I called earlier and asked about packages. I was obliged with my request and a same day appointment was made. This was a 2 hour block of time just for me. Upon entering was quickly greeted and given the run down about the request. I was ushered into a room that was all set up. For the services I requested I had to separate people. 1- for an intense hydrating facial, 1- for the full body massage with scrub. Both of the employees made the experience worthwhile. I walked away feeling very relaxed and ready to tackle my world in a calm way. Interior appears is great in size. Everything in the room was very clean. There was zen like music playing. Which was nice. Very easy to be lulled when all senses are pointed in that direction. Would most def recommend. Pricing in my opinion for what I had done was very reasonable. I know alot of people complain about the tipping process. In this day and age with the amount of work that the massage therapists do, it is easy to not realize that this takes a toll on them physically as well. My friend and I came here with a Groupon. We paid in advance for a 70 minute scalp massage. The man at the desk tried to upsell us with two different additional services right away. Then, were guided into the spa room where our masseuses proceeded to talk the entire time despite my friend speak up to request quiet. Male employees were also in this room, which feels inappropriate when women are vulnerable in a towel with their eyes covered with a mask. The massage was rough, her movements fast as if she just wanted to be done. It was not relaxing. Afterwards, they dry your hair...IN THE SAME ROOM AS OTHER PEOPLE BEING MASSAGED. It became loud and they turned on the bright overhead lights. I would be so mad if that was happening while I was trying to have a relaxing experience. As we were leaving, our masseuses followed us to the front and demanded a tip. We said "no tip" and explained why. This is the first time I've EVER NOT TIPPED. It was that bad. She attempted to intimidate us into tipping, telling us how she had just worked for 70 minutes (for a service we just paid for!). We asked to speak to the manager and woman we'd never seen before came to the front (not the man who was there at the beginning). She indicated a sign that said "TIPS REQUIRED." I told her "what did the Groupon pay for?" She said "the scalp massage." I said, "Yes. We paid for that." After several minutes of back and forth, unsure whether the language barrier was getting in the way of communicating effectively, we asked bluntly, "Do you understand what we are saying?" I said "Tips are for satisfaction and we are not satisfied." She finally said "OK." We left and it feels very important for us to warn others that this felt very much like a scam. read more

My wife and I decided to look for a massage place to destress from that stressful work week and came to CCUE together. There was a guy at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful so we both chose the 90 mins full body massage with the hot stone. The masseuse that I had was definitely very experienced and broke down all those knots that I had lingering in my muscles. I literally fell asleep during the massage that is when you know, they have some good masseuse. At the end of the 90mins massage, my masseuse woke me up which I was bummed that the 90 mins were up. My wife and I were both extremely satisfied when we left CCUE. Given that the cost of the massage was not expensive at all, I did not leave the place in pain, and my wife was happy. I bought a Groupon for the one hour head massage. After reading the reviews I didn't change into a rob. They told me to cover my top part with a towel while keeping my jeans and socks on. This is not relaxing! Then he kept picking my head up not supporting my neck. Also I was not given a leg rest and my knee hurt for the whole hour. I never received tea at the end and when he massaged my lower legs he placed my legs in an awkward position that hurt my back! My boyfriend and I ordered a couple's massage from Groupon and were excited to relax after a long weekend of partying. We booked an appointment over the phone and thought everything was set. Upon arrival, they seemed disorganized and were calling the masseuse to come in. We had to wait about 20 minutes before we were led into the rooms. There was even more waiting for me as my masseuse was late and my boyfriend's already started working on him. I was laying there for 15 minutes until the man finally showed up. So the experience was off to a bad start. My masseuse first started off massaging my butt in circles, as if he was trying to see how much fat I had back there. I'm not sure if that is standard practice, but it was definitely questionable. He did work his way across my back, shoulders, and legs, but overall it was not satisfying. The only parts that felt good honestly were the shoulders where I felt had some knots. He did have a routine with the salt scrubs, feet soak, and hot stones, but it did not feel intensional, as if he was just going through the motions. On top of that, he kept chatting with the other masseuse and left in in out the room like 5 times. It was a very disrupted experience and not relaxing at all. My boyfriend was finished first and headed out. When I met up with him, he said he gave a $20 tip for both masseuses to split, but the woman was asking for more. Buyer beware! Fraudulent company, they engage in false advertising on their website. Once you arrive to receive services, the prices are completely different. In all cases at least 50% more that is advertised. I booked a massage and facial for my sister's birthday. I canceled the facials and then they refused to refund my money. I had to threaten to call the police five days later in order for them to just do the right thing. They promised to r me every day then told me I had to call back completely trying to give me the runaround and not refund me. read more

This has been our current go-to spot for getting our $20 fix for a "foot massage". No memberships required and they usually have two girls available when we need them. We normally call ahead to give them a good 15-20 minute window to find two ladies for us. Hot rocks are automatically included at the end, with no additional charge. They have a pretty large set up with restrooms, as in more than one stall. And there are also more private rooms along the back, and rooms for larger parties as well. We've been around the block in terms of foot massage places in town and we're quite happy we've found a spot we can rely on for now. The only thing is that you do have to pay first, which is a bit odd in my opinion. And if you choose to use a credit card to pay, and then decide you want to add a tip on the card at the end, you'll be charged $1 for the credit card usage.
