Great service. Came same-day as my TV (bought thru Samsung but delivered by Best Buy), a Samsung 65…read moreinch S95H. Technican helped me move TV to room it was to be placed/mounted. He unboxed it and tested it to ensure it worked. Within 5 mniutes of the TV being on, it stopped working. Screen went black although there was audio. Performed a hard reset but still no luck. Technicain waited with me while I called Samsung. Thank goodness I got a live person who told me that they would pick it back up as a return and give me a full refund. Meanwhile, the technican put the mount on the wall as I plan to buy this same TV but from a different vendor (Crutchfield who I should have used all along as all my TVs have come from them. But, I got a great military discount from Samsung so I went with Samsung). If all goes well, when the replacement TV arrives I will be able to put it on the wall without a lot of drama. All in all, very happy with Kairos. I think they went above and beyond to help me with this issue.

The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original.
