The staff was helpful at this location, I ordered online then when I came to pick up I was a little early and didn't see my order on the pick up shelves. They asked me for my info to follow up with the prep (and initially there was some confusion as to whether they had received my order though it was sorted out expediently) and the staff passed my food directly to me once it was ready.

I mentioned to the server at this Cava location that this was new to me, and it would have been helpful if I had gotten some guidance on what I would order without being upcharged above the base order. There are small tags at the tops of each toppings section, noting how many of each before getting upcharged. I found out that it pays to do your research before buying. You also get small pieces of pita along with the order if you ask. The seasoning in the steak, in the chicken, and just about everything is all new to me, and I must say, all delicious. What little bit of spiciness was there was not too much. The portion size was generous so I foubd it to be a good value. Depending on how hungry you are it could stretch out to cover two meals. Walking into the Potbelly Sandwich Shop, I was surprised at how large the restaurant was! There is plenty of table seating available to be able to sit down and enjoy your meal if you want to! It was quite open and spacious! The art on the wall was pretty cool to look at, too! There are a few different areas where you can view the menu. Their menu consists of a sandwich with different styles of meats such as turkey, ham, pepperoni, steak, and so much more! You can also customize your sandwich if you want to! I decided to get a pre-selected option, the Pizza Melt. The Pizza Melt had pepperoni, old-world capicola, crumbled meatball, marinara sauce, and Italian seasonings. I omitted the mushrooms! The skinny size was $8.49, and with an additional $5.49 add-on, you can make it a meal with a side of chips with bottled soda. I didn't see a fountain machine at this location. For the side chips, I picked out the Salt & Vinegar with a Pellegrino water. Since it was my first time at Potbelly, the team member who was making my sandwich was quite helpful, walking me through the process of selecting the sandwich and if I wanted to customize it any further. He let me know where I needed to go to pay for the order! I didn't eat inside, but I brought the sandwich back to the hotel. The meal traveled well!
