    Steak harissa bowl

The staff are friendly and the place is super clean, however, when you pay almost $16 for a bowl, you expect a full bowl. I placed a takeout order and am learning there is more when you build it on site and walk the line with the staff. I've definitely experienced less on takeout orders the last 3 times I've ordered. Disappointed!

Built my own bowl: White rice, tzatziki, chicken, vegetables, cucumber & tomato, drizzled with hot Marsala vinaigrette

It's like the Mediterranean version of a Chipotle. My bowl was so good I did a little happy dance. Restaurant was very clean. We went on a Sunday around 6 and it wasn't busy. This was our first trip here and the employees were very nice, helpful and friendly (I asked a lot of questions). Beware they do not offer "standard" drinks if you aren't already aware. They have their house made selections of teas and juices plus a few variety of sodas such as root beer, black cherry, diet cola, blueberry soda. I tried the pineapple apple mint and liked it. Will definitely be back!

Food is not consistent sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. My orders are always late when I place a pickup order. I went tonight and had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order.

    Bowl of goodness!

Super tasty food and friendly staff! We tried Piada for the first time ever tonight (we don't have…read morethem where we live). Ordered a couple items - a Carbonara Piada with crispy chicken and a Diavolo Pasta with grilled chicken and cheese. Both items were hearty, well sauced and spiced, fresh tasting, and delicious. It's a unique menu and we would eat here all the time. Plus, it was a really good portion size for money in the quick service scheme of things. The store looked very recently opened, modern, clean, but it's a couple years old. Most of all, I have to praise the friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted when I came in to pick up my order. I had made a bad mistake in ordering, and without even asking, the kind cashier and chef insisted on correcting it. They went above and beyond. Their colleague who was attending to the line and packing up the beverage station was also friendly and helpful. This was a solid A+++ meal and experience in my book and I strongly recommend.

The chef talking to the cashier about a Karen customer as he called it and whatever happened . When they were finally ready to take an order we ordered the tossed marinara pasta ( flavorless really ) . The rolled Piadas avocado (that was pretty delicious packed with flavor a hint of salty and savory ) Meatball marinara (basically a hot pocket ) . Will I recommend this place .......No . I did have high hopes as I walked in. I'll take my $5 for one hot pocket and spend it on a whole pizza at dominoes or even a local per slice restaurant.

I had wings and a side salad which were both good, but not outstanding. The price of the side salad was rather expensive, in my opinion. My wife's Caesar salad with salmon was good as well, but again not that great. Apparently, they have a team approach to serving tables as we interacted with about 5 different servers which made things rather confusing and uneven. It would have been nice to know that's how they do the service experience up front. I think the primary factors in my rating are the price of the extra 2oz cup of Bleu Cheese dressing to take with my leftover wings and the 3% CC charge. If I knew the little cup of dressing was a dollar, I would not have taken it. Then there's the now ubiquitous 3% charge to use a credit card. I totally get that the card companies charge the fee and this is painted as 'transparency', but it just doesn't sit well with me. Maybe restauranteurs and other establishments that add the card fee could look at the sales with and without credit cards and just raise the menu prices by that percentage so it's not in people's faces. There's enough 'extra charges' in my life and it would be great to see one disappear.
