I went to this place on 04/21/16 to get a massage for me and my wife, the place was big with lots of rooms, it was very clean and everything about it made you feel relaxed, they charge $20 for one hour, I though for this price the massage was not going to be that good but let me tell you I was wrong. One of the best massages I've gotten, the massage lady was really working my body, I gave her a $10 tip afterwards. A 1 hour massage for $30 is so cheap I'm going to be able to afford them a few times a month. Do yourself a favor and check out this place I would definitely 100% recommend this place to anyone. After trying multiple massage places. I finally found a good massage place that can deliver hard pressure.

I call early to make an appointment to make sure they are staffed. They put us in the room to only wait for 20 minutes without anybody showing up. Finally someone does show up for my friend but not me. The worst was when my massage was finished before his. So I guess I got a 30 minute massage and 30 minute wait time but paid for and hr and had to tip? Sounds like a scam read more

My masseuse was Lina and she gave me my full hour massage. 20 minutes of feet soaking while she did an awesome job on my shoulders and neck. Another 25 minutes on arms, feet, and legs. Finally 15 minutes on the back. She knew what she was doing and applied the right amount of pressure. I recommend Lina at CCUE spa. The front desk guy was friendly but a little pushy with the upselling. We did have to wait a little while even though we had an appointment. read more

Would've been 5 star until last minute. I asked my husband if he had any cash for a tip. She did a great job and used hot stones. I've never had hot stones at a foot spa. He had $5. I apologized for not having more and that she'd done a great job and was informed tip is $10. Good thing we had cash in the car. We pay $30 for 70 minutes at home so this was still a great deal. They should post $10 tip to be paid at end. I'd still go back and probably give them a 5 since I know the process. read more

The therapist that massaged me was actually amazing, but I was so pissed off I could barely enjoy it. I was in Vegas from out of town and saw a good deal on Groupon so I purchased it. When I arrived a little early, they told me that I needed to pay for the tip up front. I said I'd rather not. She told me I had to according to her manager and the minimum tip was $15 for a 90 minute. We went back and forth for a bit about that being their policy and me saying why that was not customary and unprofessional in my opinion. Having a massage license myself in California, it was really upsetting having this debate with another therapist. I happen to peek at the table and I noticed the license they were displaying was expired by a couple of weeks, so I asked the girl was it also their policy to display expired licenses? Of course she said it was ok bc it's just a little expired, but at that point the conversation was over and she told me someone would see me shortly. Of course they made me wait to my scheduled time, despite a walk-in customer who came after me, being escorted to a room right away. I guess he tipped upfront. Nevertheless... I received my massage and gave them exactly $15 but not before letting them know that I usually tip $20 for a 90 minute and that they completely ruined my zen with this bs. Ohh gaaad!! The worst massage experience I've ever had. First the host put me in the room for 30 minutes, without saying anything when am I going to get accomodated, i waited and waited, till one old lady came, and do her thing, all she did was rubbing not massaging, she never used her hands, she was only using her arms, like she was baking flour for bread. I paid extra amount to have 45 minutes back massaged. But she only did like 10 minutes using her arms. She didn't even try at all. I felt like i was wasting my time. When i got my bill I only tip her 13$ but then the host insisted that minimum tip is $15. Really? Tip is not mandatory, its according to your service. Place is in a strip mall. Plenty of parking. Went with 2 other friends. The place was dark and had relaxing music. They have semiprivate rooms. The person working on you don't talk to the masseuses like most places. Best foot/body/hot stone massage for $20/Hr!!! Definitely coming back the next time I'm in town. Best massage ive had in a long time. The lady was very kind and very respectful and showed that she cared. Im pretty sure she was more excited to touch and massage my so so muscle body. Lolol. Jk jk. But it was great. Not bad of a price. $32 for hour half and tipped her good cuz she took out all the stress and knots in my back. She asked how i liked the pressure she was applying and she wanted to make sure i was feeling good and comfortable. So i have no complaints. Bummers i didn't get her name. The quality of the message was okay. It's not superb compared to other places I have visited in Las Vegas. They ask you to tip at least $10 for the service, and I thought tips were based on the experience/service. $10 tip for a $20 foot massage? They sold me 5.00 aromatherapy lavender. Therapist didn't use it. I asked for a refund. I was offered a half bottle of lavender. He refused the refund. The hot rocks were too HOT and no warning. Don't ever go here. The aggravation isn't worth the reduced Groupon savings. read more

They upsold the service (30 minutes foot 30 minutes back for $30). The masseuse didn't start on my back until there was 10 minutes left. The masseus' hands smelled like cigarettes and breathed out stale cigarettes breath on my face when he massaged me. I can only hold my breath for so long. Everyone is rude. This place is so unprofessional. Today me and my mom and her friend went and we gave them a $30 dollar tip, $10 each person. We gave them $40 and one of the workers went to go get change "supposedly" and never came back until we had to go look for him and we asked around and none of them knew their name they played dumb. So we finally found this guy and I was following him asking him and he ignored me and ran outside and passes right by us until my mom says "excuse me I need my change" and he comes back with an attitude and doesn't even give us the full change he gave us $7 when he was supposed to give us $10 we didn't want to argue so we just took that and left we should've not even gave them the tip. I will never come back I've never received this kind of service ever. I do not recommend this place they also force you into tipping them. read more

Now my back hurts and to top it off the manager and the lady that massages me were both telling me it's a minimum 10$ tip! I didn't see that anywhere in their store or when I payed . Like other reviews said, they require at least a $10-15 tip. They advertise $20 for an hour, which is awesome, and personally I enjoy the massage, but I think that's false advertising. Basically they're charging $30 for the massage if they require a $10 tip. My friend got the $28 massage for an hour (which focuses more on your back) and they required her to give $15 for a tip. The woman doing my massage got a loud call on her cell phone and actually answered it during the massage. She also left the room several times during the massage. read more

Went in to get a massage and it was really good. The massage was $30 and I gave the girl a $10 tip. The gentleman at the front desk required that we pay prior to the massage and then demanded that we tip $15. I believe a 33 percent tip is really good. Worst establishment ever!!!! Door guy says $10 tip is mandatory before service but one of the workers says it isn't. Massage was not given at the appointment time and this was booked months before. Masseuse kept stopping during the hour massage. Never go here. We were left in a room no one speaks enough English to give instructions we also were started 45 mins later than appointment time and the workers ended our massage 10 minutes early.
