We scheduled to meet up the next morning (Father's Day) and he took less than 30 minutes to get the huge size dent back to its original shape. Ricky told me that he was able to only restore it back to about 80% and I was satisfied with it because I really couldn't tell. I was completely satisfied with Ricky's work, integrity, and professionalism. Hopefully my vehicle stays dent free but in the event it needs it, I'm definitely contacting Ricky first to get it fixed!

For my car, there is a tiny ding on the right rear fender. I got a few quotes before going with Jose, but his price was the lowest. He came out and let me know exactly what needed to be done to access the dent and pop it out. Since it involved opening panels and removing the rear taillight, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about this. He didn't even charge me for coming out, and didn't seem disappointed at all about me not proceeding. This is the true mark of a great businessman who understands customer service! He also gave me a referral for someone to help do some touch-up paint work for a couple chips in my hood. One ding had a crease and a couple of others were on ridge lines. I'd heard that dings could be pretty easily fixed if just dents in the middle of panels, but if there's creases or on ridge lines like in our case, it's difficult to do if it can even be done. Tim under promised and over delivered. He said he wasn't sure he could perfectly straighten them out because of the creases and ridges, but he did. Totally conquered the challenge, and we were very happy in the end.
