There are a lot of mixed reviews amongst the multiple locations nearby. I swung by when this particular location's foot traffic was quite empty. It is a large establishment next to the very busy Ikea next door but I surmise people rather eat Swedish meatballs for half the price of Wild Fig. I ordered the Mixed Salad Bowl with chicken and my first impression was that it is quite similar to Cava. However, they emphasize that the main inspiration here is Turkish food which explains why the offer Pides. While Cava most definitely wins in the flavor category, Wild Fig's ingredients are less salty and oily. I would even believe that it might be healthier in that regard? The portions are above average and priced competitively. I was immediately prompted a tip screen on top of a $1 service charge fee. I did not ask what the service charge fee was for but at $12.99 a bowl these days, that is a good deal. I would need to come back a few more times to see if the complaints on other reviews are justified, but my experience today was good. read more

Coming here was to eat was a good decision. When you walk in there is the buffet where you order your food. It reminded me of a Chipotle with the wrap. The staff was friendly but could speak more clearly when asking questions and the could be more informative. They should not assume that everyone is familiar with their food choices. The ambiance was bright and the decorum displayed a perfect prism color spectrum, very soft and balanced. It I had sat at another to table I may have agreed that the facility was emaculate but since I had to wipe out table/ booth, I'm going to say, it can use a bit of tidying I had the chicken and steak salad and for extra because you get four choices, I choose chick peas. I also received the crushed chicken pea instead of white rice and I chose the chick pea based dressing. The food was pretty good and tasty. I didn't care too much for a good and hold plate in one setting. The temperature in the salad could have been closer to the temperature of the rest of the food. The steak was a bit chewy for my and the chicken appeared to have a hint of spice. I'm not complaining just stating my preference, my plus one had no mentions about the food but ete really didn't like the idea of them given her a dirty tray. read more

Came by on a late night because I was hanging out and I figured, ey, why not, I enjoy Mediterranean, and it looks relatively healthy. I ordered the half and half signature bowl with beef, chicken, salad, rice, chickpeas, and spicy feta and the server was really nice and accommodating so I tipped them a dollar, especially cause it was relatively close to closing and I know that feeling of wanting to get outta there and then having customer come in haha. The bowl itself was just okay, sadly. The chicken and beef were both relatively dry and I don't think it meshed well with everything else. I know the spicy feta and chickpeas are relatively good just tasting them individually but idk, together it just didn't come together as a bowl for me sadly. read more

This spot was much needed in the neighborhood. Something new with Mediterranean flavors! I've been twice now and each time is better than the last. I like the create your own bowl option. The rice and lentil salad is incredible. The chicken is full of flavor. The spicy feta is a nice touch. The only thing I can't get into is their yogurt sauce/tzatziki. This is not a traditional 3. It wasn't average, just inconsistent. The place is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, actually really good. Problem is that I hated the food. I got a rice platter and everything I had was less than good. Flavor and texture both were bad. If not for the good other ratings, I'd never come back. First of all, I think spending $14 for lunch is insane. This place is pretty much a Mediterranean "Chipotle" place. A comparable chicken and rice bowl at Chipotle is only $10. Upon walking in, the workers got ready to serve us, which was really nice to see, rather than feel unwanted. They have a lot of different protein options, great for anyone who is vegetarian (or possibly vegan). I got a salad and rice bowl with falafel and the kale mix. You can choose up to 4 toppings (unsure if there is a charge for more, but im sure it's not much). I chose the spicy feta, olives, red cabbage, and the chickpeas as my toppings. I also got the greek dressing- which was perfect in my opinion because it had the saltiness I love in a vinaigrette. I also got the yogurt dressing on top as well, which was very creamy and refreshing, breaking through the acidity. I mix my bowls together, so I can't specifically point out things about each ingredient, but they mixed very well. The falafel wasn't dry and I believe they made it to order, which was nice. The serving size was HUGE. I ate maybe 1/3 of my bowl, but that's fine with me because I can have it again. The workers were very sweet and helpful. Loved the texture of the bulgur wheat, the falafels were a little dry and could have a little flavor. I did hear from friends that the chicken had no salt or flavor.
