There isn't one portion of the service provided that is component everything from ordering the parts to (apparently) the mechanics. That said everyone is friendly enough just nothing gets done. I'm okay with spending money for dealership prices as you'd have a certain expectation; not here my experience has been disappointment and total rip off. I also paid for my filters to be replaced, & judging by these pictures taken TODAY, these were not changed when I came in. I'm in absolute utter disbelief. Wish I could give a negative star review.
