Really disappointed. I frequent cava and I placed on order for pickup, both of my bowls were wrong. My grains and greens bowl was missing the grains?? It was just greens. No hummus on any of my bowls. I called to see if they can credit me anything and Nadia the manager said I had to bring the product back for a refund or remake. I explained im at work and couldnt and she insisted to bring the product back the next day to get a remake or refund? You cant take food back for health violations. Youre just going to toss it. Dissatisfied & disappointed! All I wanted was some kind of credit? Free pita chip's would've been sufficient! Horrible customer service on Nadias part. She wasnt even happy to help. read more

First time here and the line was extremely long but no worries it went very fast and timely. Food looked fresh. Only issue was when I asked for my mains (half chicken and half falafel) the scoop of chicken was very tiny, as in 3 tiny pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of falafel. When I asked for a little more chicken the worker sighed and rudely informed me that it would cost extra... if I'm paying $15+ for my food I would like a DECENT serving, so I have no problem paying extra for my meal just like how you would pay extra at chipotle! When she asked if I was satisfied with that serving, i politely said yes thank you. She then proceeded to say "you can get more if you're unhappy" and not in a genuine way. She then proceeded to tell the worker at the next station to make sure to charge me extra for my serving as they're trying to ask me for my toppings and dressings she kept interrupting them to remind them about charging me extra! It's never that deep to go out of your way for all of that! As someone who has worked in fast food and customer service, it's never that deep. I wasn't charged extra for anything which was nice, but it was a really crappy first experience. The food was still very delicious. read more

Finally something new in the area that isn't the typical chains lol This place is really tasty! I love that you can build your own bowl. The portions are great and they have soooooo many toppings and sauce options. I have been back twice and both times tried new options and loved everything. The braised lamb is amazing and the steak is so flavorful! I'm actually not a fan of their pita, but my friend really loved it. The servers are nice. Excited to have a Cava on this side of town, I ordered through DoorDash a Harissa Avocado bowl. Ingredients were fresh and they included all the toppings I asked for and pita bread. Only thing is no utensils or napkins included. Will definitely be ordering again and try it in person. read more

I stopped by CAVA and tried the Harissa Avocado Bowl for the first time -- it was so good. The flavors all worked really well together, and the harissa honey chicken had the perfect amount of spice. The avocado was fresh and creamy, and everything just tasted really balanced and filling without being too heavy. Also, I want to give a shoutout to Ximena who helped me out while I was ordering. She was super friendly and made the whole process really easy, especially since I wasn't sure what to get at first. You can tell she knows the menu and genuinely wants people to enjoy their food. Madia needs to quit considering that she genuinely does not want to be there. Gives the worst customer service, does not talk at all, you ask for something and she literally just gives the worst attitude. I am a first time customer of cava. I was excited to try it as I have heard great things. I placed my order online for pick up. When I got there another gentleman was walking his order back at the same time I was entering. I overheard him say that he received the wrong order. The girls at the front looked very confused and were giggling about the mistake. I grabbed my order and semi check it because that interaction alerted me to my order being potentially wrong. I didn't open the bowls and inspect them but they seemed correct. When I get home and start handing the order out to my kids, I notice my son's steak bowl is MISSING the steak. The main part he was excited for. I call to let cava know, and the young girl that stated she was the supervisor informs me they cannot give me a bowl at another time, that they need me to bring the bowl either today or before the end of the week, and that I would need to bring the bowl back with me. I explained to her that we all took steak from our plates so that my son could eat before soccer practice. I don't have time to drive back and get another bowl. The girl kept pushing back, claiming she was just coming in when this happened, basically saying this is not my fault. I honestly don't care who was in charge. Our entire experience was ruined over carelessness and on top of that an unapologetic "supervisor" who demanded I bring the bowl with me in order to get it replaced. At the end of the phone call she stated she would write my name down for the manager, and I asked her what that meant, a replacement bowl or arguing some more. She stated a replacement bowl. I said okay thanks and she hung up on me. Hung up on me, a paying customer. At this point I just want my money back. I should've just gone down the street pita kitchen. Bigger portions, superb customer service, no clueless girls managing the entire place. read more

She looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. She had a full-on stank face, wouldn't say a word when I spoke to her, and made the whole thing painfully awkward. I had to repeat my order three times, and by the third time she rolled her eyes, looked away like I offended her ancestors, and basically ignored me. I normally don't like writing bad reviews but my visit today was incredibly underwhelming. I went in midday to order some bowls. When I went in I was helped by a girl and she was rather nice, when she switched off to another girl she looked at me and immediately said "It's funny how people come in when I'm leaving," I paid no mind and ignored the comment she was making to her co-workers. I continued to order my bowls and as she was building it she had a rather annoyed attitude. I mis-said one of the ingredients and while she understood me she corrected me with a negative tone. Once they were finishing up my last bowl I hear what I assume was the cashier loudly saying "that looks like a lot." Which I was aware since I was going to be paying double portions for meat but still probably shouldn't have been said, in that way right in front of the customer. I made it clear that two bowls were being made with double meat and I was instead charged for what I am assuming was triple meat. While I enjoy the food here you are much better off ordering it online with less hassle and less attitude (plus you'll actually get charged right !) Wouldn't recommend going in person. read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my mom for the first time and we were the only ones in line. The first time I went to this CAVA and had no clue what I wanted or what they provided and the employees rushed me as I explained numerous times this is my first time. It felt like they just wanted me out their face so they can deal with the next person. I tried this CAVA again with some friends and guess what..... we were rushed again. I think the experience would be better if the employees actually cared or showed an inch of emotion and that the ingredients of the different sauces, dips and meal options were displayed on the big menu that is hanging rather than only being shown when you walk up to tell the employees what you want. read more

Wanted to like it but I did not enjoy my food. Everything gets thrown into a bowl and you don't know what you're eating. Gotta ask lotta questions while going down the line because I want to know what the ingredients are in the sauces even in the hummus and the servers didn't seem too sure either . Wish they'd use real olive oil instead of refined seed oils. The meats weren't so great either, steak was tough n dry, and super salty. Missed the mark. read more

Went into this location tonight with my family. I placed an app order to avoid waiting in line. The food was fresh and yummy, but the honey chicken was extra spicy tonight. My children can typically tolerate the heat, but tonight it was excessive even for me. I spoke with Sharon, the manager and she was an absolute sweetheart in remaking my children's dishes with regular grilled chicken. Thanks again Sharon! I appreciate you. We love CAVA.
