I went in a hour before closing and they were out of everything including drinks so I left. I've been to this location before and didnt have the greatest experience but its the closest to my house.

Another incredible corporate slop bowl. Some bites of my bowl I love and some are questionable, but I'm also the one who customized my bowl so anything I don't like is my own fault. In a way me and the employee made this bowl TOGETHER. I always ask for a lot of toppings so I might be an employees worst nightmare because my bowl is always hard to close but they were so kind and awesome about it. The ambiance is akin to an office job cubicle and the apple store. In a nice way.

I was in the area and was asked if I've had the chance to try CAVA, I didn't even realize they had a location in Indy, I thought their was only the one in Fishers - so we decided to try it out! I was surprised at the size of the establishment, they don't have much indoor seating but they do have some outdoor tables too. The order style is also like chipotle, with many options to customize your bowl with. I opted for the braised lamb as my protein, it wasn't bad overall but for the price, it's just not a place I'll go out my way for. The pita crisps were hard to chew and had a stale taste to them. The cucumber lemonade was great and hit the spot! Staff was efficient and did their best to keep the busy line moving.

The location can be hard to get to depending on the direction youre coming from but once you get here, the salads are delicious. It can be busy at times but the service is quick and the ambiance is very bright and welcoming.

I tried Cava for lunch today and it was really good. It is a healthy Mediterranean fast food restaurant with a similar service model to chipotle or panda express. We got through relatively quickly and the cashier was courteous. The food was delicious and there were a lot of different options for proteins, sauces, veggies, and other toppings. The only issue I have with my food is that my pita chips and wrap was very cold and I was really hoping that it would have been warm. There is not a lot of seating inside and the establishment is pretty small.

Great food, fast service, solid prices! What's not to love? Really love the concept and glad they opened up near downtown. Everything is super fresh and customizable.

This has become one of my favorite places to grab food in just a short amount of time. I built my own bowl. I was a bit apprehensive about what to get, but I had to trust my judgment and just throw everything in there. The only thing is that I feel like the chips were a bit salty but over all it was good. The manager of this location was nice and knowledgeable about the food. The one cool thing about cava is right by the drinking station they have a specialty menu of their signature drinks that you can build on your own. I'm typically not a soda drinker but I did try the blueberry soda and it was tasty.

First time trying Cava and it was so delicious! I'm new to Mediterranean foods and this was a great way to pick and choose what I could try. It hit the spot and I can't wait to try again soon :)

I love the location in Fishers and was excited to try the new location downtown. Built my own bowl and added avocado. Love all the options for lettuce as a base and the flavor options for protein. The roasted veggies were so delicious looking I couldn't say no to adding a scoop. The fried pita chips have a great seasoning. This ended up as a nice after the game dinner. The dining area is small but we were able to get seats to sit down and eat rather than take it to go. Service was good. They were quick to refill options.

I was lucky enough to check out this location on opening day! This was my first time having Cava. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the chicken and veggie pita wrap as it comes. It was delicious and very filling. The new location is conveniently located with ample parking.

I'm so glad CAVA is finally open on the IU Indy campus!! I will say the location is small, with limited seating inside and outside and can foresee it getting crowded during the lunch hour. The food was good, I ordered the spicy lamb + avocado bowl. The lamb was not spicy but still good. I ordered everything as it is listed ... I noticed they didn't give out large portions of toppings (I had to ask them to add more) and the bowl itself is actually pretty big. I did also ask to add extra meat (extra charge) because the portion they give out wasn't as much. Overall, CAVA will be in my regular rotation of places to eat on campus!

