Jovani is the owner's son who had been at barbershops for many years. Now he has his own space in the salon. I gave him a try today, and WOW! Professional, funny, and SKILLED! I've been here several times and I like how she listens to me and gives me the haircut I requested.

This has been one of the worst experiences at a hair salon. I tried to contact Cecy months ago for a hair appointment. A man answered the phone and said they would get back to me to schedule with Cecy but never did. I called back and asked to get scheduled with Jazmin, he asked me to reach out to her directly so I did. I scheduled with Jazmin. I get there on my scheduled day, on time, and she tells me she overbooked and cannot cut or dye my hair the way I want it. She prioritized the appointment she had because it was a previous client. I settled and told her the dye she was offering was fine since I had to go to a wedding that weekend. An hour in she said they ran out of bleach and wouldn't tell me but instead told her mom Cecy in Spanish. They didn't realize that I spoke Spanish too. I asked them about time since I had been sitting there for over an hour and she finally told me in English that someone made a run to get more bleach. Instead of offering a discount of some sort for driving 40 mins to see her and wasting my time she asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope, never coming here again. read more

I came in thinking I needed to touch up my balayage but Jazmin looked at my hair and suggested I just do toner instead. She said my regular stylist did a really good job and the placement was great. Before we started, she had run out of the toner with a previous client so she went to the store while I waited in the chair. It took about 30- 40 minutes for her to come back and it was pretty warm in the salon while I waited so I was sweating. That's why I'm doing 2 stars. Jazmin and her mom Cecy are nice. To tone my hair was $100 which I think is a little expensive for just a tone. I tipped 20% still, so total was 120. Parking is hard because there isn't a lot. It's metered street parking. I have a regular stylist I usually go to but she was booked before I had to leave town so that's why I didn't go to her this time. Because of the price and the wait, I'll stick to my regular stylist. read more

Went in for a consultation for my daughter's hair color on Tuesday, very fast! Cecy gave us her daughter's (Jasmine) number. We were luckily able to schedule for Friday. Jasmine was great! She listened to what my daughter wanted and my daughter loves her hair. This was our first experience here at this salon but while I was waiting for my daughter you can tell that their clients are regulars, which is a good thing in my opinion. I called Cecy as a new client to ask for an appointment that same day, she was so kind she said come on in at 6 pm (Her closing time) So she stayed late for me and that meant a lot to me. I only needed a wash and blow dry, although I do have very thick hair and it takes time to blow it straight and style it. She owns her Salon and is very good and did a beautiful job with my hair. I usually have to explain my hair & what products to use etc ... Cecy just knew, exactly what I needed. She was finishing a man's hair cut and I thought he looked terrific. She's highly skilled and has been a hair stylist for a long time, she knows hair! I haven't had anyone in the past year who did the magic Cecy did. I absolutely loved her and her expertise with hair. Johanna was awesome. She cut and colored my hair and cut my preteen's hair. She is so nice and is very knowledgeable. My preteen is very picky about her hair and showed her a picture of how she wanted it to look and my daughter loved her new cut. I didn't really know what kind of cut I wanted. I just told Johanna how long I wanted my hair and I let her be creative. I also loved my new cut. She kept the length I wanted but cut my hair so it had character and it still looked full. She gave me long layers with the front layer going down to my chin and my longest layers still going down to near my breast. What I love even more is she took the time to dry my hair and style it even though my thick hair took about 40 min to dry using the hair dryer. She is patient, amicable, and does a great job. read more

Cecy loves long hair and as she says, "has great hands" because every time she has trimmed or chopped my hair it GROWS. Cecy has never gotten scissor happy. Will never go back again. I've never had a hair stylist so indifferent and uncaring. It was like Cecy was doing me a favor for free. My first experience 1 year ago was great so I kept going back. But the last few times she seemed off and not caring and just wanted me out. I have no idea why. I'm pretty quiet and I leave a decent tip. She has asked about coloring my hair but I refuse the service since I have very bad allergies and have to do it myself with special product for people with severe allergies.
