Loved CAVA in NC and couldn't wait to try it here. Ordered online and went inside to pick up. Inside was very clean. Provided my name and was given my order-six minutes early which I thought was impressive. However, when I opened my bag, one of my meals was missing. I informed the attendant and moved to the side while she walked away. Another employee came out, asked what I needed and then told me to move to the register. No update was given on my missing item or anything. When the first attendant returned, she was making the missing item. She apologized and handed me the item and I exited the store. When I got into the car and set the bag on my lap, my clothes were greeted with avocado-none of my order contained avocado. When I got home I noticed how sloppily everything was put together. The falafel, lentils and rice were cold and maybe my memory serves me incorrectly, but I don't remember whole garbanzo beans in the falafel. Also, choose the pita option for my side-there's no pita here. We spent almost $50 and are sitting here staring at almost two full bowls of food. What a disappointment. My Mom said her food was good...one of the stars. I really hate to post this but the experience was just too rough not to. read more

To sum it up in one word - refreshing! I'm honestly not a typical fan of Mediterranean cuisine, but wow this place was great. The food wasn't only fresh, but it was refreshing - every bite was the perfect mix of cool, sweet, tangy and smooth. We built our own bowls with super greens, honey harissa chicken, cucumber, corn, avocado and more. The pita chips were fantastic and we loved several of their dressings - especially the lemon herb. One thing worth noting - they have what seems to be their own brand of soda and other beverage rather than Coca Cola or Pepsi, but all that we tried tasted great! read more

This was not the best food experience I've had. We ordered through the app which we don't plenty of times before. We ordered the spicy greens. The flavor is good but the my bowl was not how I remembered. I always have it mixed with rice and lentils. The black lentils were hard which made my food really though to eat. Highly recommend this Cava location! I come here all the time with friends and family and the food is always so good, and always is so fresh! The tables and counters always appear clean and wiped down. They get you through the line quickly and their portions are good as well! Been here several times. I don't understand why servers are combative when asked why either humus or taziki where going to be refilled or replaced. These are popular. Why not have backups in fridge directly behind? This place has problems with management. The drink tanks are usually close or empty. Why is it so hard to manage a restaurant? The food quality is usually good. People in line deserve service equal to online orders who get priority for availability of ingredients used to fulfill online orders. Why are there so many delivery or in store pickups happening when a drive thru is readily available? These people are crowding the cash register area waiting and in the way. read more

The bowls are very filling. Half of one was plenty. I would have been unwell if I tried to eat the entire serving. The seating area is simple and clean. The drink station has all kinds of lemonades and juice blends that are worth a try. I liked that they weren't too sweet. I mixed the cucumber lime with some tea.
