Other CAVA locations have been a bit on the salty side, in the past. But I was starving so I rushed in for a Greek salad with chicken and it wasn't half bad. The staff was so sweet and even gave me extra olives without blinking an eye and held onto my salad when I went to use the restroom (which was pretty clean). CAVA provides well executed salads, grains and bowls. Additionally, their menu offers a good variety of options: falafel, chicken, lamb, harissa chicken, meatballs. You can pick your base with either saffron rice, greens or pita. There are numerous toppings from cabbage slaw, fire roasted corn, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled onions, toasted pita chips.,. Are you hungry yet? My colleague and I stopped in the Cleveland Place location and ordered lunch to go. I love their falafel and decided to order it, but not in a pita, instead opted for spinach as my base and all the fixings. I did not buy a drink although they do offer Spindrift cans ( sparkling or seltzer). The ordering process is smooth, staff is friendly and the establishment is spacious. The pricing isn't hefty for a meal, my bowl cost @$14 but it is IMO two meals in one; very hearty portion. Thus if you want a taste of the Mediterranean, CAVA is a good destination. read more

Leslie was so helpful guiding me through the process and she did not gatekeeper the best dressing combo (Lemon Herb Tahini and Garlic Dressing). Not only was the food good but the service clearly was too. Today was my second time coming in and I brought my husband so it was his first time. Leslie was working again (yay!) and unfortunately they were out of garlic dressing but Leslie offered a good substitute and even came up with a little container of the garlic dressing once it became available again to go with some pita chips (see pic). I needed a quick service place so I could be in and out. Cava looks like a perfect spot for a quick lunch so I checked it out. At other places like Dig Inn they put all sorts of food combo's together. Here the options are strictly mediterean and it works. I have been to other Cava locations and they are all consistently good! I really liked the roasted red pepper hummus and the falafel also were decent. The falafel don't have that dark green inside so I wonder how they make these. They also have a bunch of different proteins so there is a lot to choose from. I like how they keep it mediterean in here so it is one theme rather than all over the place. I also ordered the pita with it and it was soft and chewy. It compliments the meal perfectly. The food was pretty good overall and I would come back. I know these types of places are struggling during the pandemic so it was good to come support! read more

This is my first time back to a Cava in 5 years and what a HUGE disappointment. Unfortunately the employees don't know what they are doing. The whole staff looks lost and confused. The food was greasy and the pitas were overly fried and old! The place is filthy as if it hasn't been cleaned in months (especially the upstairs section). I heard this business recently went public trying to compete with Chipotle. They have a long way to go!!! Horrible experience. Not sure I can give them another chance. read more
