This is my first time and I've been wanting to go! It was everything I thought it would be. The food was great and the cucumber mint drinks were amazing! The only thing we wished was that they added more toppings to our bowls. Other than that, it is a big portion. I would def come here again. read more

Cava is by far my favorite fast food Mediterranean restaurant. Nothing beats their delicious fresh hummus in combination with their homemade pita chips. Both my girlfriend and I visit Cava relatively often are always amazed by the quality of their foods. Also it is important to note that the fountain machines at Cava are very good, they often clean their pipes and taste wonderful. read more

Love this place. It's like a healthy, salad-y, hummus-y version of Chipotle. This was my third time going, but I've gotten the same thing each time because I loved it so much. I get the lemon chicken curated bowl, but I found the lemon vinaigrette a bit more tart than I'd like, so I switch it out for different dressings. Tonight I went with tahini caesar and it was great. The garlic dressing is very good as well. It's just over $10 for a bowl, you can choose a grain or greens base, or both. Then choose your protein, veggies, hummus, dressings, etc. And you get a warm pita with your order. It always tastes fresh, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. read more

Wow and wow.... when to lunch here on a whim with a friend and was impressed with everything going on. First off, Covid standards strictly adhered to with social distancing, face masks, gloves, the whole 9 yards. Then there's the food... oh my I want to try everything on the menu now. Also CAVA is using recyclable containers and paper straws. I'm not really a fan of paper straws but love they are providing them. I'll drink from my cup and give a pass on the straw. You can select from a wide variety of bowls or create your own from all the fresh options they have laid out. The quality of the food was good and all, but they kinda just threw my wrap together with no thought or care. My wrap was 50% pickled onions with 4 tiny lamb meatballs even though I asked for the biggest portion. For a $20 wrap I should get more than 2 ounces of meat. read more

Okay so the food is good here. It's a Mediterranean version of chipotle. Iff you come here, I suggest getting a grain and veggie bowl so you can build it yourself and try all the little add Ins. The flavors will probably surprise you. So try everything you can. Plus, the drinks are my favorite. Brewing black tea, jasmine, strawberry, and the different flavors is great! U can mix the flavors or just try one and stick with it. I usually just drink water, but here I go the little extra and get a flavored beverage at their fountains. Healthy and flavorful. Makes me feel less guilty about all the bad things I eat during the week. read more

CAVA why do you have to be so expensive?! I enjoyed my chef inspired Lentil Avocado bowl quite a bit, but it came to $13 with tax... Was it the avocado that did the price in? I will be back to try other menu items and hopefully pay less than $11. The ingredients were fresh and it was filling but I didn't feel weighed down afterwards. Fast casual, healthy, vegetarian food is always welcome in Broomfield so I'll be back. read more

CAVA is about 100 times better than Garbanzos, which used to be my go to Mediterranean fast food place. Everything is just SO good that I don't need to ask for mass amounts of hummus to feel full after my meal. In fact, I can never finish what I order. My only gripe would be their app, which I almost always have an issue with. Especially if you're trying to order delivery. It never keeps your order if you exit the app, and I have trouble actually getting a delivery set. It constantly kicks me out, or won't confirm the order. It's easier, and way cheaper, to just go pick up your order in my experience. And ordering from a delivery service (Doordash and the like) is not recommended. The one time I did that, they put all of the dressings on the bowl, with no way to request them on the side. The taste was a little overwhelming! I usually get the grain bowl and have never been dissatisfied. The RightRice ("A high protein and high fiber grain made from 90% vegetables (lentils, chickpeas, and peas") is worth the extra dollar (or fifty cents if you get half and half), and the black lentils are heavy, but delicious. The hummus is a little lacking in taste to me, but it compliments the Crazy Feta ("Jalepeño-infused feta mousse made with the finest imported Greek feta") so well that I don't even mind. Since I don't eat meat, I get the falafel for my protein, but there's also a choice of Roasted Vegetables for vegans and vegetarians. The falafel are a little strange, with big chunks of garbanzo in them, but they're still a tasty and plentiful choice. The toppings are unlimited, which I love, and I haven't tried one that I haven't liked as yet. Although they seem to heap the Cauliflower Quinoa Tabbouleh on, so I would try to ask for less if possible. My favorite dressing by far is the Garlic Dressing, although the Tahini Caesar is also very good. Just makes sure you can ask for the Garlic Dressing on the side, especially if you get two, as it can be overwhelming. It's a strong garlic sauce for sure! Since we're going into another semi-lockdown (when will this year be OVER?!) I'm sure I will be ordering from CAVA a lot more in the near future. I'm very grateful (also a big #ThankYouThursday) that they opened so many restaurants here in Colorado! That, at least, is a sliver lining in all this craziness! read more

Great place for healthier eating and fast casual! They are taking safety precaution seriously with gloves and masks and hand sanitizer at the door. They also look like they have a big takeout following. We got grain bowls with a mix of saffron rice and black lentils and chicken. The jalapeño, cilantro, and garlic sauce is tasty. They do all the spreads by scoop and suggest treading lightly with the harissa if you've never had it. It packs a definite punch. I enjoyed it! I suggest trying out if you like Garbanzos. read more

