The tables were sticky and dirty, and the front door (both metal and glass) looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with visible splashes and smudges. I also noticed flies around the food area, which is very concerning and made the environment feel unsanitary. On top of that, the food quality was not good. I ordered a steak kids meal for my child, and the steak was very hard and dry--my child even asked why it was so tough. My Greek salad also didn't look fresh at all. Overall, this experience does not make me want to come back. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and food quality.

They argued with me about 1 dressing. Chrissy, Lord of the Balsamic, was very nonchalant and when I asked for a manager was completely indifferent about the situation. Told me the manager was not there that they went to another store to get a blender. I said I'd wait. Not once did they even offer for me to buy an extra dressing or even apologize. It was just a "too bad so sad" non caring environment. Once the manager came back to the store it was clearly F U to me. Then I realized once I opened the salad they made it wrong. They basically told me my eyes were lying and what was clearly NOT in the salad was there. I am reporting them to the better business bureau as I can not covey in words how this experience made me feel. I was shamed for using door dash or adding an extra dressing or literally showing them there was no romaine lettuce on my salad... Or maybe it was that I had the nerve to say something about it. They also have designed the takeaway boxes very thoughtfully. Only advice is to go sparse on the dressings - We felt that medium was towards a lot for us and next time we will order low amount of dressings. All in all - a great institution serving the public with honest, clean and unapologetically vegan food.

It was then another 15+ minutes for them to take a pre-made wrapped sandwich out of the fridge, stick it in the toaster, and pour me a cup of soup. I came at an off time and there was no line either. The soup was really good. The sandwich however was not. I got a chicken pesto sandwich which I thought would be a "chicken" cutlet or slices with pesto and other toppings. They used their chicken salad as the chicken in the sandwich. I guess I should have asked first, but I never thought that is what they would use. It didn't taste like pesto at all. It just tasted overwhelmingly of mayo and vegan or not, I hate mayo. I came back and got a smoothie. It was overly sweet and tasted like stevia. The pizza looked good so I may be back to try that and pick up more stuff at the market. They do have a fabulous outdoor seating area with a pavilion and fountain.
