When a friend told me about this place, I was a bit skeptical but intrigued. Her way of putting it is "it's something like chipotle, but with better options!" Lol! And I eat chipotle like often, so I didn't know what to expect. I went ahead and tried Cava out that same day! I got the Harissa spicy chicken as my protein on top of some rice and other toppings! It was really really good! Oh! And those pita chips!? Man! This place deserves more then 5 stars for their food. But sometimes, some of the workers can be iffy. My first experience, the young lady as the preparer and cashier had exceptional customer service. She was even giving me options to try out because I told her it was my first time. But the second experience? Not so much. The girl looked at me like I wasn't talking when I simply said "two bowls please". She stands there just looking at me... then the other one just throwing things on the plate and tossing it to the side like it didn't matter. So my mood was off that whole visit! But all in all, Cava has great food! You won't be disappointed! read more

If had wrote this review after my first few visits it would have been 5 stars and I would have been talking about how I just keep going back intending to try something new and sticking with my lentil avocado with roasted veggies, tzatziki and roasted eggplant sauce because it was so good. However, I didn't write it immediately and waited but kept going and I started being disappointed. First it was with a to go order that my hubby picked up and brought home, which I attributed to the drive or that substituted something. We then stopped and got it to go and I ordered as I normally do, but again I was disappointed the greens seemed old, or like I was getting the core of the cabbage and kale it that makes sense. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. I had talked to a co-worker who said she felt the same way, but we both agreed it had to be the take-out and mobile orders. So we met for a working lunch and ate at the location, unfortunately it still didn't measure up to those first amazing visits. Still unwilling to accept that we were destined to keep being disappointed my co-worker and I decided it had to be us ordering the same meals each time so we did one more working lunch and ordered something completely different and what do you know - it was disappointing as well. I will not say the food is bad, but it is not great and I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here - anymore. read more

New favorite spot, we love CAVA!! My favorite is build your own bowl because are soo many options to chose from and you get a pita in the side! Vegetarian, meat, and healthy options available. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The young gentleman helping us was so polite running us through all the options. I probably went a little wild with all the sauces lol. Been waiting for quite some time for a solid Mediterranean spot. I've been to Cavas outside of Colorado and was interested to see how they would stack up. The food is was nearly identical to the Cavas I had been to on the east coast which was a pleasant surprise. If you haven't been to Cava, it's chipotle style. Pick greens, grains or both then add your toppers. I really enjoy Cava because I get load up on veges and lots of different toppers for under 10 bucks. I have no doubt this place is going to be a smashing hit in the area! read more

5 stars all around!! Before trying the food I knew I was going to leave a positive review because of the wonderful employees. Savannah made our bowls while Daisy was our cashier. Both of them were super kind but Savannah went above and beyond. She was so friendly, very helpful and made great conversation. Hearing this is "the Chipotle of mediterranean food" I didn't expect too much in terms of customer service however Savannah was amazing!! To top it all off the food was great! I placed an order for 6:15 pick up and arrived on time at the restaurant, pulled around back and proceeded to wait another 40 min!! for my food. Pick up is not worth it here especially considering the state inside was dead empty with 2 customers sitting and another at the counter. In the time I sat in my car, 3 other cars pulled up and waited next to me... 2 of which arrived after me and left before me. Another guy was smart enough to just go in and order. Also came out in the time I was waiting. If I hadn't paid for the order, I would have left long before that point. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend wasting your time. read more

We have ordered dinner at Cava many times. It's good food. However, the staff is not customer oriented. Today, I asked for a couple garlic sauces for my 4 meals. The young lady with jet black hair said " sorry this is my last bottle so I can only give you one". What?! I ordered 4 meals and you are now prioritizing unpaid customers over a paid customer that's picking up 4 meals. Shouldn't I get priority over a future customer?! Love the food but it's more expensive than Zoes was and you get less food. The most frustrating thing is that I typically order to pick up at 11:15am and when I arrive it is literally never done or even started. But again, great food. read more