Food was amazing. Love this place. I got a green and grain bowl with braised lamb. Lots of healthy options. On food alone, this place is a five. But it fell short of a five overall because no one was eating inside, yet many of the tables were sitting dirty, the trash was over flowing and the floor needed to be swept. And it wasn't too busy for someone to clean (no one was in the place when I came in). It seemed like it was clean by the food though, so I guess that is the most important part, right?! My friend recently recommended CAVA to me and I was excited to see this location had just opened up down the street from my house. This place is basically like a chipotle but for Mediterranean food. All the ingredients in my bowl were super fresh and flavorful. I thought $10+ a bowl was a little pricey, but they definitely load up on the protein you choose and have so many different things you can add to you bowl like dips (up to 3), unlimited toppings, and sauces (up to 2) so it's definitely worth the extra $$. I highly recommend using the app to order. It's super easy and they also offer curbside pick up which is a plus. read more

In terms of food taste and the overall concept of the restaurant this place hands down deserves five stars. I crave for their Harissa Bowl daily and would order it often however, many key ingredients are always "out of stock." It's a Mediterranean place and even at 11:30am, very frequently even pita bread is out of stock. This makes ordering online very challenging as even if one ingredient is missing (like humus, which also seems to be a frequent out of stock item) you cannot order online. Inability to order online of course is fine, but when ordering food in between kid sport practices online ordering is a needed perk so I can pick up on my way to and from somewhere but... alas. Another day, another bunch of out of stock items. Even when going in store I'm so often met with disappointment because (insert key ingredient like chicken) is not available and so the bowl... while still four star worthy! Just isn't complete. Today it was avocado that was missing- I knew that walking in as I checked online before driving over but was not informed by staff until I checked out and asked why my bowl was a bit cheaper. Still great food, still worth trying... hoping they hire another ordering manager as this has been an issue since they opened. All of that said, if you aren't someone like me that so loves the Harissa Bowl that you can't bare to go off script and order something else... Just pick your own ingredients (from whatever is available that day) and you really can't top this as a healthy but fast, food option at a pretty great price. You get tons of yummy food! Just don't be surprised when they tell you there is no pita bread, or chicken, or avocado, or hummus, or..... read more

My falafel had more personality than the large, dark-haired guy with beard and mustache who acted like serving me was more effort than he could expend. Up your customer service! Ordered a meal for 4 to be picked up at 12:00 pm for a business meeting at 12:30. Because they are always late, I showed up at 12:15. Not ready, was told at 12:25 that it was made fresh and hot. I did not want to argue with the sweet girl - it was not her fault. The food came out at 12:30! I spoke to the manager as this was not the first time. My advice be that person that orders 5-10 meals (my normal order which is late) while in line. That was my takeaway. Very SAD as I do love their food. read more

TL;DR: Very quick! I seem to like Mediterranean, so I think this may be replacing Chipotle now. Are you like me and saw this place like 100 times around Denver and always told other people that you wanted to go there for an entire year? Well, you're in luck! Because that means you should just go here and try it! I understand that this place is a chain, but at the same time, it's one of the better ones. So, from my experience above, I eventually went to this particular location and got me one of their classic bowls. The experience of getting my food and walking out with my glorious bowl in hand went really smooth and quick. The staff was super nice! Once I got where I was goin', I finally dug in to my wonderful bowl and experienced the greatness that makes this the 5 star review. Definitely would recommend. I originally got the vegetarian version of their Harissa bowl, totally worth it! Then, suffice to say, I went back 2 more times in the same week because I wanted to try all the different things. hahaha. They also have vegan options if you're able to pick out the non-vegan options from the menu! read more

I'm chalking this bad experience up to COVID-19 and my relationship with Murphy's Law, but my first experience trying Cava was NOT good. Getting food to-go now pretty much guarantees by the time you eat it, it's not at its best. On top of that, they completely forgot the Lamb Meatballs for both me and my father-in-law. Also...it was my birthday dinner and my wife had to drive back to the store to get the meatballs (30minutes r/t.....so by the time I ate, my meal had been sitting for about an hour) and the staff barely recognized the mistake!!! I have no idea if the food is any good. It comes with The house salad with Greek dressing and there was also hummus included. Overall I'd give that meal a 2.5/5. We also ordered chicken shawarma plate and rate it the same. This is my favorite type of food but this place was mediocre. I'm not sure if they were having an off day because it was my first experience here.

The UBER driver parked a little up from my house and was in his car for a while. I watched him walk up to my house and drop the food off and rushed off. Once I saw my bag had been opened and retied, I knew something was off. I was missing my Gyro wrap, and my olives cup lid was loose. I decided to take the lost and eat my burger anyway, seeing that my fries had been tampered with, I wrote the whole order off as a lost. This is not the restaurant fault. I hope the owner will read this post and invest in the bag tape I've seen so many other restaurants use to prevent this from happening again. Upset, I still let the driver keep the $10.00 tip on a $30 order. Have a great weekend!

Grape leaves - I like that it wasn't sour. It was a neutral taste. Usually at other places, it tastes sour. Falafel - same thing as grape leaves. Neutral flavor. It was crispy. Hummus - same thing as the rest of the food. It needed some garlic, lemon, and nutty flavor. Turkish Coffee - it's Turkish coffee. They didn't wait for the coffee to cool and the grounds to settle, so a quarter of the cup was filled with mostly coffee grounds.
