PM and did not leave the line till 7:30PM. Staff is friendly but do not seem to know the menu when ordering a pre-made bowl. The girl making my bowl had to keep asking her coworker what goes in it. Next, I was very upset when I tried to pay cash and was told "we do not accept cash due to COVID". Not being able to pay cash is really irritating and ridiculous to me. Food was good, but not worth all the trouble tonight. read more

We tried this place for the first time tonight. It was great! The staff could have been a little more informative since it was our first visit we were not sure of what to order and a first glance the menu looks limited. That is not the case. Probably the worst service I've ever seen. I submitted an online order at 11:54 AM for 1 PM pickup (plenty of time to make a bowl full of pre-made ingredients) When I arrived at location at 1PM, my order wasn't ready. I waited until 1:20PM and approached the employee at which time I was informed that IF I wanted my order then I should get in line and order it again from there. The line was out the door (around 15-20 people long, probably because it takes staff 10 minutes to serve one person) and I was already running out of my lunch brake time. I had to leave the restaurant and get back to the office without having anything to eat or any time left to pick something else out. I also didn't get my money or my food back. Emailed Cava customer service and got zero response. If there is no accountability when it comes to customer service why would one assume there is accountability when it comes to food quality for example? I will never set food in that restaurant again. read more

We ordered curbside - a pita and a grain bowl. Both were horrible. The lamb in the pita left my mouth coated with grease and was virtually inedible. My wife's grain bowl was equally bad. The lamb meatballs resembled carboard more than proteins. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat. read more

Food is good... but do NOT order online. We ordered online and showed up 30 minutes later to pick up our food, and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to put the food together. The front line workers were just standing around staring at us, and would help anyone that walked in after us first. There were a few people who came in with online orders who were in the same boat as us. When we finally all got our food, all of the bags were wrong.
