It's about time we get a Cava in Woodbridge and especially a new concept at that. Ever since I saw that the space was being replaced by a Cava I checked daily to see when it would be open and as soon as I saw that it was we headed over. We've been here about 10+ times and cycled through most of the bowls but my absolute favorite thing to get here is the Chicken Shawarma bowl. Everything in the bowl works well together and it is not too salty. The dates give it sweetness and the veggies give it a great crunch. It's super filling and it has been great every time. I also love to add a Vanilla Baklava oat shake to my orders as well. It's so creamy and the pistachios give you good texture as well. The service is so fast and efficient that getting you order usually takes less than 10 minutes. Hopefully they do add online ordering in the future because it will be easier to build your own bowl as opposed to having to tell it to someone. read more

CAVA has a new member of the family, CAVA Table! I have been awaiting the opening of the newest location and was curious about 'Table' being adding to the CAVA name. CAVA Table still offers the delicious flavors and similar type items I love at CAVA but with a more cafe like atmosphere. There is lots of space for work and play, plus outdoor seating too! The menu is packed with options from bowls and sandwiches to soups and smoothies. Dare I say I like CAVA Table even more than CAVA? Must Try Menu Items: - Cauliflower Cashew Soup - Tahini Oat Milk Soft Serve (+ make it into a shake with turkish coffee banana) - Cucumber Mint Juice - Anything with the date vinaigrette I am sure I will continue adding to my must try list. It's like Cava hit puberty and had a glow up to THEE Cava Table. They have a coffee bar, Internet cafe, Mediterranean eatery kinda vibe. The decor colors are relaxing, the staff is helpful& friendly and they have pretty great food and beverage options. Sure... they still have the regular, degular, shmegular bowl choices BUT they also have pre- selected combos like meatball brócolini and village chicken that rips you from your comfort zone with zeal. *SQUEALS* Bonus- they have dairy free shakes AND outdoor tables ... SWOON!!! Anyhoo... try it. It's wonderful and purrrty on the inside too. You may see me there....so say hi- don't be weird. This place i go strictly for the vegan milkshakes and lattes. Moroccan day dreamer is my favorite. I used to drink the mint mojito at philz coffee, however they moved out of the district. And I found Cava Table to replace my mint coffee drink. read more

I was confused by this restaurant because they are Cava but they aren't. I ordered as close to what I normally get, which is a standard build-your-own bowl with grilled chicken. They have chicken shawarma which was alright but definitely different. The person working there answered my questions as best as he could as I have food allergies, but it was a bit of a struggle. He did instruct me to check the website for allergens, but the website doesn't have chicken shawarma on it. So...can't do that. The atmosphere was cool though! read more

Food is just okay, a bit on the salty side for my taste but typical for a corporate chain. My favorite thing to get here is the oat milk soft serve in the summer. Their tahini shake is also so delicious. My favorite toppings are sour cherries and mint but they were out of the cherries when I went today. However, the staff were super accommodating about it and subbed fruit for us. This will be one of my favorite healthier deserts to get in the area! Love their outdoor seating also, but was sad to see some of the seating along further up the street was removed, hopefully it comes back out when the weather gets warmer. read more

The offer some other kabobs, shakes, different coffee options, and other items that you won't find at most Cava locations. The interior decor is very sleek and they have an outdoor patio as well. Today monday may 8th 2023. I walked in to cava table very excited because I haven't eaten here in awhile. As i wait for someone to take order. (Obviously undersaffed). Its lunch time. Through the glass window to the kitchen. I watch a worker yawn in her naked hand and then proceed to take food outta of one bowl and put it in another. The second gloved worker also yawns over the food she is preparing. Then the order taker lady comes out and sneezes in her hand and proceed to take a order. No hand sanitizer was used. I walked out. I love Cava, and Cava Table offers an interesting mix of items not found in standard Cava locations. I got the chicken kabob bowl...the kabob skewers were amazing and I so wish they offered this at all locations! All the toppings were fresh and crisp, and I loved the pickles. The staff was pretty nice and friendly, and the decor was fab...super cute inside! I do wish they offered online ordering as it is kind of clunky needing to list our each and every topping to the person at the register. While the food was good, my bowl was missing one of the three dips (though it was definitely listed on the receipt) and neither of the two bowls in my order had dressing, which was a bummer and resulted in slightly dry bowls. Def check your orders before leaving the store...based on some of the other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, tasty food and a treat for the taste buds. read more

