I've only been to CAVA a few times, so I'm still trying to learn how the ordering process works. Unfortunately, the customer service has not been very welcoming during my visits. The staff often seem dismissive and unfriendly when I ask questions. On my most recent visit, I asked if I could get a little more chicken and add a small amount of steak. The employee immediately responded, "We can't do that," without really explaining the options. When I said it was okay, she continued asking whether I wanted half-and-half protein or extra protein. My issue wasn't that I wanted extra food for free--I was confused because the portion of protein I received was already very small. The interaction felt more argumentative than helpful. As a customer, especially someone who doesn't visit often, I would appreciate staff taking a moment to explain the options in a friendly and respectful way instead of making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them for asking a question. Food is decent It's similar to a chipotle style restaurant and overall the bowl were decent size. The food had good flavors. The layout is a little weird because as your done ordering you are bumping into tables and people/ I just feel like they don't have space for people to walk and grab their drinks The staff was pleasant and my only other issue was ok how dirty the dinning area was. I went with the Greens & Grains Bowl with Braised Lamb and a side of avocado. Everything I wanted was Extra... Extra for this, extra for that... jeesh... Lamb Meatballs... $2.25, Braised Lamb $3.55, 1 Side Avocado (1/2 an avocado may i remind you) $2.55, 1 Sour Cream and Onion Chips $2.65 Definitely a healthy option and of course these days you gotta pay, but after looking at my bowl when all was said and done, I was not impressed at all. My sister and I came here for lunch today around 12:30 and the line was pretty long and moved pretty slow, but we didn't mind because this food is delicious. I got a customized bowl, and decided to try the spicy lamb meatballs and white sweet potato that they had advertised on the screen (27g protein). I watched her put TWO lamb meatballs in my bowl and got really confused. After we opened our food to eat when we got home, I looked at the receipt and realized that there was a $3 up charge to pick the lamb. If I got more than two meatballs, I would totally understand that, but that is totally wild! On top of that, the sweet potatoes were not cooked all the way, so they were very hard. This Cava location keeps the consistency of all the other locations I've visited. They always have a clean dinning area. The crew behind the counter never stand out as being grumpy. Just as Chipotle, portions vary from person to person. Just speak up if it's on the light side. The only complaint would be the parking in this strip mall. read more

I have never tried Cava but heard good things about it. This one opened near me so of course I had to go and try it. I liked so much, I went twice in one week. I got a kids meal both times. I ordered from the app the first time and on my next visit I went inside. It was easier and faster to order from the app and pickup. It was so busy the day I went in. But it's a bright atmosphere, clean and had Mediterranean Chipotle vibes. My first visit I got the kids meal with chicken and the second time I got it with harissa honey chicken. I like that better chicken had a nice kick. Love the pita chips and the garlic sauce is my favorite. If you want Mediterranean fast food this is the place. read more

I was so excited to try CAVA for the first time so when they came to the location by my house, I was so eager to go. My friends and family have been ranting and raving about how good it was so I needed to get there. This is a brand new location and the atmosphere inside is amazing. Lots of tables to sit and plenty of lighting to highlight the amazing vibe inside. The staff were so friendly and happy and made ordering for the first time a breeze. They were patient, gave recommendations, and smiled their entire time. One staff member even complimented me on my sun dress. I order a bowl for my mom and myself as well as a drink. The in house drinks were so tasty. They didn't have a lot of sugar which makes it healthy and tasty. The bowl options were plentiful and I didn't feel limited on what I could get. I've never been to Cava before but my husband saw it on social media so we decided to try it. I ordered a spicy chicken and avocado pita, my husband ordered a custom bowl. The portions are pretty big, service was good the staff were friendly and helpful. We took our order to go but there are tables inside to dine in also. I'm not a huge fan of waiting in long lines and I wanted something quick to take home, but not typical fast food, I found Cava and wanted to give them a chance. I ordered online, my food was ready before I got there, so I was in and out, and cost about the same as it did the other night on a fast food meal. Visited this location on 2/15 after church. this was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the staff. As a pregnant woman, I was looking forward to coming here and having a healthy meal but was greatly disappointed. The girls on the line serving food seemed uninterested in helping or answering questions about the menu. Their flat affect and lack of friendliness made the experience feel unwelcoming. The portions in our bowls were also disappointing, especially for the price. I honestly could've gotten more food for my money at Chipotle. I also wasn't offered a drink with my meal, which added to the overall lack of attentiveness. The only positive was that the food tasted good. Only issue was when I asked for my mains (half chicken and half falafel) the scoop of chicken was very tiny, as in 3 tiny pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of falafel. When I asked for a little more chicken the worker sighed and rudely informed me that it would cost extra... if I'm paying $15+ for my food I would like a DECENT serving, so I have no problem paying extra for my meal just like how you would pay extra at chipotle! When she asked if I was satisfied with that serving, i politely said yes thank you. She then proceeded to say "you can get more if you're unhappy" and not in a genuine way. She then proceeded to tell the worker at the next station to make sure to charge me extra for my serving as they're trying to ask me for my toppings and dressings she kept interrupting them to remind them about charging me extra! It's never that deep to go out of your way for all of that! As someone who has worked in fast food and customer service, it's never that deep. My only complaint is that the tea isn't consistent and it's often so weak it tastes like water. I mentioned it to the manager when I was in last and she didn't seemed phased. No hummus on any of my bowls. I called to see if they can credit me anything and Nadia the manager said I had to bring the product back for a refund or remake. I explained im at work and couldnt and she insisted to bring the product back the next day to get a remake or refund? You cant take food back for health violations. Youre just going to toss it.
