Well hands down I can not say enough about the customer service and quality of workmanship. The impeccable attention to detail that was taken with my truck. I had previously went somewhere else for a full on lift and build spending quite a bit of money to be left unhappy twice so then I found CDM!! Absolute pleasure to have my truck worked on here. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail mechanics. Had a leveling kit installed on my F150. No fault of their own, the mechanic found a faulty part, ordered a new one from Reno, disabled the entire driver side front suspension again and had set perfect on the alignment rack. All at no extra cost. Very honest shop here and the owner, Vinnie, won't let the job leave unless it's done right. I came to Jokers Fab for a 6 inch lift with 17 inch wheels on 35x12.5 tires on my 2019 Ram 1500 eco diesel. Their quote was pretty comparable if not even cheaper than some of the other shops I had reached out to in the area. This is not to mention that it was actually a better kit than I had been quoted elsewhere. The shop turned the vehicle around in about 2 days, which I thought was fantastic for the amount of work being done. During install, a CV boot was accidentally torn, but Vinnie was quick to track down and install a replacement. Super happy with the quality of work done on the vehicle and I think it looks fantastic! If I was able to give a negative review, I would! Do not waste your money at this place, or trust them working on your equipment. I just took a loss of $1500 through them. I took in my big rig to get half fenders mounted which were provided by me brand new. They totally did the job without measurements and then I'm spending $300 extra at another shop to get them realigned to make them look at least right. When I first picked up my rig, I confronted the foreman and the owner got back to me and told me to bring it back to see what they can do to fix it. I took it back they did minor work to try and fix it kept my rig for two days it still was not right and then they tried to charge me and said they put in four hours of time instead of fixing the crappy job. let alone the lady in the office was the one who initiated the conversation about charging for the second time when she is the one that made the appointment totally rude. It was a overall crappy job. Don't waste your money on these guys. read more

For my birthday my son bought me a 2.5 lift kit for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler,After calling different 4 wheel drive shops I found out unless you buy the lift kit from THAT shop they will charge you more an hour to install it, or won't even touch it, even if it's the same brand that they use. Called Jokers Fab, the lady on the phone gave me a quote out the door which was $400 less then couple of the other shops. Was told to drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. The next day after a drove it home I noticed a bolt missing, I called them right away and was told to bring it back, as soon as I arrived they came out and fixed it right away and the owner came out and apologized for the mistake. Everyone there were very professional,The Jeep looks and rides great I would recommend their shop, and I will return for other projects read more

I have worked in Customer Service for 30 years and I have to say these guys are awesome! They understand that the customer is the most important. My husband had a flatbed installed on our pickup truck. He went down there, was given a quote and a time frame that it would take and when he mentioned he needed to find a ride, LISA was great and even tried to arrange for a ride for him but he didn't need one in the end. I appreciate companies that go above and beyond. These guys all greeted us when we walked up, each one of them did making it a comfortable place to do business. The amount on the bid was exactly what was charged even though there had to be some adjustments to the install because the frame was a bit bent. They got the job done in exactly the time they said they would even working past closing to make sure we had what we were promised. We will be back when they call us for some additional Boxes to be installed. We will also be back with our 1979 Ford Pick up truck for them to work their magic! I was referred to Jokers by a co-worker to get a quote for a 3.5" lift kit, 17" rims and 35" tires for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had no idea Jokers existed but am glad I got a quote from them! They beat two quotes I got in Modesto AND did a tremendous job - definitely worth the drive for me. This shop is exactly what I was looking for when I needed an installer for a flatbed on my pick up truck. The Trailer Specialist recommended them as they have installed bed for them before . Before I made the purchase on the flatbed I called here and spoke with Lisa she was very informative on the install process of the flatbed and up front with pricing. There was no guessing game with install quotes! She knew exactly what I needed done and set up the pick up of the bed once I paid for it from the other shop. The metal fabricator Justin was helpful in getting the extra sides built for the bed and my other request of adding rear air bags to the truck. We set up a drop off time of Thursday afternoon and as promised the truck was ready for pick up Friday at 5pm! There was a total of 4 guys working on the truck when I arrived a bit early for pick up. These guys were hustling to get it done! Truck bed install is above and beyond my expectations and well within my budget. Justin even took my call today (Saturday which they are closed) and troubleshot a wire problem. My local shop out here (first available install date was April 11) quoted me double the install price for doing less installation work that I got done at JOKERS FAB! Thanks guys! If I need some more truck/trailer parts or installs I'll take the 40 minute drive to your shop! read more

DONT GO HERE brought my fathers pickup here to have it dressed up a bit. Bad decision after 2 months of lies because of incompetence, we got the vehicle back. We had handles painted those are peeling, we had grill painted that is peeling as well they did no prep work whatsoever. We are beyond disappointed also the wheels and tires were not balanced, after numerous times bringing the vehicle back and they still couldn't get things right we took it to a professional shop that actually knew what they were doing. So don't make the same mistake stay away from these guys. read more

So far so good. Getting a lift on my F150, price is solid, they have done what they promised and have great at communicating. I will update after the fact but compared to the other shops their communication and speed has been stellar. The other guys must just not want new business.......I ordered and received the kit before I even got a call back from others. All finished up as planned. They communicated with me through the process, let me know what to expect and was on time. There were no hidden or additional costs. All I got from them was problems. After dealing with them on a project of mine I wouldn't ask them to make a paperweight and I'll never use them again. When I dropped off my vehicle I didn't even ask about pricing, what my main concern was was timeline. Justin said his guy was working on a project today and tomorrow then he would have him work on it wed and thur should be done Friday. Well that was lie number one. I show up on Friday to check on progress and nothing's been done he said they've been really swamped, they'll probably start on it first of next week. That was lie two. Well a week goes by and I get no word at all. So I check on it again to see absolutely nothing has been done. I talk to him to express my concern about it being finished by the end of that week because I will need it for my vacation trip on Monday of the next week he then assures me it would only take two days no problem they should have it done by Monday. Lie three Tuesday rolls around and I should be leaving town on vacation and no reply . I tell them I need to pick it up by the end of the day, when I show up only two of the six brackets have been fabricated and nothing tested or installed. I picked up my vehicle with four brackets that where never installed I'd say 1/4 of the work performed and I spent the rest of the night and the next day installing these brackets that didn't even fit and I had to do more cutting grinding and welding during the time I should have been on my trip. If I had known that they were just going to sit on it for two and a half weeks and set it aside for everything else than I never would have sent it there in the first place. read more
