This is a fast casual Mediterranean style bowl concept that can be a bit confusing and overwhelming the first time you come but don't be afraid to! The food is fresh and tasty and worth trying. Made my own bowl and I highly recommend trying the braised lamb. The bowls are BIG! I could not finish. The meal is pretty pricey for lunch though around $25 with a drink. I wish the tables had been cleaner. I would eat here again.

Love this restaurant! Great flavors, menu options (especially for anyone with dietary restrictions), quick service, especially their app/pick up option. Not a huge amount of seating; venue's in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants. Definitely a go-to meal option for me.

Jody was awesome!!!! Everyone up here is so kind & provide amazing service! Will be back

We don't have Cava in the Midwest (at least not in Mn). I've always seen people hype them up on social media so I was excited to try it. We went on a Friday right after lunch rush. It wasn't too busy. There was only 1 person working upfront making all the orders while 2 people were working over by the pop machines and a someone in back cooking the meats. With that being said service was kind of slow & the line was starting to build up. The food was good and flavorful. I'd for sure try it again but I don't think it quite lived up to the hype. I got the spicy chicken + avocado pita and my sister got the harissa avocado bowl. The bowl was a bit better than the pita.

Onion dip was good. I had a chicken meal, one had a hamburger, one chicken Mac n cheese. All ok but nothing to write home about. So now service, not to good. We had to try to get refills. We were empty for quite awhile. I think the Bread Pudding was definitely the winner. Warm with plenty of sauce. That's the reason We may try them again.

Our server was attentive and responded to our requests promptly. I found the Tuesday burger special tempting, but I opted for the salmon wedge salad. This was an uneven dish. On the positive side, the parmesan vinaigrette dressing was delicious! It went well with the crisp lettuce, red onion bits, and grilled salmon. On the negative side, my salmon was undercooked and there was less lettuce than in the picture of this salad in the menu. I asked our server to fix the salmon. She said that she would show it to her manager and make it right. My salmon returned to the table with darker grill marks and cooked well done. I was satisfied with this solution. I didn't pay for the bill, so I don't know if we were also comped for this problem. I didn't bring up the lack of lettuce since the portion I received was enough for me on the day that I visited. This visit confirmed for me that Interurban sits on par with Charleston's in the OKC metro restaurant space. They offer a menu of American classics prepared with care and enough variety that most people can find something to eat from this menu. It's not edgy or innovative, but it's not trying to be those things.

I liked the Huli Huli Chicken better than the Molokai Chicken. It's supposed to be spicier and I guess it is a little. They also have Kilauea Chicken , which I got to taste afterwards and that one I will get instead of the Molokai Chicken because it is actually spicier and tastier. White Rice was good and Pineapple Skewer was fresh and sweet. I got the Dole Whip Swirl with Pineapple and Strawberry. Both flavors are good , can't make up my mind which one I like better so good thing I got both. Dining room was clean and decorated nicely with cool blue accent walls and Hawaiian surfing and beach retro pictures. Of course chill Hawaiian music playing in the dining room. They also do a 10% Military Discount for us Veterans. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Lots of.cheesr chicken grilled onion and such which is what made it. Thr fajita flavor in the veggies gave this dish flavor and fun. Taco salad: what can I say? Well exactly like every other taco salad you've ever ordered so that made me happy. I prefer more cheese and the servers were promt to help. The salsa dressing was good . Bowl: I can't remember the name but it was suppose to be a southern bowl but my husband added chalula sauce to infuse some flavor. It boasted anduie sausage but clearly the rice never met the sausage until 2 minute before it hit the table. The sausage essence was the reason to order the dish and the n sounds of rice on the plate were flavorless so we won't order it again. Margarita was not good. I'm a snob about them and dousing it in orange juice ruined the perfect Margarita. I didn't order another Margarita offering because there was orange juice in The description. The grand marnier was delicious but orange juice ruins the texture and essence of a "perfect " margarita. The reposado tequila was fantastic. Serving it In a Shaker with a salted glass perfect.
