We were received by the owner a friendly man who show us what services they offer so we selected foot massage. You must pay ahead and the tip after massage. He showed us the different rooms they have for each kind of massage they offer, there are more than 30 rooms, I thought we could do a spa party with more friends ;)  After we selected where we wanted our massage and we prepared, two kind oriental women came who were our massagers. If I could give half a star I would've, just for the fact that the foot massage was alright. Other than that, the whole experience was terrible. I had been here before they had closed down, and the service was ok for a $38 run down. And that is exactly what it is, a RUB. But this time around will be my absolute LAST time to UE. We went as a group of 3 girls, in the same room. My guy talked to the other guy the entire 90 min massage. At one point he was sitting on my legs and stopped massaging me while he talked to the other guy. While facedown, he was stroking down my back and repeatedly had his crotch ON my head. Those tables are super low so there is more than enough room to keep space between his body and my head, i even looked over to my friends to see if the same was happening to them. Then he tries to do a chest stretch that would expose my boobs in the presence of the other 2 male therapists. I resisted that stretch and just flexed my body until he was done. Then when we're done, I decided $10 is decent tip considering I would have left $0. They proceed to tell me I should tip $15 minimum because $10 is the standard for 60 minutes and I got 90 minutes. Called and made an appointment for 4:30pm. The receptionist called me back 5 minutes later asking if she could reschedule us for 5pm. When we got there the therapist didn't get into the room till closer to 5:30pm. The massage was mediocre (I get it, it's a chop shop). Cousin treated me to a massage. This place is clean and professional. The Muzak selection was relaxing. Prices were as advertised. Joe at the front desk explained everything well. Hot stones were at the perfect temperature. There are many different rooms that can accommodate groups of up to 9 people. I would return. It is impossible not to leave a bad review for this place. I purchased a groupon for a couple massage and disregarded the reviews of other people. I read that they have a mandatory tip for $15 per person, so just to make sure that was the case I called the spa and they said it is optional. So I went there, gave them the groupon code and the lady still didn't say anything about the mandatory tip. My boyfriend and I didn't like the massage. It was more like pressing movements rather than actually massaging the muscles. The masseuse didn't massage my bottoms and lower back at all, areas that i'm hurt the most because of sitting down at work all day. I didn't feel any more relaxed after the massage at all. When we got out of the room my boyfriend tipped them, but the asked for more. Just at that moment the receptionist decided to show us a paper that said we have to tip $15 per person, it is mandatory. I asked why didn't she tell us that when i called and specifically asked if the tip is mandatory and she answered that we didn't have to tip her, but the masseuse yes. I like this place very much. I go once a week for my condition. However, the service quality is very different depending on the person who massage. I met the worst massager today. Her name is "Amy". She pretended she was worried about her time and did not give any pressure. After the massage, I was so uncomfortable that I did not want to pay a tip, but eventually I paid $ 10 for a minimum tip. My partner and I made an appointment for 8 PM yesterday, we arrived about 10 minutes early and we were shown into the room a few minutes later. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes before someone brought us one bucket of water for me to put my feet in, and another 10 minutes before someone came to give us another bucket of water. By that time we had already waited a total of 30 minutes with no one to tell us why we had to wait that long, and when we finally went to leave, the man in front tried to get us to stay. But why would we stay when we already received such poor service? I understand that there is a language barrier and that is why we waited so long, and hopefully this will serve as a lesson on how to treat customers in the future. read more

