I want you to understand why I'm upset.  First, when I bought the extended warranty, I was never…read moretold I "had" to bring my car to you for repairs, I have bought these warranties in the past and I was able to take my car anywhere. Secondly, when I brought it to you the first time for the heater issue, the service advisor forced me to pay a $27.00 deductible. The warranty states I have a $25.00 deductible.  The heater worked for 3 days, then quit.  I brought the car back in, and you had it for almost 3 weeks.  When I came to pick it up finally, you tried to charge me the deductible again. It was back in for the same reason, I shouldn't have to pay another deductible. When I originally brought the car to you, my air conditioning worked fine.  When I picked the car up, it didn't work, I brought it back in a 3rd time and waited for it.  The service advisor came out and told me I had to pay $400.00 to recharge the A/C, just so you could try to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working.  I watched you (or whoever the service manager was that day) go into the service area with him, talk about it, then he came out and told me that. I have had the A/C evacuated and new freon put in, and the A/C is still not working.  Now I have to bring it back to you a 4th time for an issue that was not an issue when I brought it to you the first time.  Certainly, you can see why I'm upset.  I just want my car fixed.  I'm not going to pay another deductible for a problem your dealership caused. I was asked to contact them, which I did. Emailed the service manager, as well as left a VM for the general manager. As of the time of this review, no one has contacted me.

A few months after I bought the car, a bunch of things went wrong and I had to pay thousands for repair. I didn't contact Automotive Solutions because I just thought it was a one time occurrence. However, a few months later, my car pretty much fell apart. I took it to a couple shops and they both quoted me an additional $3000-$4000. I called Automotive Solutions and told them about it and they accused me of being a rough driver, which is so wrong. I don't even drive this car that much - a few miles around town, but I obviously don't trust this car to go on road trips or up the canyon. I asked them if they would consider taking this LEMON back, but they refused and laughed at me for being so gullible believing it would take so much to get this car on the road again. I only went to Automotive Solutions because a family member is a friend of theirs, and I really regret even meeting them. I spent so much money fixing the lemon I got there, I could have bought a new car. I would NEVER recommend anyone go to them for anything.

Sam made it easy for us and he was very knowledgeable on the process and got us all the things we needed to make things smooth. We picked up our car 4 days later, he had all the paperwork ready to go. Definitely look into the warranty, they offer great LOW prices. Vehicle delivery could've been better. Dealers typically fill the tank and clean it, we asked the car to be ready and it was [ good enough] but we still had to stop and fill the tank with a baby in the car, our toddler waiting for us a home, and 40 min traffic during rush hour to get back to home North. It's a simple small courtesy when making a large purchase IMHO. Overall Sam did a great job and truly lives by the slogan, "Customer comes first." He's honest, he does the best to give you a quality vehicle, and will go above and beyond to help you in your purchase. Highly recommend this place!
