Stopped by for dinner with my girlfriend and her family, not too busy on a Tuesday evening. Very clean interior and friendly smiling staff. They were very helpful and kind. I got a bowl with half super greens, half saffron, with the braised lamb as my main protein. The lamb was super juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were refreshing. I also got the lemon herb tahini and it was great. We were served our food in their "for here" bowls and it was the perfect portion. The environment, the employees, THE FOOD -- this location brings something to the plate that is new and delicious. I had half spicy chicken & half steakI got to try braised lamb as well! Cavas pickled onions are sooo good I asked for extra. It's always a real good experience, but tonight I had to single out Hayden and Laeticia at this location (N. Penn in Oklahoma City) for their friendliness, extra helpful interaction, and willingness to go above and beyond. They were all great there, but these two I noted particularly. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and the pita chips always tastes wonderful and crispy. I came in the other day and was served by Raymond. The food is always amazing, but the wait in line and more for the wait for online ordering is ridiculous. They aren't rolling burritos or making quesadillas like Chipotle or QDOBA, they need more people working the online orders. Cava is my favorite place to go for food because it's so cheap and healthy! The customer service is always good, especially today whenever the fryer was broken, so my favorite side, the pita chips were out. So they gave me a large drink! Server at the Yukon location name was "DaSean" and the young lady also serving and at the cash register "Quan" were both friendly, helpful, courteous, and made my eating lunch there more pleasant.
