Absolutely horrible service, extreme disservice to the food (3 stars maybe). This place is the prime example of how establishments no longer consider customers as the reason for business. As the "servers" shuffled our food down the assembly line, my wife's order got flipped with mine and we didn't notice until after we sat down. We went back to the cash register and explained it to young women (my wife can't have spicy food and I love spicy) and she said they would remake the food. However, in order this to happen we had to stand in line again. Super slow service and the line was long (20 mins minimum). As my wife was standing in that long line again, I noticed they were filling orders from the back. So I asked the employee from the rear of the store if she could remake my wife's order in-back to avoid her standing in line again. The response was horrifying. These people lack leadership and training. Establishments like this are the new standard of customer service and we accept it. None of them knew how to enhance the customer experience or make a decision that would salvage customer satisfaction. Shame on us all for accepting this new standard. Skip this place and find something else. The food isn't worth the horrible service. This was my third and final dining experience here. read more

Food was great! Service was awful. I counted 6 workers total but only one at the counter line actually working. I watched as worker walked back and forth in the kitchen 6 times doing nothing. The only worker that actually working had a line of 7 people and did all the work while everyone else watched. She literally had to ask another coworker to get someone to come help her. She did amazing handling it all. They were honestly too busy fist bumping each other and doing close out work than serving customers. Very disappointed! read more

I love cava but whoever made my To go order this afternoon is awful. I ordered a side of pita... there was no pita. I open my bowl starving stomach growling hoping to see some beautiful Persian cucumbers, with my sauce, drizzled nicely over all my bowl. There were No cucumbers which is annoying who runs out of cucumbers. My sauces were just dumped on there so careless it was almost cruel. I start to mix it up thinking oh maybe it's fine. It was not there was way to much sauce it was soupy. I don't want a soupy bowl. Also the person who made my bowl was stingy af I saw maybe 8 pieces of arugula, barley any rice, and not enough of any of my add ons. I'm very disappointed this ruined my day. I absolutely love Cava but this location is terrible. Placed an order for 9:30pm and my order was not ready which is understandable. We were then told to wait until they were done taking out the trash to make our bowls. Our bowls were not ready until 9:55. On top of that the bowls were completely thrown together. Bowls full of meat and no lettuce. Once he got home we realized 2 of our toppings were missing & no pita chips for either order. We spent $38 for two bowls and no one had the sense to let us know they were out of anything. Very disappointed! read more

I've never been here before came with a friend didn't know what to expect but I heard it was like chipotle but different, I got a bowl with chicken and rice and a few different toppings the food was so good like better than I expected and I'm a picky eater but the staff looked like they didn't want to be there so food 9/10 service 3/10 :) read more

CAVA deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. Some of the most fresh food for a fast casual. I love the variety of things you can get here and how customizable the options are. The app make is so easy to order and pickup. I love the modern feel to the restaurant as well. Cannot wait for the Town Madison location to open! Sweet and Spicy chicken pita! The food is fresh, well prepared and delicious. The fountain drinks aren't the run of the mill stuff you're used to. I only tried their version of cola, it was tasty too. The staff is lively and attentive. Definitely going to come back. read more

This is the second time I've eaten at Cava. The first time was in Madison and was a good experience despite waiting in line for over 20 mins so I was expecting the same at the Whitesburg location. Unfortunately, it was not good. It was not crowded but they were out of literally half of their toppings on a Saturday at 1pm! So after building a pitiful bowl lacking in toppings we were then told they didn't have the balsamic dressing stating it was "seasonal". If that's the case then perhaps they should take the balsamic date bowl off the board. The staff were all friendly except for the guy on the front line who seemed irritated he had to wait 10 seconds for my friend to choose a different dressing. Neither of us received our "free" pita bread and they were also out of napkins but I couldn't get anyone's attention at the counter to ask for any. What we did get was decent but not worth the money without the toppings. The lack of supplies mid day on a Saturday and unapologetic attitude of the staff resulted in an overall let down of this location which is sad bc it's closer to my house and I was looking forward to frequenting it often. In my opinion, if the Madison location can run friendly and efficiently with plenty of ingredients while catering to a much bigger crowd then the Huntsville location has no excuse for being sub par. read more

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about, but I have been in Cava around 12:00 several times within the past couple of weeks and every time I went in, yes the lines have been long however it's lunch rush hour so that is to be expected. Everyone I saw in there was working their ass off trying to help the customers that were in line. Any good restaurant in Huntsville always has a long wait unless order ahead for pickup. Hello, in case you didn't realize Huntsville is now the largest city per capita in the State and still growing. Try going to Nashville and see if you like their lines any better around the same time. You need to alter your expectations or eat at home. Simple as that. Around here long lines mean great food. And as far as price? I will pay what they charge for delicious fresh food. Certainly better than a combo meal from McDonald's and the price isn't much different. read more
