I've heard so much about cava and couldn't wait to give it a go so I finally went. It's set up like many line serving restaurants but it's a much healthier option. Honestly I can't tell you every item I got in my salad but I did get falafel, lentils, and a bunch of items on the line. I will say this it was amazing! Expensive but amazing. $17 for a bowl and chips I felt was a little pricey but I needed the full experience so I had to give it a try. The chips felt so hard in my hands but one your eating them with a salad it was fine. The salad was really good all of the flavors combined made it really tasty. I can't wait to come back. read more

We stopped by for lunch after shopping at Costco. I've tried Cava in the city before and thought the food was delicious and healthy. Cava, in my opinion, is a Mediterranean Chipotle/Sweetgreen/Dig Inn, the whole concept of customizing your food in a lunch line. The scenery at this location is quite pleasant. Clean, with tons of open space, and the appearance of the restaurant feels quite modern. You can definitely have a nice lunch meeting with a colleague over here or do a quick study session while eating. I ordered the pre-selected bowl of Balsamic Date Chicken so I didn't have to choose. My sister customized her bowl. All the foods (grains, meats, dips, and toppings) looked fresh, savory, and full of flavor. We also got a Blueberry Lavender fountain drink, which she thought tasted way too healthy. It tasted like a light tea, which I enjoyed. The price was standard for most of these healthy/quick-service restaurants. Also, don't forget to get their APP so you can earn some reward points. Lastly, the meal was filling and tasty. There are greens, grains, spreads, spicy or flavorful meats, toppings and dressings galore. The server have cards to help them prepare the menu bowls/pitas. We customized our own bowls and it was filling and delicious. There is booth seating and tables available to enjoy your meal. It shares the same building as Just Salad. Plenty of parking available.e. YUM!! Just came to cava for my first time ever and I'm probably going to be a life-long customer. Cava is similar in style to Chipotle- fast casual and customizable meals, except Cava is Mediterranean inspired. I built my own salad with lentils, saffron rice, and the kale blend of greens. I had 1/2 falafel, 1/2 chicken with tzatziki sauce, "crazy feta", and eggplant dip. I added almost every topping (no spicy) and had the Greek dressing on the side. I am full. Completely stuffed. I gorged on that bowl because it was so delicious. Not to mention, you must try the fresh beverages! I tried most of them, and it was hard to settle on a choice, so I did two. I had a strawberry citrus drink but added about 1/5 of cucumber mint (to reduce the sweetness a bit). So fresh. So delicious. Shout out to General Manager Pete who is running with a very new crew. He is managing the restaurant while also teaching his team how to do their jobs too. I have to say the flavors come together so well no matter what combination you pick. My favorite was the Harissa Avocado from the menu. Not enough seating. The line is long and they're still working out the kinks to get the line moving in a reasonable fashion. And I had to shove my kid into a booth to hold it for us because we weren't sure we'd get a table once we paid. I have never heard of harissa honey chicken but let me tell you it has a kick! Now I also chose the hot harissa vinaigrette so I kinda knew what I was getting into. But my mouth is literally on fire. Not what I anticipated. Still, my choice. Definitely wouldn't order it in the future. Personally I think because the salad isn't mixed, the dips are a waste. I couldn't find them with all the stuff on top. The portions are a good size. And I like I can get unlimited toppings. They have a nice selection. My daughter was VERY happy with her kids pita. Though the falafel has no flavor. She loved the toppings and rice and hummus on her pita. Happy kid means a lot. And the kids meal is a good value. I feel it was a lot of food, came with extra pita and a drink. Don't come here the food is mid at best, took over 50 mins waiting to just to get the counter to be told half the food is still cooking and then wait additional 20 minutes, just unacceptable. It's also triple the cost of Chipotle, double than qdoba, if I wanted to pay $60 for two bowls I would go to a restaurant with full service. Love Cava at any location. Its always fresh and delicious. The servers are friendly and efficient. I have been to different Cava's in different states, and they have all been clean and well-run. There are also many choices for toppings, which is great. I get a half mixed super green, half saffron rice bowl with chicken , hummus, tomato, and other tasty toppings. The tahini Caesar dressing is so good. The only thing I didn't like, but only had once, was the falafel. It was super doughy and gluey, but it could have been an "off" day. Very disappointing. I ordered cava multiple times (in person). Each time in person I have loved the food and had a great experience. Today, I ordered online for delivery and it was the most disappointing meal. The bowl was half filled. I made my own bowl mixed greens and rice and there was barely any rice or greens. The greens were terrible as well. Half the amount of chicken was in the bowl and the sauces on the side were also half filled up. It cost me $24 and not worth a penny. I will never order from here for delivery again. I'm beyond upset by this order and meal. read more

The food was good. Not exceptional, not fabulous... just good. However - value for your dollar is NOT there at all. Of the four items we ordered (all bowls) we all had the same or similar thought. I ordered a grains and greens bowl with lots of yummy toppings. My bowl was $25 (not including tax and delivery) and it was just about 1/2 full. I order from Chop't regularly...their version of the a similar bowl, and hey use the same size bowl... and have spent also $25-30 on it... and it has come so packed that the lid hardly closed. It is a bowl that I can make three meals out of! This bowl is hardly one. There is so much more value for your dollar in the Chopt bowls that I can honestly say I'll order from them before I do from Cava again. Very disappointing for my first try. read more

(WAIT TIME - 50 MIN IN LINE) Wish I could give a -5 star for this, the food is definitely on the healthy side. The only issue is with this location, you'll probably lose your mind. The manager, to be very professional and upfront needs to be removed and replaced; they are clearly not doing anything to better this location. The lady that was at the cash register, was very unprofessional and she didn't know what she was doing. One of the workers didn't know English that well too and caused a slight back up during the 50 minutes wait. The food line was also 3/4 empty and no one was refilling anything?? The lady at the cash register said there was no sauce and then proceeds to open the fridge behind her and grab more sauce when her co-worker asked for it, but when a customer asked for it, she said there was no more... I'd wish that there was more of a sense of urgency in these workers, they clearly saw a long line and took their time. I'd recommend coming here, if you have all the time in the world to waste it for bad customer service. Honestly, I have been going to various Cava restaurants since before they opened this location. The food is a 5 star (when they have all the items ready and not give you a nasty look when you ask them to check in the back for basic add in ingredients they have all over their signage), but the wait time is honestly getting way out of hand. I have them a break for the first couple of times I went to this location, but this past weekend I waited on line for 56 minutes! Every time I thought I was getting closer to getting my food, they kept having to refill things and move things around. It's beyond ridiculous to wait that long at a quick service restaurant!! The food is worth it, but try to go to a different location if you have the time. It wasn't even like the line was that long. They prioritize to go orders over the people waiting in line and giving them tips, so keep that in mind when you place an order. Ambiance is pretty standard, but just lost of people in line complaining about how they will never come back and how disappointed they were with the service. I mentioned this earlier, but I found it really rude the employees were when there were staples like the onions and cucumbers out. He kept saying they don't have any more and I knew that couldn't be right. After going back and forth with him he finally was like... "yeah we have more" and went to the fridge and pulled out a brand new container. As a customer how is it my job to beg the employees after waiting in line for almost an hour to refill simple ingredients!?!? Beyond disappointed at my experience this round and I hope the management will take this into consideration and make changes.
