Let me tell you guys... they did such a bad job, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and i got no where near what I showed them. The lady also cut me and blamed it on me saying that I moved, I went with my grandma and I showed my grandma the picture of how I wanted them and she saw how they did my nails and explained to them that they did a horrible job, and the lady doing my nails said that I said that I loved them when I didn't say anything on them. The lady doing my nails had such a bad attitude and she kept choosing how I wanted to do my nails. She would ask me what I wanted and she wouldn't even let me answer. Then my grandma got a pedicure and it also came out very horrible. Overall horrible experience there never again!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Firstly when I came through the door n nobody greeted me. Then when the man was doing my nails her was rough and throwing my hands around. I got so l done paid and left that night I broke my thumb nail. Mind you there's a sign that said if you break a mail the y will fix them for free for 3 days so I go back to get it fixed and they charged me. As I was laws trying to explain to her that m y nail should have never broke not even 12 hours after I got them done they kept saying I did it myself or something. I went today for a mani and pedi, specifically asked that my toes and nails match. The pedi was good, I was tired and half way sleep through the mani and didn't realize until I got home that the manicure is jacked up and the colors are not close to matching. This place is horrible.. I previously got my nails done across the street, i came to CO nails bc my mother in-law and sister in-law have been going here for years... i just moved here from ny and have been getting my nails done since middle school and can also do uv and acrylics gel nails myself i went to experience a good time with my in-laws but the nail work is shitty... the 1st girl who did my nails left bubbles in the gel and didn't clean the edges well so they look globy.. in 3 days my nails broke while washing my hands and I went back the 2nd time and a man "fixed" my nail by cutting my entire nail past the bed which was completely unnecessary my nails are 2 different shapes and he rushed bc he wasn't getting paid.. I asked him to fix his mistakes and he said "there 2 different ppl do nails so not the same..." i showed him the difference in the shapes and dip in the middle he just added more gel and wiped my nail with alcohol instead he should have reshaped it and put a top coat on top i was clearly frustrated and he was acting like he was doing me a favor i tipped him and left and its 2 days later and my nail next to the broken ugly "fixed" nail is broken down the middle and now have exposed skin and bleeding I do not recommend this place the work is sloppy bc they clearly hate their jobs and just want to b paid and done their products are also cheap and u can get the same for $20 on amazon for a whole kit including the light and probably do a better job urself read more

The one complaint I have is they have Christian music TV on (loud) so you are forced to watch and listen to this stuff while you are captive in there. Before two days ago, I was a loyal customer to Co nails & I'd referred many people to visit but after my last encounter, I'll never support and or visit this business again. I went in to get an acrylic set and they had to be redone 4x because they were so bulky, sloppily polished and crooked that I refused to pay for such a service especially being that they no longer offer refunds (how convenient for them) Instead of her starting the process over to fix her errors, she filed over them again and again until they were extremely sore. At that point, I let her know that I would come back the next day. I called and was told the manager was in and that I could speak to them for a resolution. When I came in, I spoke to Tony & he said "Nothing we can do. If you don't like, go to another salon" verbatim. I was utterly surprised being that I'd never received such careless service. I then asked to speak to a manager and they stated "we have no manager" so not only did they lie on the phone, they were so rude in person and unhelpful. I'll never support Co nails again. Now it makes sense why their reviews are so horrible and the place is always empty. I should've listened! DO NOT VISIT. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I've worked internationally with people that speak different languages and I always have a translator on me at all times.. I was in shock at some of the things that were said about me and other black customers.. If I wanted to I could sue you for racism.. The sad thing is you are immigrants and want compassion yourself. Danny you should be ashamed of yourself with you speaking broken English and most of your workers. I have a translator that recorded your conversations word for word.. This place is honestly the best place I've ever gotten my nails done at. The people they are very friendly and they always do such a good job on my nails. The place is very clean, and has a really good aesthetic. The nails are not that expensive. I normally always get coffin nails, and they always do such an amazing job on the shape and really define it. they are upping their selection on colors that they have. I also would love to get a pedicure there as well. They make sure that your visit is sensational. I 10 out of 10 recommend going here. read more

I recently moved and was looking for a new salon. This one is right down the road from my new place, so I booked an appointment for a gel manicure. I showed up about 10 minutes before my time slot, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but they seemed very over booked and very short staffed. I waited until about half an hour after my appointment time before they sat me (they were seating first come first serve instead of abiding by the appointment times). They just kept telling the walk ins it would be about 10-15 minutes wait even though they were clearly swamped and I had waited over 30 min for a manicure with an appointment, they weren't turning anyone away so the techs were clearly flustered. My tech seemed very frustrated at the the situation and came off a little rude at first, but once she calmed down a bit, she was very pleasant. Before I sat down, I had found my color using the swatches and one of the techs tried finding the bottle on the wall of nail polishes but after about 10 minutes, she left the wall, never came back with my color and didn't say a word to anyone. My tech waited and waited for her to return, she even went to look for her, but after a while I just said I would find another color so we could get this done. I'm not crying over spilled milk here, it really wasn't that big of a deal that I didn't have the color I wanted, it just doesn't look good from a customer service standpoint on top of my experience so far. The service I received from my tech was great. She was very kind and she did a good job with the polish and manicure, when I left, my nails looked great. The reason I gave such a low rating and probably will not return is not even due to my experience, it is solely because of the products they use. The only polishes they use are very low quality brands (like you can easily buy them at Walmart for $2) and my GEL MANICURE DID NOT LAST MORE THAN 3 DAYS. I have been getting a gel manicure every 3 weeks for the past 2 years using OPI gel polish and by the 3rd week, they are still looking amazing, no chips, no pealing, no cracks, just growth shown at the base of my nails. With the brands they use though, THE EXACT SAME DAY, WITHIN 2 HOURS of getting my nails done, a huge chunk of polish chipped off one of my nails while I was, no lie, sitting on my ass watching Netflix. It just flaked right off, easy peasy, nbd. I was not about to go back to that salon and deal with that chaos I just experienced to fix the now very noticeable chip on my brand new manicure, that's how much it wasn't worth it to me to return. It has been about a week since I got my nails done and the tips of my nails are visibly cracked, creating this dark shadow effect, which in turn makes my nails look dirty. The price was on par with other salons for a gel manicure, the tech was very nice, but between the hectic environment and the low quality products they use, I don't think I'll be returning to this salon. If they get some OPI or CND polishes in there, I would consider giving it another shot, but until then, I'll still be on the hunt for a good salon close to my new location. read more

Let me be clear... the Technician who did my nails gets 5Stars!! However, I can't give the experience 5 Stars. Visiting from out of town and needed a manicure. Decided to try this place based on reviews. The environment was fine but there were no massage capabilities on the pedicure chairs. That is half of the enjoyment of a pedicure! Also it is July and there was no or very little air conditioning. When I said something to the tech, I got the impression it was broken and no one wants to fix but it's in a mall so why wouldn't the mall be accountable. The techs were all sweating and instead of enjoying the pedicure, I couldn't wait to get bag in my air conditioned car!!! The tech was very friendly and did a nice job but NC in July with no air is crazy!! I would not return for that reason as well as the lack of massage chairs. They really need to notify customers cause had I known, I would never have gotten in that pedicure chair!!! read more

This place is great. I came here once, tried 2 other places and ended up returning here and will stay here. They take their time with pedicures, even the basic one. They massaged my legs for almost a total of 10 minutes which is unheard of. They have lots of OPI selections for gel nails which is great because I've learned that off brands don't stay as long. This is a great place! Looks a little dated but is amazing, especially for the price. read more
