AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I went here from Groupon and the whole experience start to finish was awful :( I made an appointment and got there to have a man who looked as if he wasnt a masseuse but just an average employee give me my massage. I pointed out trouble areas and also asked for no oils due to allergies I have. He spent the whole time rubbing my body with his hands over a scratchy towel that was extremely painful. I asked multiple times to hit my problem areas which he ignored. He also was on his phone during the massage which was noisy and had to interrupt the massage multiple times to use a translator. He said he didnt have time for my legs so charged me extra then only rubbed for 5 minutes. The whole massage was extremely painful. When I left; I still honored the tip policy and tipped $15 as well as $10 extra for the legs. When I was leaving he pulled out his translator and wrote to me "put on more clothes" after seeing his tip. I was in a sports bra and sweatpants. Extremely uncomfortable. I've been here twice - once for a massage and another time for a haircut. Things I like about this place: -it's pretty easy to get same day appointments -the staff is friendly -the staff takes safety precautions, everyone wears face masks -it's a clean and calming environment Things I think could be better: -the upcharges: I bought a reflexology Groupon that I thought included a back massage, but it was actually extra if I wanted my back massaged as well -it's a bit hard to communicate with staff. I purchased a Groupon that was supposed to include a deep conditioning treatment, which I don't think I actually received. But it was hard to bring up since my stylist and I had to use a language translation app to communicate with each other. He told me the cut I wanted would be better with a blow dry but that it was extra. In the end I paid for it since I wanted to be able to tell if I liked it. -the hair salon doesn't quite feel like a true salon, it's a room in a back with one sink and various desks and other furniture set up against the wall. It looks like they're still building this part out. It seems like right now the stylists are mobile as opposed to having dedicated stations. That being said, I'm happy with how my haircut turned out! It was pretty close to my inspiration image. With the translation app and showing images, I was able to convey what I was going for and the stylist delivered. ( I wouldn't have mind giving them a tip even if required if they had informed me prior to receiving any services) I arrived excited to get a message since my shoulders were very tense and upon arrival they were very nice. Their business is very clean and well organized as far as their rooms go. However, they only have curtain doors that have a portion you can see through which was a bit uncomfortable. I didn't think anything of it but prior to even walking in they didn't say a word to make sure I was ready. Not to mention, I'm a consent type of person. And without informing me she slight pulled the back of my underwear down so she was able to reach my lower back, without warning me prior. The lady that gave me the massage was nice but strong and even after asking her to be softer she continued at the same pressure. The massage was not relaxing if anything it was painful and I won't be returning to this place. I will add tho: the lady gave me a small cup of Chinese tea which tasted wonderful. The employee didn't have the appointment but said that the technician was finishing up and would be ready in 15 minutes. We agreed, redeemed our Groupon, and we're taken to the room to wait for the technicians. 15 minutes became 20 then 25. After 30 minutes we left. On our way out, no one said anything, no water or anything was offered at any point. No refund or option to reschedule was made. We are visiting Las Vegas so we cannot plan another time. We literally lost $60 for a service we never received. NEVER purchase any services from this business. It was the most unprofessional and negative experience we have ever had with Groupon or a spa. Did the couples head spa. It was not very relaxing for a few reasons. The 2 ladies working on us talked the whole time. I can't zen while they are running their mouths. The music was WAY too loud for a spa experience and it really was not even spa music. It was this really weird piano set. The lady working on me seemed to literally scratch and scrub my scalp so aggressively that I had to make her stop and ease up. I thought I would get more of a head massage but I didn't. Also they say neck and shoulders get massaged but she literally did that for like 20 seconds using the shampoo that was in my hair for moisture. That was odd but ok. I thought they'd use oils of some sort but I guess not. In short it was a very different experience that I would not go back here for again. 2 stars because the ladies were nice and the room was clean, but loss of stars for all mentioned above and the fact that they had another customer coming in the room while I was not quite dressed yet and asked her to leave (but she came back again WTH). Let's just get straight to the point...the ad for $20 for a massage is false. Yes, you do pay $20 per person for a foot massage but the people here will make sure you know that $10 minimum tip is required. Anything else below that isn't acceptable. They would also say "it is usually $10 tip for an hour massage." I've never been asked for tips like this esp by people who seem to do an alright job but not extremely good for me to give $10. This place is very spacious and they do have a lot of private rooms. My group and I got put in one room. We got the combo massage. A combo is 30 mins foot massage and the other 30 is a full body. They don't really ask you if you want a male or female to give you massage. They just assign you with someone. I got female to give me a massage. She had just the right strength but they doesn't really try to massage out the knots. They basically just give you a massage on places she thinks is the most tiring. Sometimes she's right and other times she misses the spot. Like while she wan massaging me I felt she touch a couple of knots, but that's all she did, touch them. Her head massage is good though. She massage me places I've never knew was and could be tense. All in all, this is an alright place to go to, but do prepare to spend $30 and not $20. read more

Maybe this foot spa has had previous customers run away after services and hence the pay before service policy? The masseuse I received was from a sweet lady who was very gentle, too gentle almost. Maybe she just wasn't strong enough? She took trips out of the room often to get hot towels, hot stones, and to throw out the dirty water for your feet. If you add up all the time you actually received for your one hour long massage you probably will only have gotten 50 minutes total. Again, if you prefer little to no pressure at all this place is for you! $20/hour for a full body massage is a pretty good deal. Can't complain. My boyfriend asked for harder pressure multiple times. He said it just felt like she was just rubbing oil on him and not actually massaging. Then when we left she asked for more than the minimum tip even though she didn't actually massage well after asking multiple times. We were really excited for this and it was a let down. And then her arguing for more tips after was ridiculous. The sign said tip required and we gave the minimum tip as it wasn't super great. The bad: For me, the massage itself was a 4/5, but there were many things that irked me: the therapist constantly walked in and out during my session leaving the door open, ultimately it was more like a 45 min massage rather than a whole hour... He walked out that much. Then I started hearing voices outside in the lobby area between the receptionist and a customer, clarifying how much was on a gift card. The walls were thin so I would probably be able tp reiterate their convo to you since I heard it that clearly. Lastly, I could hear my therapists' phone constantly buzzing. There were many distractions so it was difficult to relax throughout its entirety. Would I go back? I would give it another shot- they have talented therapists that get the job done. I can see why people wouldn't come back since with the extra $$ you can definitely have a more calm, relaxing experience elsewhere. The additional money we had already paid for another 40 minutes should have been tip enough, but they stood at the door and blocked our exit. So, finally we handed them $20 - to split between the 2 masseuses. But no, that wasn't enough. They said "what about her?!?!?" So we were forced to hand them more money. They were tipped $20 for 15-20 minutes of work ON TOP of the hour they had already been paid for. They were not going to let us out the door without an additional tip for each person. The massage was ok not what I expected. As we were walking out, my masseuse thought I wasn't going to tip and stopped me. Then she insisted to give more tip. She lied saying my friend paid more.