This is my favorite massage spot in town! I have been to a few out here with no complaints, but this location is by far the cleanest, with the most friendly staff to take care of those achy muscles. The $20/hour sign is what caught my eye, so I decided a few months back to continue to go. I love getting all the knots and kinks worked out in those 60 minutes. They do start by soaking your feet in warm water, to get you to relax and detox a bit. Once you are relaxed, lying down face up, then you will begin the massage on your face. You can let them know if you don't want your face. I usually get it done only because the massage feels amazing when you really need to relax. The overall massage is great. Firstly, we need to clarify something about foot massage prices. There was a time when an hour cost $39. The house and the massage therapist shared that amount; probably 20/19. With intense competition, and arguably ruthless strategy, the game changed to $20 an hour for the house, and the massage therapist was left to whatever tip the client volunteered. Math would suggest therefore that a tip of $20 is appropriate based on the history. So please. No more "I can't believe it only cost $20 for an hour." It doesn't. It's $35-$40 if you tip properly, and you should. Ok....next: I've been to UE twice. The first time was the best foot massage in the best environment I've ever had in Las Vegas. The second time was less wonderful. Partly because I think the word is getting out and the place is getting popular. There was more noise and more disorganization. The guy at the front who is coordinating seemed to be flustered. I waited for 20 minutes before a therapist even showed up with the initial foot bath. I almost left; I was putting my shoes back on when he came in. Nevertheless, I'll be back again. The paint job/decor was well thought out.. None of those cheesy neon lights everywhere like most foot spas. Lots and lots of chairs spread out for a more personal experience. I got a 1hr massage in a private room with hot towels and hot stones all included for $20!! Cannot beat that price! Anson gave me one of the best massages of my life!He was very friendly and professional. He took his time massaging sore parts of my body including some major knots in my shoulders. The massage is like most sequences at foot spas (scalp to head to neck to arms etc etc) but he definitely had his own technique that I loved. He even took his time massaging my ears! Ha, love! My first time here as a walk in on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm. Requested a 90 minute massage and was assigned to Coco. No wait time. The place was very spacious and had many semi private rooms separated by partitions. I was fortunate to have my own private space since no one was using the massage bench next to me. Coco was amazing and she really knew what she was doing. I told them before starting that I would like extra attention my shoulders. Coco knew where my knots were and spent a good amount of time in the beginning working on my neck and shoulders. This customization was nice because normally these massage places follow the same routine for everyone. The massage was very comprehensive, including head/face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, feet (30 mins at least), legs and back. Do prepare to remove your top as they use oils and having clothing on makes this difficult. But you are covered by a towel the whole time and I felt comfortable. In the end they do a hot stone massage (1 minute long, as the stones cool down rather quickly) but it really felt nice! I feel like this type of massage could have been at a high end massage place that charges way more. $30 for 90 minutes is a great deal! Only con was that sometimes if people are talking at the front desk or someone's phone is ringing, it can get loud and distracting. I will be back - call and make reservations in advance if you want a specific masseuse. Also helps immensely if you speak Chinese - their English here is not great. read more

I've never waited so long to get a foot massage in my life - my two friends and I waited 40 minutes. We had even called the day before to book our appointment, and I saw it written on their whiteboard when we arrived. Why take appointments if you're not going to stick to them? A guy before us was pissed off for waiting 30 minutes. That should have tipped us off. We were supposed to get a private room for the three of us, but since that was booked, they gave us a big room that could have fit 10 people, but it was just us three at least. There's one part at the end of the massage where they lift your arms up so your boobs are hanging out everywhere - not good since your shirt is off. I think they need to get rid of this part. It's fine if you're in a private room with your friends, but it would have been embarrassing had their been other people in the room with us. My massage was pretty good - the woman was nice and did a thorough job. Unlike my friend, she massaged me for the whole hour (my friend was shorted 10 minutes and had to wait almost an hour before someone came to see her). Had it not been for the long wait and my friend getting gypped, I would have given this place four stars. I go to UE Foot Spa usually once a week because of the bargain at $20 for a full body massage and not just feet. The place is clean and the private rooms set this Foot Spa apart from the others in Las Vegas. Always a satisfied customer when I go to UE Foot Spa and leave relaxed. I recommend having Daniel or Annie as their pressure is just right for the knots in my shoulders, back and feet. It's great that you can