I will start by saying that I love Mad Greens and have been to numerous locations. Its always a pleasant experience across the board and quality is always good. I will never go back to this Mad Greens again. The most unfriendly workers. Thomas Brinkerhoff and another woman (name unknown). No greeting when we walked in. Made us feel like such an inconvenience. For a second I thought we were walking in when they were closing. Nope, just terrible customer service and negative attitudes. This is my second visit to MAD Greens and it is probably my new go to salad place. I got the Ty Cobb Salad and had a few add-ins. I also switched the dressing to ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. Turned out pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant seemed pretty clean. I will be back! read more

I would give this location 3.6 stars out of 5. Plenty of parking in a nice area of colorado. The decor inside and on the patio was nice. Really enjoyable drink options. It can get expensive real fast with the addition of fresh press juices. When I came in, a red haired gal was banging the dishes into a dirty dish bin. It seemed like she was burnt out of working with this company or having a bad day. Luckily the other gentleman working helped us and made our salads with a better energy. It is really nice to put healthy items into your body. We enjoyed our salads and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised with the bowls for dining in. Normally have great experiences at Mad Greens but this definitely did not match that. I ordered the Ty Cobb and wanted to switch out for goat cheese which they didn't have. Ok, not a huge deal. Where this experience really went wrong was the quality of ingredients. The romaine lettuce was definitely not even close to fresh and tasted like a cheap buffet salad. This is not why I would ever choose to go here. Other ingredients were good but the amount of lettuce to topping ratio was significantly below Mad Greens standards. All in all, only one experience but extremely disappointed. Management needs to look at the quality of their salads and portions of their toppings for me to return. read more

Plenty of seating at this location. It was near closing time but the employees were very nice and friendly. I went back and ordered a salad to go and instead of charging me full price they gave me a nice discount since it only had 2 items in it. Was very impressed that the employee did that. The salads were great to me as I have come to expect from any Mad Greens location. Food prices across the board are up so for the amount of salad you get I am perfectly fine with. read more

Update after owner replied: Sara, although I appreciate that you seem to reply to your reviews, your reply did not address the most shocking part of my experience. Charging $20 for a small (regular) size salad is appalling. Or to be fair, subtract the water to $18. Fine dining charges that or less! $20 salad!!!! $20.00 and it wasn't even a 'Big' size. I purchased the Vibrant Venus and asked for the addition of shrimp. The worker threw together the salad so quickly, that I didn't even watch what she put in. After walking out with major sticker shock (I was too shocked to even ask about the total). When I got back home I realized I received 5....5 small shrimp! And they were chewy. I looked on the website and it states the VV salad is $11.15. I also purchased a Nestle bottled water. So apparently, 1 water and 5 shrimp is nearly $9! Wow! read more

This post I wanted to be higher. I had been told great things and you can't deny it is a great healthy meal choice. My review is only giving 3 stars due to how the staff treated my family and I. It was our first time at MAD and the experience was tainted by the way the staff ignored our questions and wouldn't listen to our request. There was zero patience and I will make it clear there was no line behind us in which if there was I can understand wanting to keep the line moving but we would want to add items together and we had 3 meals and the staff would keep telling us the total when we had to tell them what we wanted to add having them adjusting our order multiple times in the system. The in MAD spice seasoning adds a punch! And I love spice. The regular sized bowls were still a lot of good! Portions for cost were good and their fresh juice is great! I've only had mad greens once, and it was a catering order that I had delivered to the office. Although you can order online, delivery and catering is done by a 3rd party. There was no option to really customise my order unless I wanted to choose 20 individual wraps so I ordered 2 lots of assorted wraps. During the ordering process it asks if there's any vegetarians. I loved the idea of that because we had 3 in the office and if the wraps were assorted, surely they would account for that. The delivery person was let in by someone else so I didn't get to see them. They left the food and took off like a flash. When I checked the food, not only did I have no vegetarian wraps but there was only two kinds of wraps and both were chicken! Assorted my ass! I called the stores 3rd party ez caterer and was told that the driver is booked ahead of time and if I wanted the wraps I'd have to pick them up. I was pretty mad because this is all happening during a 4 hour meeting where I was taking the notes. They comped me for the 3 veg wraps and sent me another 20% discount to be used at another store. When I got to the store, the person I spoke to was very apologetic and basically blamed the ordering system. I was told the wraps would be ready when I got there because they were being made as I was on the phone. I waited 10 minutes to be sure I wouldn't have to wait and of course, they were still being made when I arrived. The wraps were good but I don't think I'll be getting catering from them again in a hurry. read more