Food was good. I got a double meat build your own bowl lamb meatball bowl. If that's even how you say it hahah. I added avocado for like 2-3$ to the bowl. Didn't receive it. Heard the girl in the back saying my bowl was nasty and gross and didn't know how I could order that, which had me annoyed, then when I asked her to fix the avocado issue, she didn't have the decency to turn down her 2008 drake album blaring through her Walmart Bluetooth speaker, so I essentially had to wait in line again to ask for the avocado I paid extra $3 for. Great food, great staff, amazing ambiance. The steak sandwich is incredible. I'm Egyptian and I've had a lot of Mediterranean food and Arabic food this stuff is really good. Actually I wish all cava's had this set up. I completely get the grab-and-go concept like Subway. The food is so much better then that stuff and is worth the wait. First off, I will disclose, this is a very biased Cava review. This was day two of being open and I have been both days trying all different things. Last night was the Turkish Coffee Banana Oat Milk Shake with a Lamb Chili and today I started off with a Moroccan Day Dreamer Latte and enjoyed the Village Chicken Gain Bowl. All these items greatly surpassed my expectations. Although, I must admit, the Moroccan Day Dreamer Latte may be a bit too much for an average coffee drinker. This latte was exploding with different spices and herbs such as cardamom and mint leaves. Quiet a few months back my wife and I noticed that our favorite restaurant was opening near us and immediately questioned what we did do to deserve it?... Cava was opening in Woodbridge! We would drive by daily in hopes to get more clues to when it was opening and would scour the internet and even emailed Cava corporate to figure the date out. None the less, we were there the day it opened just to say we made it on opening day. The one thing the had us mind-boggled was the new name, "Cava Table." Once the menu was released, we were pleasantly surprised to find a hybrid sort of Cava. When in a group setting and anyone has a doubt in where we should go eat, I ALWAYS default to Cava. The downside to this is when I bring a newcomer they are almost always intimidated, and I will end up ordering for them. With so many different options at the Cava Grill that friends and family have never heard of, I can understand this. Especially when this is paired with the fast-paced ordering and huge lines behind you. I find that many friends and family have a hard time going back on their own unless they have a full understand of this type of cuisine. BUT! Never have I heard this crowd saying they did not like the food. What that brings me to is the perfect "hybrid" that Cava Table is. Cava table of course has the option to build your own grain bowl, but they also offer perfectly crafted bowls with an easy no brainer title to order with. This provides an easy way for new Cava customers to experience healthy food that tastes fantastic! As for the staff, I have only been two days but was greeted by more than a dozen employees all of which were extremely pleasant. Several of them inquired about how my food was with sincere curiosity and appeared to be so excited to work for such a great company. Cava, thank you for providing our area with such great tasting healthy food. Our country needs to know healthy food CAN taste good! read more

At first I was taken back by the new name "CAVA TABLE" What has taken over my beloved CAVA? But I walked in to the most beautiful ambiance! Feels much more warm and cozy than your usual cava with more of a cafe feel. There is a barista making drinks and and the food is made in the back rather that out front. The menu is extensive with many healthy and super food choices vegan, vegetarian, dairy free etc... FINALLY SOME GOOD CHOICES for us health foods freaks!! You could not build your own bowl, they were prefabricated. I had the Chicken bowl , the food was good but mine was a bit cold. I have been to this place a couple times and will always come back. Since I live in the same city, it's nice to have a place near that you can get fresh food, and vegan food if needed, without having to drive to the city. I will say that sometimes your bowl isn't filled all the way, but other times it is quite hefty - it must be depend on who's making it. Hopefully that gets fixed! I really enjoy the tahini shakes as well. All in all, everything I've tasted has been delicious and I actually prefer this place rather than the regular cava spot where they make the bowl in front of you. A few notes are that you order at the counter and they deliver the food to you, instead of you ordering and walking down the line to choose your food, like the other cava spots. The food is solid but I was VERY disappointed that it was not the CAVA that I'm used to; this version of CAVA is all "curated" (aka: pre-fab) meals. You cannot build-a-bowl. I had the Spicy Moroccan Bowl and my wife had the Avocado Super Greens bowl. Tasty enough but missing what we wanted. At all. Again, the food wasn't bad but I won't go back and everyone who I know who also went said the same thing. It's a shame. I'll drive another 15 miles to one of the other stores and build my own. I went to CAVA bc of its brand known to be a relaxing and healthy environment and menu. I went for dinner hoping to relax and enjoy a calm ambience. The food was good for its price and well presented. However, what ruined the whole experience was the staff. They were yelling back and forth to e/o from the front of the restaurant to the kitchen. Also, during the end of my dinner the kitchen staff turns up the volume of their music player which competed with the music in the dining hall and it just became this annoying rowdy environment. I was disappointed from the experience bc it's the complete opposite of what the CAVA brand is known to deliver. read more

This was a little different from the other CAVA locations I have been to, but the food here is amazing. By my work in Chantilly, it is ran more like a subway or chipotle style of serving, but here it is all put together in the kitchen in the back. Some of the items are not offered at both stores, which was disappointing, but my plate still came out really good. read more