choose between an hour session or longer especially with the bargain pricing of $10 for an extra 30 minutes, well worth the price! I enjoy the plum tea that UE Foot Spa provides after each massage, definitely hits the spot after a soothing massage session. This is by far one of the best foot spas that I have been to. We came here about a month ago during their "grand opening" and they were offering ONE HOUR foot/full body massages for $20! I had such a great experience here that I came here TWICE in one weekend. UE Foot Spa is clean, spacious and divided into many little secluded spa rooms. Like most foot spas, they start by soaking your feet in hot water. Then, they proceed to a full body massage-scalp, arms, legs, back, etc. WARNING: This is not a big deal to me but it might make some people uncomfortable. They will ask you to remove all of your clothing. (optional, of course.)My favorite part about the massage is when they place hot stones on your back! The experience was like an actual spa massage and not just the typical "massages" that you get at a typical foot spa where they just slap you legs and wiggle your fingers and toes around. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They will even offer you hot tea or bottled water at the end of your visit. Like many places this foot spa started off good. This business used to be kept clean, they were polite, kept warm inside when it was cold out and the towels were thick. Our recent visit has found all of the above to change for unfortunately the worst. :( Heavy set owner/manager? at front desk is very rude and demanding, place is freezing cold and the thick towels were replaced with thin short ones. They also seem to no longer care about keeping the place clean and the massages we received have gone way down hill and now not even worth the 20 fee plus mandatory $10 plus tips in a noisy and dirty environment with grumpy front desk guy. It also felt really creepy when this one male kept pulling back the curtain to peek in to check me out. They will also try there best now to UP SELL you for a FULL BODY massage which I have found they are unlicensed to perform and a few calls to the state board they will be shut down and have to reconsider if it was really worth being disrespectful to their repeat customers. You can get cash back at the end to tip if you forget cash. The place was spacious w/ plenty of private rooms. They suggest making reservations if you want more private rooms. An older man speaking Chinese for most of the massage to another guy which sounded like they were laughing at something/someone. It was very distracting and uncomfortable. $20 for an hour? My experience was upsetting. While the party I was with started before me, I was waiting for about 10 min before they started for me. The lady finally showed up and was OBVIOUSLY complaining that she had to massage a "big" guy. During the massage she kept talking to me and wanted to know how everyone was related to me. This is supposed to be relaxing right? Not at all. She would continue to talk and would not let me get relaxed. The best part was when she would walk away for about 5 minutes continuously. NOT. What kind of service is this? Towards the end, she started to rush and finish up since my party was about to finish. Yet I started after them? hmm.... The massage ended up being about 35-40 minutes. #robbed The massage itself. I am a muscular guy and it felt as though she dug into spots where there were no knots. The "hot" rocks were at room temperature and not hot at all. The walking on the back was probably the worst. I felt as though my back was about to break in half. I felt my lower spine being crushed. He didn't massage my head at all and forgot to do my left arm. I've only done the foot massage thing in Atlanta (for $25), so this $20 deal for an hour at UE was fantastic. The massage was even better than the ones I've had in Georgia mainly because they spend less time on the foot massage part and more time on arms, neck, and back. Inside this establishment there are many semi-private rooms with two or three beds and a curtain door. My wife and I had a food by ourselves. The music is calming, but I recommend bringing your own music if you want total serenity. My masseuse spent about 10 minutes on my shoulders and head, 30 minutes on my feet and legs, and 10 minutes on the rest of my body. The pressure was excellent on all parts and it was very relaxing. The front desk people were very friendly and the whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. The short ride from the strip is worth it! read more

Hubby and I got a private room which was kept fairly dark. The massage was really good - it started with head, face, arms, and hands while our feet were soaking. Then the reflexology part. The therapists asked us to take our tops off (I kept my bra on) in the beginning which was weird since I've never done that in any Chinese reflexology places, but it made sense at the end when the therapists were massaging our backs with oil and hot stone.
