    ELOTE MAC BOWL

Elotes Mac bowl is so good! Little spicy with fresh onions and herbs. It's a huge serving too with grilled chicken and bow tie pasta. I add the mad spice for a zing.

This is my second visit to MAD Greens and it is probably my new go to salad place. I got the Ty Cobb Salad and had a few add-ins. I also switched the dressing to ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. Turned out pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant seemed pretty clean. I will be back!

I would give this location 3.6 stars out of 5. Plenty of parking in a nice area of colorado. The decor inside and on the patio was nice. Really enjoyable drink options. It can get expensive real fast with the addition of fresh press juices. When I came in, a red haired gal was banging the dishes into a dirty dish bin. It seemed like she was burnt out of working with this company or having a bad day. Luckily the other gentleman working helped us and made our salads with a better energy. It is really nice to put healthy items into your body. We enjoyed our salads and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised with the bowls for dining in. Customer service should be inspected with a positive attitude among the staff. For the decent man whom helped us, we are grateful.

Normally have great experiences at Mad Greens but this definitely did not match that. I ordered the Ty Cobb and wanted to switch out for goat cheese which they didn't have. Ok, not a huge deal. Where this experience really went wrong was the quality of ingredients. The romaine lettuce was definitely not even close to fresh and tasted like a cheap buffet salad. This is not why I would ever choose to go here. Other ingredients were good but the amount of lettuce to topping ratio was significantly below Mad Greens standards. All in all, only one experience but extremely disappointed. Management needs to look at the quality of their salads and portions of their toppings for me to return.

The absolute worse "salad" of my life. It was mostly just some not so fresh lettuce. I would not return.

The hostess was extremely friendly, very conversational, and we definitely got that Southern hospitality. Our waiter, Ben, was extremely helpful when it came to questions we had and dishes that he would recommend us to try as first timers. We started off with their monthly special of fried okra and it was very delicious especially dipped in their homemade sauce. The okra was lightly battered, fried to perfection, and had a little spicy kick to it for every bite. Both my wife and I went with Ben's recommendation of the Monica-Smothered Catfish and Pork Chops. It was great to know that you could order the lunch portion during dinner hours and we did just that as we weren't too hungry after getting off the plane. The catfish fillets were cooked perfectly and it paired well with the crawfish tail cream sauce. One of the best catfish dishes I have eaten. As for the pork chop, it was grilled perfectly as well and the vegetables were a nice side. Also, one of the best pork chop dishes I have eaten. The creamed potatoes were delicious, but I didn't expect melted butter on top. Since the restaurant was busy for dinner service, there was a hiccup with our toddler's meal and Ben resolved it very quickly. I wished we had room for dessert because the descriptions were definitely mouth watering and Ben did ask us a few times if we wanted to try the beignets as they are a top seller. All in all, we would definitely come back here whenever we're in Colorado to try other dishes as well as the desserts! Service was excellent as our waiter and the other staff made our dining experience very smooth and seamless. They checked in on us in a timely manner and made sure we weren't missing anything. The restaurant was clean and had a good mix of the Colorado outdoor and the Southern/New Orleans decor. The parking lot is a decent size and we always saw it full whenever we left the hotel during lunch and dinner times.

I took one bite and immediately forgave everyone who has ever wronged me. The garlic naan? Fluffy, warm, slightly crispy perfection. I would trust that naan with my life. If it had a fan club, I'd be president. Every dish that came out was a masterpiece -- perfectly spiced, ridiculously flavorful, and somehow both comforting and exciting at the same time. It's the kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite and just nod silently like, "Yes. This. This is correct." And then there's Ganesh, the owner -- absolute legend. The service was so warm and welcoming I felt like I'd been invited over for a five-star family dinner. He checked in at just the right moments, made great recommendations, and somehow made the whole experience feel personal and special without being over the top. If you're in Littleton and not eating at Zaika, respectfully... what are you doing with your life? 10/10. No notes. I will be dreaming about that meal until further notice.

We went with 2 from 1-5, and everything had a nice kick without a lingering burn. The garlic Naan (always my favorite dish) was warm, fluffy, and garlicky. The menu isn't extensive but lots of vegetarian choices. We started with veg samosas, which were huge. My friend ordered the Chicken Dhaniya - lots of meat in the dish and a very nice creamy sauce based on nuts. I ordered the Sweet Potato Masala. The sweet potato chunks had the perfect texture - they held up in the sauce but were just soft enough to also be creamy on the inside.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

First, we asked for our favorite bartender Aaron from Littleton who had made the move to this restaurant, but were informed he already quit? Hasn't this place only been open a month? This is probably indicative of operational issues and poor management. Seated at the bar, which was staffed by 3 bartenders, we weren't even acknowledged for 7 minutes. Finally, bartender Troy came by and dropped off menus, but didn't return for a while. Eventually we received our cocktails, which were bland. I don't know if they were not made well, or if they were made according to a recipe, and the recipe is bad to start, but they certainly weren't worth $13 Food was also overpriced, and bland. Everything tasted like it was frozen. The oysters were not cleaned properly and we barely even touched them. Troy, tattooed girl, and long hair guy didn't even check in on us during the course of the meal, as they were trading off between talking to each other or being so busy other bar guests were neglected too. The decor can be best described as "corporate blah". It's nice, but not nice nice. Final issue: the ladies bathroom wreaks of sewage, the smell of which wafts through the entirety of the back restaurant. It made me want to vomit, and I felt so bad for the tables in the area which could surely smell it as well. After tabbing out, we stopped by Lansdowne Arms next door, and found out that this experience is super common since the reopen. Between poor service, low quality food, overpriced cocktails, and the literal smell of human excrement, we will not be returning. What a shame