For other first-time…read morevisitors, I recommend letting the coffee sit for about 30 seconds before taking a sip so the fine grounds can settle to the bottom. Also, don't stir it after it's served, as that will bring the grounds back up into the coffee. Be sure to leave the last sip or two in the cup, since that's where the grounds collect. The coffee itself was excellent, but I would recommend that servers explain these details to first-time customers or at least ask whether they've had Turkish coffee before. A little guidance would make the experience even better for newcomers. We also ordered the hummus as an appetizer, and it was fantastic. The naan was served warm, and the hummus tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. It was the perfect way to start the meal. We also ordered The Bosphorus Special, a mixed grill platter featuring doner, kofte, chicken kebab, beef kebab, Adana kebab, and chicken Adana kebab, served with vegetables and white rice. Everything was absolutely delicious. The meats were cooked perfectly, tender, and packed with flavor. I'm so glad my significant other and I decided to share this entrée because the portion was very generous, and we still had plenty of leftovers to take home. While the service could have been a bit more attentive, it did not negatively impact our overall experience. After our food was served, our waitress did not check back to see how everything was or whether we needed anything additional. We also ended up with quite a few leftovers and requested to-go containers. Initially, only one small container was brought to the table, which required two additional follow-ups before we received enough containers for the remaining food. One suggestion I would offer is that, for tables ordering larger meals, it may be helpful for servers to proactively offer to box up leftovers as dishes are cleared. For just two people, our table became overcrowded rather quickly, especially with the generous portions. Since our waitress did not return after the food was served, it made managing the table and leftovers a little challenging. That said, we had a wonderful first experience overall. The food was outstanding, the portions were generous, and we look forward to coming back again in the future.

Good thing we made reservations, which we will do again when we return.

Requesting something other than pizza and burgers is a big deal! I ordered the beef shawarma and the chicken shawarma, just so we could try both. Both looked like a burrito, which is familiar to my kids, so they went with it. We liked the beef, but the chicken shawarma was mind-blowing, and we will definitely be ordering this again. You can get the shawarma by itself or as a meal, which means it comes with fries. I also got the gyro, which comes with sliced beef and lamb, yellow rice, hummus, salad, tzatziki and pita. Because we got our food to go, the pita came separate from everything else, and I had to assemble my gyro myself like a little taco. It was delicious, but so much food! Honestly, the gyro plate can feed two people easily. Because I can't pass up a baba ganoush, I ordered a small one. They have some excellent baba ganoush at Sahara! I think this might even be my baba ganoush go-to now. Ordering online is very easy, and my food was ready to be picked up even before it was supposed to be. The only thing is that Sahara is located on the Broad Ripple strip, so parking can be iffy. I didn't find any parking in front of the restaurant, so I had to circle the block a bit before I found a spot.

I called ahead and ordered: 2 kebab sandwiches 2 falafel sandwiches 2 kibbeh orders baba ghanoush fattoush salad The employee on the phone told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, I was told it would actually be another 17 minutes. I waited in my car, came back after that time passed, and then was told "maybe 13 more minutes." The biggest issue was not just the wait -- it was the lack of honesty and time management. If the restaurant had simply said from the beginning that they were behind and needed closer to an hour, I would have understood. What frustrates customers is being repeatedly given inaccurate wait times. People plan their schedules, families, and evenings around the times restaurants provide. After waiting inside, sitting directly in front of the counter, I watched the cook START preparing parts of my order almost an hour after I originally placed it. Items like the baba ghanoush, salad, and kibbeh -- foods that are usually already prepared -- were only assembled then. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after me and ordered at the restaurant were served before my takeout order was completed. Unfortunately, the food quality also suffered from the long delay: The sandwiches were soggy The salad had water pooled at the bottom and no dressing The kibbeh was soaked in grease For the amount paid, I expected much better service, communication, and food quality. A simple apology and realistic timing would have made a huge difference.

Located in a cute blue house, this is conveniently located near Lucas Oil Stadium and there was a huge concert going on the night we were there, but we were still allowed to park in their parking area. Inside has nice lighting and is pretty plain but has a homey feel. The menu contains many items we're familiar with having visited Greece twice. So I'm going to be a little critical here with my review of the food. I ordered the Greek Spaghetti, which I have had in Greece. Unfortunately this was not at all what I was expecting or anything like Greek spaghetti. What I was served was basically Prego spaghetti sauce with pieces of gyro in it. Traditional Greek spaghetti (or Makaronia me Kima) is a wonderful sauce that's seasoned with all kinds of memorable spices. It's definitely not pieces of gyro meat thrown in a sauce. So while this was fine, it was not what I truly wanted or thought I was getting so I was pretty disappointed. My husband got the chicken souvlaki and that was better but still not quite like what I remember. The meat was almost smoked and lacked some of the Greek spices that gives it a distinct taste. And the tzatziki...well, let's just say it tastes like whipped feta and was lacking in flavor too. I did enjoy the pita bread. Our service was underwhelming as well. It took a while for anyone to notice we were there and needed to be seated and the server basically did the bare minimum, never even asking if we wanted our water refilled. Overall, it was fine. If I had never been to Greece, I may have a different opinion but this isn't someplace I really want to go back to.
