I try to tell as many people as I can about CAVA. Not only is their food so good, their service is as warm as the Mediterranean sea that encompasses the countries that influences their food. My best friend and I went there earlier today and got our usual bowls, the Spicy Lamb Avocado & Harissa Chicken Avocado. Call it a white girl cliche because we got avocado dishes while in yoga pants, but it's more flavorful and filling than the Avocado toast people who look like us are spending $15 for at brunch and walking away still hungry. We sat there chatting for a long time and a nice man walked up and asked how everything was and even cleared our empty bowls and tray. Better service than places I'm expected to tip. He said he was the GM and wanted to be sure we were doing well. He even offered to get us a refill so we didn't have to get up and interrupt our conversation. They serve food with Mediterranean flavors made in front of you (they have an open kitchen). Yes, there are some Westernized touches. It's called gearing something towards your target audience, which is a lot of people judging by how busy this place can get during typical lunch and dinner time slots. They've got pitas, bowls, proteins, vegan options, and more. Staff have always been friendly to me and other customers around me regardless of what time of day I come in to eat. By the way, get the Lamb Meatballs. They are tender and juicy and have a nice hint of spice from their harissa. Crispy pita chips with a side of their crazy feta and red pepper hummus dips mixed together for the win! read more

I don't usually write reviews for places that are great. I make my opinion known by frequenting them and spending my money with them. I visit this location a couple of times a week because it's conveniently located near my gym and the Sprouts I like to shop at. I came in a few days ago and saw two managers scrubbing down the chairs and cleaning the tables. I mentioned it was refreshing to see someone taking pride in upkeep. The manager, whom I believe was in charge, told me that when I came back, the floors would look better as well. He wasn't kidding. The care put into the aesthetics makes me wonder how much more attention to detail goes into the delicious food they serve. read more

I'd never heard of this place until I saw it across the parking lot from Whole Foods. Delicious and flavorful food with heart. Tons of healthy options (Doc & my wife say I have to watch what I eat more cautiously). This place was busy for the day before Easter, but it was worth the wait. The manager was kind enough to walk my wife and myself through all of the options and even helped her choose items that were dairy-free due to her allergy despite a line to the door. They even had a chart with all of the allergens for us to read. The staff didn't need it since they all knew what was in all of the food because they make almost all of it in-house. read more

I'm a big dude (6'10", almost 280 lbs.) and an avid goer of Planet Fitness next door to this place. So, I need my protein fix and a good amount of food to fill me up. They let me double my protein for only a few bucks more, and those spicy lamb meatballs with that well-seasoned grilled chicken in a bowl on top of those super greens (some crazy concoction with kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and brocolli) and tons of veggie toppings gets it done for me. Thanks to Finn for not judging, as he had to fight to put the lid on top of my bowl, which weighed a few pounds. It was a carb day, so I added a whole, warm pita for less than $20. read more

Regardless if I come in between rushes or when there is a long line, I always leave with great food. I don't understand people who complain about lines. Good places to eat have a long waits because a lot of people want to eat quality food. If there isn't a large amount of people making purchases, restaurants close due to lack of support, income, etc. It's basic economics, although many people today don't understand that subject (**cough** "Tariffs!!" **cough**). Before wrapping up my summer break in Denver and heading back to college in Syracuse, I had to get one more CAVA fix since there aren't any in upper state New York (*wink wink* *hint hint*). The manager behind the counter was so kind and welcoming. I had to get my favorite bowl, the Greek Salad, extra olives, add tomato cucumber, avocado, and, of course, a side of pita chips with tzatziki for dipping. I saw this place on CNBC and decided to see what the hype is all about. They did not disappoint. Comparing it to Chipotle is a bit reductive, but the build-it-as-you-go-down-the-line food model will always be compared to them. This place has LOADS more flavor, toppings options, drinks, and dining possibilities than that other place. Travis was so kind and helped me out with a great energy and some nice recommendations. After a hard day of training, this is a great place to satiate hunger. There are so many topping choices and multiple well-made proteins to choose from, so things never get dull. The staff are always helpful and smiling regardless of how long the lines may be. They answered questions, and I even saw them take extra care of the lady in front of me, who had celiac disease, by changing gloves and having only one employee handle everything for her. I'm so glad CAVA has finally expanded to Colorado. It's been called the Chipotle of fast, casual Mediterranean but for locals it's more like the Illegal Pete's. It's a hip eatery, and everything is delicious, healthy, and fresh. My personal recommendation is the Harissa Honey Chicken with whatever toppings and base you like. My son has celiacs and it's a great spot for GF meals as well. Most items are gluten free and the manager, Joey, was really helpful helping my young son with his options. read more

I clean windows for cava restaurants all over the Denver area as well as eat at the majority of them. However, even though they are ALL AMAZING restaurants with AMAZING food, the WESTMINSTER location on Main Street has the friendliest management team and staff, always polite and appreciative of you as a customer. I ordered pickup via the CAVA app for lunch. Despite the fact they were pretty busy with a line, delivery drivers, and lazy people like myself, they had my order ready pretty close to the time it said in the app. Nice job by the staff of being friendly and attentive despite how many people there were. You've got to try their crazy feta--it's so tasty! I just found this place recently, thanks to a friend's recommendation. It's great bang for the buck. Unlimited toppings (there are over a dozen choices), a few bucks more for double protein, and you can see them cooking it due to their open kitchen. Tasty homemade drinks (try the cucumber mint lime). Ana and Travis were great help answering questions and are so enthusiastic. I'll be back with friends soon. read more
